I have nothing but high praises for this business. This is a well rounded studio but I'd especially recommend it to anyone thinking of trying aerial arts for the first time. Their costumer service is superb. I've always received timely responses and the policies are fair and easily accessible. I'm excited to continue to watch this studio thrive with pros and beginners alike.

Newbies beware! I was so excited to try out Jade X Fusion Fitness. I have wanted to learn how to do aerials for a long time. My roommate goes and convinced me to try out their trial pass. I finally had a break from work and so I thought this would be a great time to get a trial pass and sign up for classes, which I did. I went to a few classes at the beginning of the week and enjoyed them, which is why I am giving them three stars. However, their management and policies are why they have lost stars.

I got sick during the week and was unable to keep attending the classes I had signed up for. I went to the website to see if there was a way to cancel the classes. There wasn’t. I tried to find a phone number on their website or on their google page, no number was listed anywhere. So I just let it be. I wasn’t feeling well anyways. Well…turns out every class I missed I got charged for for not showing. Even though I had prepaid for the week. As a new attendee, they did not make it clear to me that this would happen (apparently it was buried somewhere in the terms and services). So not only was I unaware that this was going to happen but literally there was no way for me to cancel or call them.

They have a contact form that you can send an email to, but no one has responded and I have sent a couple emails.

Also, there wasn’t a class I signed up for at the beginning of the week that I was on my way to when my roommate called to tell me it was canceled. I got no notice of this until after the class was supposed to start then they sent out an email.

So while the classes seemed amazing they mismanage the customer side, so be aware of that when you sign up and don’t make the same mistakes that I made. What was supposed to be a fun week turned into a nightmare.

If you’ve ever walked into a pole studio and immediately wondered if you needed a hazmat suit and a waiver for emotional damage, Jade X Fusion Fitness is the EXACT OPPOSITE of that. This place is CLEAN. Like, actually clean. Like “I would lay on this floor and not regret my life choices” clean.

The instructors? Knowledgeable, kind, and somehow manage to explain moves without making me feel like a confused baby koala clinging desperately to a withered sapling. They hype you up while also making sure you don’t accidentally throw yourself into the next dimension.

The owner is awesome — supportive, funny, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks in. The vibe is welcoming and friendly. I never feel judged here, even when I’m upside down asking myself why gravity hates me.

ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME which is nice. I never feel like I don't belong.

Also ... Can we talk about the temperature control?
This studio has HEATING AND COOLING. Do you know how rare that is? I’ve trained in studios that felt like a sauna designed by Satan himself. Jade X said "no thank you" and blessed us with breathable air.

10/10 would spin, sweat, laugh, and continue to profusely sweat more again.

I've taken a few classes here, flexibility and lyra are my favorites so far. All the classes are for adults and led by instructors, no judgements, contract free options, such an awesome community. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

I have always struggled with excersising. The monotony and fear of judgement would always get to me. What if I wasn't good enough, or I couldn't figure it out and looked stupid?
That's never been a concern here. This is such a safe space, and all the instructors are so kind. I've been taking classes regularly for a few months now, and I rarely get things on my first try! No one does though, and the small class sizes means you get the help to succeed. I've made so many friends here, and I've felt myself improving.
I can't recommend it enough.

I can't say enough how much I love this studio. All of the instructors are wonderful—I've learned so many fun combos in both lyra and pole! I've danced at several studios and you can tell when you walk in how much time and effort has put into making the place a safe and creative studio. Would highly recommend any class or instructor here!

I love Jade, the teachers and classes are great. Such a nice atmosphere and workout. I’ve take the Lyra, aerial hammock, and aerial silks classes regularly. I’ve also tried the handstands, flexibility and poles classes, all fun.

I bought a one-year pass and literally found out two days that I was moving out of state for my husband’s job. Since I hadn’t used the pass at all, I asked if I could cancel. Instead of understanding, I was told I would need to pay 75% of the pass (around $680) just to cancel even though not a single payment had been made yet.

I’ve supported this business since the very beginning, so it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that the owner couldn’t show a little flexibility or compassion in such an unusual situation. Policies are one thing, but refusing to cancel a pass that was purchased less than 48 hours earlier and never used feels unnecessarily rigid and money-driven.

Now, I’m stuck paying for a yearly pass I can’t use because I don’t even live in the state anymore. I used to love this place, but the way the owner handled this situation has completely changed how I feel about supporting the business.

I have tried it all, massive gyms, rec center, cross fit, functional fitness and Olympic lifting. No other fitness classes have been more fun or motivating. The teachers are all amazing, patient, and so talented. After one month my body is already changing. I’m becoming stronger, more flexible, and my grip strength is for once also improving. I know someday I will get my splits and handstands! Classes are small and you get tons of help so don’t be afraid to try if you are at square one. Each class I get a little better and more confident. Just give the week trial a chance. You will get hooked. So glad I found this place! Thank you Lindsay for opening this safe space to learn so many beautiful styles of fitness!

I love Jade X! My usual instructor is Rilee, and she is the best! She takes time out of the class to help us correct things that we might not quite be doing quite right, and does it with grace and kindness. The people there are the kindest, and I’ve loved going there. I’m still quite a beginner, and still feel awkward and clumsy sometimes, but it’s been excellent for my strength and pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and I’ve grown in confidence as well. Lindsey, the owner, is also so kind.

If you're looking to get into aerial and pole fitness or just try out moving your body in a new way, this is the perfect place to start. Lindsey (owner) and the other instructors empower their students in a way that encourages intuition and trust in your body. They take the time to coach you through new skills and routines. If you're experienced, they offer challenging routines and skill development. The fellow students will cheer you on for every victory you achieve. Every body is flexible and strong in different places and they help you find and capitalize on your strengths. You will find community here and the opportunity to make friends 💕 The studio has a chill, cool ambiance - you can tell it is very loved and taken care of. So so clean!

This place is amazing! It's great for someone who's never tried aerials before and wants to start or for high-level performers, too. The teachers are so good, and make each class easy to follow. I have tried all the apparatus, Silks, hammock, lyra, and pole, and I would recommend all of them. The owner is so kind! She helps me set up my own hammock during open gym.

I got a membership right after my trial week! I moved south & am so glad to find Jade with friendly & experienced teachers! Pricing is competitive and similar to or less than other studios in Utah.

Pros:
It’s shiny, new and clean!

Has AC!!! No more avoiding aerial in the summer bc of the heat!

THERE’S A DRINKING FOUNTAIN!!!

The bathroom is always clean and supplied (walls and floors too!).

The front room is tidy and interior design is nice. You can also purchase local art and different types of hand grip.

There are yoga blocks, mats, knee pads, and alcohol/clean rags to clean what you borrow. There are also 2-3 camera stands to use while you’re there!

Apparatus:
Poles are Lupit brand, new and easy to switch from spin to stationary.
I don’t know too much about Lyra but most of the hoops are taped so I don’t use my grip and my callouses are building nicely. They seem mostly low to me but I assume you can change their height.

Lots of space between apparatuses!

Classes I like:
I love Billie Jean’s flex classes! She is well-educated, certified and knowledgeable and I always feel worked hard and relaxed leaving her class.

I learned so much in Paige’s handstand workshop I can’t wait to go to more. She’s educated in sports medicine so you learn a lot about your body and how to engage the right muscles. She spots you and encourages you and can modify the exercises to meet your body’s specific needs.

Rilee’s pole 1 class has a great vibe and I felt safe and relaxed there. She had great modifications for me and explained things well and in different ways for different learning styles. I wasn’t used to her style of flex class but my body felt amazing afterwards so I’ll have to go back for sure.

Lindsey is very experienced and makes me feel safe at the same time as motivates me to push myself on her Lyra level 1 class. Her music is cool.

I like Heidi’s teaching style, choreography and always have a good time in Pole level 1 & Pole Flow. She provides a community environment so it’s easy to make friends in her classes.

April is super experienced and technical so I can rely on learning important techniques and improving quickly while staying safe (I get injured pretty easy so this is huge for me in every class). Her flows are gorgeous in Pole 1. I’m excited to level up to her other classes!

Con:
Location- the area doesn’t seem as diverse and progressive but that’s Spanish Fork I assume. Most of the instructors come off as progressive and safe to me.

Otherwise the location is great and not far from I-15 and I’ve never had a hard time finding parking.

One of my favorite places to be! Classes are fun and engaging. Staff and students are friendly and make everyone feel comfortable.
For me, worth every penny spent on an unlimited membership.
It's a fun and exciting way to get in some exercise, make new friends, and learn to do something really amazing!
They are competitively priced and have bring a friend days where you can pay for one pass and bring a friend in with you for free.
100% recommend.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aerialist, there's something for everyone here. I've made so much progress, and it's such a positive, empowering environment. I love Jade X! Lyra is my apparatus of choice, and I really enjoy the classes taught by Nat, Bianca, and the studio owner, Lindsey. The place is so well-organized, spacious, with lots of light, clean floors, and a roomy, well-supplied bathroom. One side of the studio is dedicated to poles, while the other has six lyras in a 2x3 layout. There are two lyra sizes so you can find the one that fits your body proportions best. The smaller hoops are taped in different colors for easy identification, and there is one untaped lyra perfect for moves like elbow and lyon rolls, which are less forgiving on your body and skin.

I also appreciate the good quality mats under the lyras, so I feel safe trying more advanced moves. The lyras have a pulley system, making it easy for instructors to adjust heights as needed. If you bring your own hoop, they’ll rig it for you, which is a great option!

There are lots of open gym spots on the schedule, which I love. It’s the perfect time to practice and play around with moves learned in class. I also like that open gym happens in parallel with pole or flexy classes, so you can get inspired by what others are doing and try something new yourself!

What I appreciate most is that no matter your body type, size, age, or skill level, you’re always encouraged and never judged. Jade X’s vibe is all about growth: keep showing up, learning, and you’ll improve. You don’t need to be a former ballerina, acrobat, or dancer to thrive here. Everyone’s journey is different. I love the honest, constructive feedback that helps me improve technically, and Jade X instructors provide that.

If you’re into aerial fitness, especially lyra, I highly recommend giving their classes a try!

I loved how I could see progress in my strength and flexibility with each session. They also offer a variety of classes for different skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, there's something for you. It's an awesome place to build confidence and have a great time while working out! If you're looking for a unique way to stay fit and have a blast while doing it, I highly recommend trying out a class at Jade X. Plus with friends it adds a whole new level of fun and motivation. You can cheer each other on, laugh together, and celebrate each other's progress. It's a fantastic way to bond and stay active. Pole fitness has become my new passion. I have been to probably a dozen studios in my time and I can honestly say that I have never been to one that provides so much space between the apparatus. Not only are the poles 14’ tall but there is a good 10’ between each of them and the BIGGEST wall of continuous mirrors I’ve ever seen! There is a safe feeling that just comes naturally knowing that no one is going to accidentally kick you and get hurt. The hoops are all adjustable as well, providing the exact height for a beginner to advanced. The pricing is amazing and affordable with so many options to choose from. The owner really knows what she’s doing with this space. Air and heat, clean and friendly with a variety of well trained instructors and classes every day to go to. I would highly recommend. Trust me when I say that you don’t need to be in shape to do this…you go here to get in shape! Very VERY beginner friendly with no experience needed.
