I just joined a few weeks ago and I love the gym and atmosphere. The only thing that bothers me, is I requested for them to take the childcare off of my membership. They said they would do it, but kept it on and still continued to charge me for it.

Great atmosphere, fun classes. Not super pricey either. 24/7 gym access and staffing there for tanning and classes. Only complaint is that the staff hours are there for such short periods of time and only twice a day, if even that on some days, so tanning and classes are limited times. Overall though, great place if the schedule works for you. Would definitely recommend.

If you want to suddenly pay expensive hidden fees this is the place for you. If your card happens to get lost and rejected expect to pay $15 dollars for each time it does so (it isn't even in the contract or anywhere in sight) For me it was 5 times straight and I wasn't even aware. Extremely disappointed having done business with these people that care nothing about the clients and only want to take advantage of situations to take their money.

I was going to this gym back in 2012 and had a pretty good experience overall, they used to have a rack of clothes that they sold next to the front desk, I dont know if its still there but does anyone know what brand of clothes they were selling back then? Best yoga pants I ever had lol

This membership is way too expensive. My contract extended through COVID19 and it was a complete waste of money not being able to use it. People in UT don't follow social distancing or wear masks, it was not safe no matter how hard the staff tried!! I will only be happy if it get a refund for the months taken from me during COVID19... it's only fair.

This gym changed management a couple weeks ago. I would say if you’ve left in the past, come back and give it another chance! I spoke to Amy today who educated me and helped me tremendously. I’ve been seeing new and wonderful changes happening little by little. I’ve been going here for years and will be a faithful member the rest of my life. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly but this place is something special. This place helped me get my mind and body from a place I hated to a place I love. It can help you too!

I had a fairly great experience when I was a member, but apparently after I left and tried to cancel when I moved, they continued to bill a card I had also cancelled when I moved. Almost 2 years later I found out they sent a bill of less than $100 to collections. Both the club and the billing company keep pointing to each other to take care of it. Turns out they had entered the wrong phone number by ONE digit into my account so their attempts to call me were going nowhere. They claim to have emailed me but after searching multiple ways, I have not received anything from them. Their "finance" company that takes care of their billing is the WORST! They could have ruined my credit with a tiny payment I didn't even know about because of their error! Awful! Be careful!

What i liked most about Lady fitness was the privacy from noon to around 3pm . . but go during peak hours and forget it. Gets so packed is ridiculous. Some ladies take their sweet time in the machines and being on their phones not actually working out. They def need a bigger location . . as far as the front desk, I can count with one hand the ones that were friendly. . if they know you've been there for a while they don't even care to say Hi when u walk in. . .

I love this gym, they make you feel welcomed and teach you personally each machine and help you start with all of them and track your progress, 99 perxent of the classes are free and it's a great all aroumd environment!!

Stay far away!!!! They are snakes, they lie to you and are so dishonest. I signed up for a year and then WITHOUT my consent they signed me up for monthly automatic payments. They never told me this, they also never told me to scan my tag the first 2 weeks either. They never tell you you have to do a 30 day cancellation in writing, it doesn't just expire, I was only 2 days late. So now I'm stuck with 2 more months of this place and I stopped coming a while ago. I stopped going because 1) the workers are rude. 2) my kids got sick every time they went to the daycare. 3) the hours for daycare are ridiculous. Save your money and do yourself a favor and stick with Golds or Vasa. And don't think that this won't happen to you like I did. I should have listened to the comments below.

Stay away as they will rob you blind! My wife joined almost 2 years ago and stopped related to location and certain classes offered. January they tried to charge our card for the $30 maintenance fee, but unfortunately that card on file was stopped as there was fraudulent charges. August I get a call from collections wanting almost $300 for the fees! Lady fitness claims they did their due diligence by trying to call us and left a message. They do financing through ABC financial so when they called it was an automated voice mail stating to “update our billing information”. Sounded like a scam so my wife blocked the number. Never saw a bill in the mail and never received an email. They stated they tried calling us several times, unfortunately they were all blocked because the message wasn’t clear. Their response is that they can’t state anything about collections or a debt owed because it’s against the law. Please avoid this place and go somewhere else. The program was awesome while my wife used it, but not worth this experience and I’d rather see them go out of business.

I started going to Lady Fitness in September. I needed help reaching my goal of losing 80 pounds. I had already lost 50 pounds. I started taking a Nutrifit class at Lady Fitness in January. I love this class! I am getting the nutritional and fitness help I need. I have now reached my goal of losing 80 pounds thanks to Rachel and the other wonderful people at Lady Fitness!

I love this gym because of the atmosphere. My reason for 2 stars has to do with the early morning staff. I work out early in the morning and the gym is supposed to open at 5 AM and I am sitting in the parking lot at 5:15 am on a Friday with no gym open. This is the 3rd time this has happened on a Friday.

I love Lady Fitness! I've been coming to this gym for their awesome classes for almost a year and a half. I love the variety of classes, there is something for everyone. Whether you are young with tons of energy, or silver and sassy, there is a class that will get you the results you are after!
The instructors are fun and I don't feel uncomfortable in the ladies only atmosphere. They support whole wellness, even offering nutrition classes so you can have a healthy, sustainable diet as well. I'd recommend it to any woman wanting to better her health.

Whatever you do steer clear of this gym! They closed their Layton location and then transferred the memberships to another gym that is male/female and didn't tell a soul! I have no way to get out of a 3 year contract. I called and spoke to the owner and was assured that i could cancel without a charge etc etc, months have gone by and I am still being charged, just called and the owner is saying that because there is no proof of the conversations there is nothing she can do and there is NOTHING that will let me out of this contract! unbelievable! This is so unethical!!! Please Please heed my warning, do not go to this gym!

I love this gym so much. They may not have as much work out equipment as others but you have everything you need. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The one on one trainer sessions are helpful to and they give you alot of good tips and information. I love that it's ladies only I feel so comfortable working out. No one is there to judge or leer.

Don't ever sign a contract with these people! They have great classes yes, but they need to get better with these contract things or everyone is going to leave! I was going to lady fitness in Layton and they closed with out telling me. Then they wouldn't let me get out of contract, whatever right- that was a headache in itself. I had someone buy out my contract and they are still charging me after they said it wouldn't charge me. What a hassle and headache for everyone involved! So disappointed!

Never pay with cash for a membership. If you ever move you will not be refunded. And you are out all the money you put into the membership. And you can transfer the membership. But even then don't count on them submitting the information. And count on being charged a maintenance fee even though you can't even get into the gym anymore.

This company has done nothing but lied from the second I signed their contract, I was told I can cancel a contract for a fee of $50 no questions asked, only reason I signed it. A year later move a half hour away from any location and went to cancel and they told me you can't cancel unless you live 25 miles from any location or are permanently disabled. So of course I raised hell and the manager told me if I paid 1/3 of what I owed she'd get it cancelled, well I should have got that written and signed in writing because when I got enough money I went back and of course she wasn't there and they told me the new policy was to call for cancellations and gave me a number... we'll what do you know, I called the number and they told me no.. there are no sort of cancellations. I year goes by and I call to change my payment method, and this is the first time I'm told I can transfer my contract to a friend and I just need to talk to the gym, relieved I find a friend that wants to take over my contract and I call the gym and plot twist, they tell me "you can't transfer unless it's paid in full"... long story short, they will nickle and dime every penny from you and they do not care about customer service when it comes down to them getting paid. This experience was a nightmare, get a membership from a better gym that actually has a cancellation option.

Tried to resolve a billing issue asked for correct documentation on the debt and got served with court papers the day after Christmas really classy especially since I spent over 2 years volunteering in thier day care. Owner was too cheap to turn on the heat in the winter and the equipment was not repaired in a timely manner stay away unless you want to be harassed and scammed.....and after talking to the attorney a $106 bill now becomes $500 not a way to treat your members I wouldn't give them my credit card info if my life depended on it...buyer beware

This particular club is full of dishonest crooks !! I joined earlier in the spring on a "no contract promotion " .. had the membership for a few months and decided it wasn't for me ..thinking I was free and clear to quite like I was told I stopped paying and all seemed fine until today, I got a letter from the attorneys office sending me to collections for over $400 apparently when you sign your name it becomes a contract !! Don't be a fool like me .. be sure to read EVERY LINE AND DO NOT TRUST THE WOMEN THERE TO TELL YOU, THEY WON'T,THEY WILL LIE TO GET THE COMMISSION OF A MEMBERSHIP !!!

I love the atmosphere of the place. I feel comfortable to work out and not be gauked at. The place is very clean and tidy. LOVE LOVE the classes. My favorite class is Pump Fx. Teresa is an amazing Pump Fx instructor!! She gives good nutrition advice and recipes. The other staff are so friendly and helpful. Kim, one of the personal trainers is awesome. She makes me so motivated to be health and encourages me a lot.
