A super fun place for Open Gym. Unstructured play Saturday 10 am to noon, all ages. Wednesday 8 pm to 10 pm 11 and older. Friday 10 to 11:30 am for 5 and under. There are classes for dance, Arial silks, taekwondo, gymnastics, recreation cheer, tumbling, preschool, warrior fitness, and competition gymnastics, cheer and dance.

Excellent place for our school's field day today! I got up the nerve to walk across the beams and felt like a rockstar. However, if you are of a certain age......if you remember climbing the ropes in gym as a kid......do not venture into the foam pits. The kids make it look like a paradise of safety as they leap from the climbing wall. But. Do. Not. Attempt as a woman in menopause. It's a trap. It's quicksand camouflaged as fun foam. You will scream for help as 7th graders laugh. Zero of 5 stars on the pit of despair. I do not recommend.

We absolutely love Ken’s Gym! There really is no place quite like it. My kids did Ninja Warrior and Tumblebees classes for several months (until we moved away) and they absolutely loved it. The boys who run the Ninja Warrior classes are so sweet, and my son thought they were just the coolest. The Tumblebees coaches were so patient with the littles and it was neat to see all the different drills they did with them to build balance and coordination skills. Truly the best gymnastics facility ever. We still make the trek back occasionally for open gym and birthday parties because it really is that fun!

Took the kids there for an open gym, and they had a blast! I do have a toddler, and I was able to be in the gym area with him to make sure he was safe and aware of the surrounding big kids enjoying the space as well. There were kids of all ages there, and all seemed to be having fun!

We've tried many programs in Tooele but we never have been happier than at Ken's gym. Our kids have enjoyed multiple programs and I've seen their self esteem grow positively. They even have karate. The owner and coaches are incredible people and I find the prices to be reasonable (and believe me I've compared many programs)

This place is very unorganized for dance classes. When I put my daughter in tumbling I thought they would teach them somersaults and things like that. But they basically just do random courses the entire time. The dance was so unorganized, pictures we were told about a day before they happened (we were camping), there was a mistake on the reservation for the recital - you have to pay for the outfit plus a fee for the recital rental? Idk just seems to be nickel and diming people. On top of a yearly membership fee. My daughter loved it but who kid wouldn’t? I think for the price they charge they could come up with something better. After my daughters last dance recital I pulled her out and will be taking my kids elsewhere.

So glad to have more recreation for my kids so close to home. Both my daughters have taken classes here and come for birthday parties. They've loved it.
I do wish there were a more progressive structure to the classes (the routine for a lot of the classes seems to repeat each week) and the classes feel a little pricey for what they are, but we always have fun.

The dance classes are great, but on the open gym days the kids can play at the tumble track and it's so nice! Chairs or bleachers for parents to sit or the parents can walk and watch the kids, clean restrooms, water fountains, it's such a great facility!

The Gym has many different options to do! It's big and there is plenty of space for big groups. There are several trampoline's and other gymnastics equipment. There's a ninja course. There's a Rick climbing wall. There are several foam pits to jump in.

I had a birthday party here today for my 7 year old and for the most part it was great! The rooms are clean, and have everything you could possibly need: a sink, a refrigerator, table coverings, a happy birthday banner, a pin board for extra decor, tables for presents and food, it was great! The staff was SO friendly and incredibly helpful. They made my birthday girl feel special! I was highly impressed when we first arrived.

However, there is a big downside and that was the use of the room. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up. That went fine and you could probably be all set up in 15 unless you wanted to add a lot of custom decor. However, upon setting up, I found out from staff that despite booking the room for 10 am to noon, we had to be out of the room by 11:30. It was quite frankly odd. I assumed the last 20-30 minutes would be occupied by present opening and singing and cake (then quick clean up), but obviously that was impossible. Their answer to this is to give you a singular table in a hallway, alongside the 2 other party rooms, to put all your stuff on for the last 30 minutes. No seating, just a table. Because we couldn't wrap up in the room, I had gifts and the birthday song done rapidly at 10:45, then sent the kids back out to play. Party favors were a chore to hand out from a table in crowded hallway with dozens of other party goers from other parties also clamouring to do the same, while open gym also ended with lots of parents and kids running everywhere.

I think the biggest problem with this setup was the lack of information about it. I booked online, and it had this description: "Enjoy your party during our public open gym! Have a *private party room* while your guests can also enjoy time on all three floors of Ken's Gym. Includes bounce houses, foam pits, trampolines, spring floors, and more!" with the time slot reading 10 am to noon. There was no description of needing to clear out of the room 30 minutes before the end of the party time. I went back and looked now and found nothing of the sort either. I've done parties in other locations and have never had this experience; in all other places our party time ended at the time booked, and then they prepped for the next party by having a buffer between parties. In this case, another party entered our previously occupied room to set up their party around 11:45. We were praised by staff on how quickly we left our room but, quite frankly, we felt rushed and pushed out of it due to the time constraint.

Clearly they're booking parties end to end to try and fit more in and I gotta say, I'm not a fan. I can't say I'd do the party room again, despite how great the rooms are. There should be a system, if they really want to rush it, to give people the option for 15 min of pre set up, with parties being told they have to be out by the booked time. Then they'll have 15 minutes to clean up, give the next party 15 minutes to set up, and then you've only got 30 minutes down time between parties. Barring all that, at least have it in the booking description that you only get the room for part of the booking. The current way is only 1.5 hours in the rooms, with crowded and awkward finishes to the parties with people pushed into the hallways. It doesn't seem like a good system, and certainly isn't one I would have opted for had I known in advance. Had we been told to be out by noon on the dot like I planned on, I would have 100% given a 5 star review, no questions asked. We could've done the party the way I planned and it would've been possibly our best party to date. With the hallway chaos, it really made the end of the party miserable (especially for the parents trying to handle said chaos). Hopefully they'll considering changing the way they handle this and, if they do, we'll book again!

Attended a birthday party for my goddaughter yesterday and all was going well until staff booted us all out of the party room. Now I understand how room reservations work with the respected time limits but they seemed inconsiderate about getting us out with zero consideration of the fact that we were all gathering to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl. I noticed others rooms at the facility and one that wasn’t occupied and couldn’t help but wonder why they didn’t offer any grace to get everything packed up and out and used the empty room for whatever other party they needed to accommodate? Staff was very friendly at checking in and etc but showed aggression when time was up for the room. We literally all had to rush the bday song and start hauling all the balloons, food, cake, presents, etc out of the room as clean up members from staff came in and started tearing off table clothes before we could sing the bday song. The pushy you need to get out of this ASAP vibe was awkward for all us attendees but we all teamed up to help unload everything into the lobby area where they did allow us to put up a few tables.

My suggestion: Don’t book rooms so close in time from party to party to allow a grace time for set up and take down. Utilize any extra rooms available before forcing out a room full of people out into the lobby area. Give whoever booked the rooms the room a heads up when they arrive if you have a tight window in-between parties booked and remind them a half hour or so before their scheduled time is up. And if the room full of people is gearing up to sing an 8year old Happy Birthday allow them to do that first before barging in and ripping table cloths off to clear the room out. Common courtesy theory. ⭐️⭐️ Because the facility is great for kids to play and has plenty of space and easy parking.

We have been coming to tga now Ken’s gym for a while but we had a experience where my daughter didn’t have the greatest coach so there was a lot of tension there and I emailed them my concern and I am not going to lie it was not handled very well and there was no communication from the teacher to myself and then I found out from my daughter that she had to move down a class and there was no communication with that either so I emailed to say I wanted to talk to Ken and Ken called me and told me all that was going on and was so great at handling it.
His son was the one that was suppose to take care of concerns like that but Ken told me that he prefers to hide behind email and text. I am not an unreasonable person I just wanted some form of communication from them and I had none. I am glad Ken stepped in to help with this and I would have given 5 stars but due to miscommunication on their part I give it a 4. Other than that it’s a great place to take your kids!

We love it here! It is expensive though. They do have discounts if you have multiple classes/multiple family members signed up. We come almost every Saturday for their open gym where the kids can freely jump on the trampolines, play in the foam pits, and they set up 2 or 3 inflatables. The toddler area is AWESOME, so many different activities and various equipment to set up courses or forts or whatever! Highly recommended ❤️
