About the Club

Kemp Fitness has integrated into Strike Boxing & Fitness Club, LLC - my services include full service personal training where you truly get "personal" training. All of my sessions are specifically designed for you and your goals and desired outcomes. We stay on track with your weight, strength, and/or nutrition goals to continually assess, adjust, obtain those desires you are working with a personal trainer to achieve. Working with cardiovascular/HIIT/body weight/free weights/workout machines/bands/balls, boxing, etc., we use a little bit of everything to reach and exceed your training goals. No workout is ever the same and they are always challenging you mind and body. You will always leave my sessions feeling stronger and accomplished.

I absolutely love working out with Suzanne. I have a back injury and she was always very careful with my back. I am able to walk 10,000 plus steps per day. I am now seeing muscle definition and I am definitely stronger. She has a great spirit and good energy to be around. I would highly recommend her. My physical strength is better along with my attitude in regards to life. Love, love, love her and her knowledge.
