Weβve been here for three separate birthday parties. The equipment can use a good wipe down, but the thing that gets me is that itβs a free for all in terms of either wearing shoes, wearing socks, or just going barefoot. I think thatβs so gross, bringing in all the stuff from the outside when wearing shoes! At the very least, if youβre not gonna offer socks, you should make it mandatory that itβs only socks or barefoot that can be used on the equipment. Additionally, when we went this last time, there was no toilet paper in four out of the six bathroom stalls. And one was out of orderβ¦ thatβs an easy fix and maybe itβs just an oversight. The place is spacious and kids still have a good time butβ¦ it just feels grimy, compared to the other jump houses in the valley. Having germ x available, making socks and/or barefoot as the only options ok the equipment, and having the space deep cleaned at least once a week would make this place so much better.

The exhibit was great. Paid for 2 audio. They didn't have enough. Had me use my phone and it only worked part of the time. It was a waste of money. I would recommend going to the exhibit without the audio.

What I loved: I was so excited to see this exhibition and bought tickets early. We thoroughly enjoyed all the exhibits, especially the photo sessions on the staircase and walking down one corridor and out onto the ship's deck at night. It was so realistic.
What I would suggest: One of the last exhibits does have a glass floor with water underneath. It's slightly disorienting, so please take care.
The engine room exhibit with shovels and lighted furnaces needs to be brighter. Much too dark to photograph and might be a fun interactive activity.

We just started ninja classes here for our homeschoolers. It's only been a month, but the confidence and bravery that my kids have been exhibiting since starting has grown SO MUCH.
My 7 year old was unable to keep up with the kids in her age range, so the coaches allowed her to join her brother in the younger class (perfect for her skill level)
They seem to start each challenge very fearfully and resistant, but the coach is so good with them. He is firm, and pushes them through, while maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude and tone. He high fives and celebrates with the kids when they accomplish something new or even just improve from the first try. My super fearful and unathletic kids love coming to ninja class, and I don't think that would be the case if they didn't have a coach who showed them what they are capable of instead of shrugging their shoulders at the kids that just don't "have it" naturally.
Please pay this young man well and keep him around!

This place is fun but in definite need of some repairs. The AC is broken and we were informed by employees has been broken for over a year. If you come here be prepared to sweat even if you just sit and watch kids. The littler kid area has multiple broken pieces and Velcro just sitting out. Ropes that are falling apart crumbs everywhere foam pieces everywhere. It looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in days. Many of the monkey bar sections seem to have been halfway set up then abandoned.

No air conditioning!!! I held a party here and there was no air conditioning. I wish this had been communicated to me before the party. The kids were dripping in sweat. Frosting on the cupcakes melted. I would have brought a lot more water if I had been made aware in advance. They did give us a fan for the party room but it was so hot the rest of the building where the kids were playing .

This place is impressive but the biggest let down is the staff. They are all teenagers with the personalities of wet fish. They donβt help you or give you feedback about your kid when youβre looking for it. Thereβs only one decent instructor but I know not to expect much guidance from him.

Signed my kids up over the summer. Went to watch the first week and there was absolutely no structure. Some of the kids were taking ropes from my kids trying to make it so they couldnβt finish the obstacle course and the instructors werenβt doing anything about it. Definitely not worth $60+.
Never brought my kids back and every single month theyβve tried to charge my card. After four times of unsuccessful attempts at charging the card they finally contact me and ask if weβve even been coming. They donβt have their shit together at all. If Iβm going to pay that much I expect instructors to help teach my kids the monkey bars etc. I was super disappointed and so were my kids

Fun, but a little dirty and definitely a bit dangerous. Jumped into a foam pit and broke my ankle: the pit turned out to be rather shallowly filled with foam. Looks like an upkeep issue. It WAS pretty laid back and the kids had a lot of fun. Go, but be very careful!

This place is an amazing experience, even if all one does is be a spectator... It truly appears as though they have taken every precaution to make this athletic endeavor be as safe as possible, while providing a fun-filled experience for children to move, to challenge themselves, to create peer support/pressure with a positive twist, to encourage all to be the best that they can be!!! From the very young, to those who it could be argued, are senior citizens, all I saw had smiles upon their faces, and it was obvious that they were challenging themselves towards embetterment!!!
I would definitely return, & encourage others to enjoy!

My son is currently enrolled in a tumbling class and has been for 3 months. At first he was the only child in the class for about 4-5 weeks. The class is in the evening during the week. The front desk is run by teens who seem to congregate together without really paying attention to who is coming and going. Our instructor is about the same age and doesnβt run the class on time. She doesnβt have a set schedule as to what she teaches and frequently allows βfree timeβ for sometimes more than half the class. My son obviously doesnβt mind but as a parent who is expecting a class it is very disappointing. So is not starting on time. I was recently told they start 5 minutes late to allow for late arrivals. We are never late and Iβm paying for an hour class and starting late only promotes lateness. Most nights the class also ends early about 10 minutes. I do not recommend this establishment for classes.
Bring your kids to have fun and run around but itβs not structured well enough for classes.

Good stuff -
My kid had a good time with the class she signed up for. She was getting better and better at the Ninja stuff. And her confidence was building. Really wanted to maintain her attendance for a while here, as she loves the ninja stuff.
Tough stuff -
The staff response could have been way better when my kid got hurt. She hit her head, causing a lot of blood. The class instructor shuffled my kid to me and went back to teaching the other 10 kids. I plugged my kids forehead up and received a gauze pad to stop the bleeding. Had to ask them to call 911. Asked a fellow parent to run to the bathroom to grab some paper towels. The staff tried to grab the bloody tissues and paper towels I had to use, as there was a lot of blood. I had to ask the staff to put on gloves to make sure they weren't covering themselves in my kids blood. They were very respectful and tried to be helpful but there didn't seem to be much in the way of safety training.
I don't want my kid living in a bubble. A facility like this is bound to have injuries. And it's a great idea that I want to support - but the expectation for procedures in safety should be stressed to the people working.
Also got double charged my first month - but it did get refunded without much hassle.
In general, a fun place until it wasn't.

Update 10/3/23:
We loved this place when we first started going but things seem to be slipping lately. We were only supposed to be charged one month for the family pass but we were set up for a monthly subscription. When I mentioned this they said they would take care of it but instead of refunding the $100 for the family membership they charged me another $65 for my child's class. Which means I was charged $230 instead of the $65 it should have been. The teachers of the class changed when school started and now it feel more like babysitting than a class with specific skills or goals the kids pass off. I watched as one of the new teen instructors grabbed a child's arm and dragged him across the mat and then kicked him in the butt telling him to get up and participate. I am hoping this was her sibling and not the norm but this goes against the idea of helping kids gain confidence. Another time this same teen girl grabbed a child's butt and pushed her forward to get enough height as she swung to the next area. There also does not seem to be a protocol in place for when a child gets hurt. Twice now I've seen kids fall and get hurt with no one trained to know what to do or how to help.
***
Wanted to give my son a little confidence boost so we signed him up for ninja classes. It takes us almost an hour to get here but it is well worth it. Watching him progress and make new friends has been great! If you are there in the winter and staying to watch make sure you dress warm and bring a blanket. It gets really cold inside that building.

I like this place, however for the summer camp they should have an adult on premise. Also there should be more safety involved in the children being picked up. Also they need to stop turning the lights off to play my son ended up with staples in his head. I told them and they continued to turn the lights off even after we told them what happened.
Basically the gym is ok, but don't do the summer camp. It's disorganized there's no security anyone could come take a kiddo. They also doubled rented out the gym learning tree daycare came in so they made the kids doing summer camp go outside in 100+ degrees weather to "play" across the street without parental consent or warning. When you drop your children off for one thing and another thing happens you should be made aware in advance. Also they don't plan accordingly and run out of water or juice for snack time and ask the children to share drinks. This is pretty gross considering they aren't family.
Overall not worth the 180$ for each child. It's a good idea but needs seriously revamping.

Super fun place. I brought the young ones here and at first was worried because we saw a bunch of pros in the back training. But was super fun for everyone to watch them, and they had a dodge ball room, basketball half court room, and a few full sections dedicated to smaller 2-6 year olds. Came here for a birthday party for my 11 year-old son.
Kids had fun so I guess thatβs most important but this place was dirty, expensive and probably 40-50 degrees. Itβs more cost effective to go to airborne where they at least provide pizzas, drinks and the bathrooms have toilet paper.
Edit my response to the owner: There are public reviews for a reason. Giving my honest feedback is not publicly shaming. I stated facts. If you don't want your patrons to give poor reviews, don't give them a reason. Your response is telling, we will not be back.

Itβs a really fun place except that it feels like a free for all. The little kids were running around under adults swinging feet, and the adults werenβt even able to use the adult size foam pit because so many kids were using it. It was stress-free hosting my sonβs birthday party here! There is plenty to do for a large range of ages and skill levels. Our group was 4-6 year olds and they found plenty to do. The staff was very friendly and they even provided table clothes, plates, and utensils. We were there on a Saturday and the facility was large enough that we didnβt feel crowded but not too big that I was worried Iβd lose track of anyone. This is a fantastic gym to go and play at for an hour, but we were so disappointed with the summer camp experience. The staff is all young teens that were mostly on their phones, and felt like they were babysitting. They never really coached or taught the kids how to tackle harder obstacles. And on 3 of the days, they encouraged the kids to play Uno and capture the flag for hours. My daughter had to actually tell them that she came to do ninja stuff, not play Uno. On the last day, the gym appeared to be double booked with another much larger camp or field trip, so our summer campers were relegated to a room with only a small ninja course all day and again told to play Uno. I was so disappointed because my kids love ninja and hoped to learn a lot! If you want to do a ninja summer camp, go to Ninja Warehouse instead.

Had a birthday party here today for my son. My kids have been there once before and said it was fun so I thought weβd give it a shot. WAY over priced for the party $250 for 2 hours 10 kids, when I could have saved $60 and paid for each kids entry individually because all we got was the βparty roomβ. No waters, no balloons, no decorations, no nothing. For $264 after taxes! I highly suggest making it more desirable for those wanting to do a party there. At least provide waters and maybe some balloons. What a waste of money, we wonβt be going back there.

We have been to dozens of ninja gyms around the country & impact is the by far the biggest gym out there with the most diversity in obstacles. The coaches & owners are awesome ninjas and committed to making it a great experience for ninjas at all levels

We loved this gym! We booked our sonβs 10 year old birthday here. All the kids loved it and had a blast. So many fun obstacles for the kids to play on. It was hard to even get the kids to want to stop playing for pizza, cake and ice cream. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would go here again!!!

I visited the gym and was impressed with the size of the place. They basically took this warehouse and filled it with the ninja courses. They have everything from the obstacle course to a basketball court and even have a place to play dodgeball. The staff are helpful and I even met the owner when I went and talked to him about the place. Super friendly. Perfect for parties or just letting your kids run wild.

Kids had a great time, however Google maps takes you to Midvale π₯΄ so use Apple Maps when you go ππΌ

I highly recommend this gym. The obstacles and instructors are outstanding. We had tried few other places before this one and the difference was evident. The instructors are engaging and nurturing. In one week I can see obvious improvement in my kid's skills and drive. The best part is they have so much fun there that they bribe me with good schoowork and drag me there every other day for the open gym :)

My boys love this place! We are here about 4 days a week. We take a homeschool class on Wednesdays, then we come for open gym the other days. I love that they just come and play and play and play. I love watching them as they increase their agility, balance, confidence, and perseverance. My son keeps asking me if he can work here when he gets old enough. I love the variety of obstacles. They keep adding new ones constantly. Perfect option for when weather starts being colder, too.
