Nice little gym. My only complaint is the lack of space, which isn't any fault the owner or anything. But there isn't hardly any room for floor work (crunches, stretching, etc.) especially if there are other people in the gym. But the equipment they have is in excellent condition and the space is always clean.

It's a small gym, but it has the necessities and the location is perfect! Every time I've needed help I've gotten a response in a timely manner and they've been so nice and helpful.

I use this gym frequently. Open all hours, nice but small facility. Owners are very responsive. I would recommend a balance board of some type though.
