This place is terrible. Billing errors, non returned phone calls, nothing but a hassle all around. If there is a mistake with your bill. Good luck getting it resolved. There is nobody to call, they won’t give billing numbers out, which makes paying customers who are current on their bill with receipts to prove it (me) waste hours trying to resolve it. Disrespectful management that put the front desk people in awkward positions.

So quiet and peaceful and courteous. The pool is warm and mostly empty or empty. Hot tub is a little hot but relaxing.

I'll be real. This is the "Average Joes" of gyms but that's why I love it. It's like a mom and pop gym. Some of the equipment is outdated or needs repairs but there's plenty there to get a great workout. The racquetball courts are in dire need of refurbishment. The best thing about this place is it's NEVER busy, you're never waiting on equipment.

This place is really nice to workout. No ones bother you at all. Even staff and people are so friendly. I really like enjoying my workout and no hidden fees or anything. Alot better then vasa gym and no parking problem at all...

Absolute dump. Machines are older than dirt. Only 3-4 treadmills are actually functional. Stairclimber makes loud noises when in use and hasn't been fixed for months. They just had an electrical fire in the cardio room and now half the ceiling is torn out as well having the ceiling falling in in the aerobics room. Not sure if it's even safe to actually work out in this facility anymore. Only half the lights actually work in the weight room. This gym is filthy! The free weights and cardio equipment feel like they have 10 years of sweat caked on them. Ever since it went to new management the place has gone to hell.

John we do apologize for what happend the day that you came in an we were not open we did open a little late that day but we have been better as with new ownership and management there is always hicupps along the way be we are here and open at 430 we are here at 415 with everything running we hope that you can come into the gym in the future with no issues if there is anything we can do let us know

If I wake my ass up to be there at 430 in the morning and the place isn't open and sit there for 20 minutes and watch several other cars leave because it's still not open something is not right. If you advertise to be open at 430. Be open at 430!!
