It’s kept very clean and there are tons of different machines and free weights which I loved so my workouts didn’t get monotonous. It being open 24/7 was a HUGE bonus with me working on a grave shift schedule.

Awesome facility and well-run! I like that it is open 24-hours as I usually workout in the evenings. They have plenty of machines and the other gym-goers have always been considerate and respectful when I've been there. The owner is friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this gym for a few months. The owner is very nice and welcoming. There's a lot of machines to choose from. I love the atmosphere, and I don't feel judged by anyone when I'm here. It's definitely the best experience I've had going to a gym. I highly recommend this gym!

Great gym, very clean and well maintained. Just a little small for how many memberships they have. Numerous times you go in between 4-6 and you can’t use any weights because everything is being used. Best time to go in is between 11-3. Loved working out here though when it wasn’t so crowded

Started going to this gym ~2 months ago. It's 24/7 w/card key entry and we love the flexibility.
The owners seem like good people. Nice space that doesn't feel too crowded most days.
The busiest time I've been to is 530-7a, 8a through early afternoon seem to be the least busy.
All the equipment works well. I'll post some pictures eventually but the ones posted show what all's available from treadmills to kettlebells.
The cost for my wife and I as a couple at the time of this review is $30/month.

This is such a sick gym. I have been going there when there was only 2 people at max. Now there is new machines, great atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and polite! While there are bigger gyms in the valley everyone at them seemed rude and unfriendly but here you get greeted by others smiling and lifting heavy weights!

Great little gym! Has everything I need, and I don't feel intimidated to go work out there like I've felt at other places before. Open 24/7 which is really nice on holidays if you still want to get your workout in! They even have daycare during non-pandemic times, which is the main reason I chose this place. Low price, no membership, and open 24/7! If you want to run, bike, stair climb, use an elliptical, have access to machines, free weights, power cages, cables, or free weight equipment THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! If you need a personal trainer they have that availability. It is well kept and getting better. Abbey does an amazing job. Oh, and if you're a current patient next door (same building) you get the gym for 1/2 price!

Owners are continually working to update equipment (which is great to begin with), make sure the gym stays clean, and Abbey is great about returning emails, texts, etc. A little more crowded in the early morning and the evening, but that's how any good gym is. Also offer training and nutrition services. Unbeatable value for the money.

All the equipment I have needed is available. It is open 24/7 so I can workout when I can, use the showers there, and get to where I need to be.
