Iโve been going to Leverage Fitness for two months now. The initial assessment was eye opening, but now I feel stronger, more agile and have better balance. I have my own prescription to work on the things my body needs to improve.
Each trainer is knowledgeable and wonderfully supportive. It doesnโt matter to me which one I get when I come. They are all great. Ten years younger body here I come!

Since doing Leverage workouts for the past eight months, it has been life changing for me! Iโve seen a great improvement in my strength and balance and Iโm now able to care for our entire half acre property by myself ( excluding the massive amount of pruning).Also, for the first time in many years, I was able to get up off the floor without any assistance! I have now achieved more independence: able to lift heavier items, tend grandchildren without pain, and walk for miles without sore legs and knees!

I just turned 70, and feel better than I have for a decade. I attribute a large part of my wellbeing to going to Leverage Fitness for the past 7 months. I have no pain, and, I am able to resume the activities in my life such as skiing and hiking that were becoming too painful. In the past 30 years I have gone to a variety of personal trainers, yoga teachers and Pilates practitioners to build strength and rehabilitate joint and muscle issues. I was very discouraged that nothing I tried could get me beyond the pain and weakness I was experiencing.

I went to Ryan on the recommendation of my medical doctor for fitness and overall health. I have been in the hands of a fitness trainer for several years, but this experience has been much different and more beneficial. Ryan is able to assess personal weaknesses and design training routines to specifically overcome some troubling areas for me, including my knees, shoulders and back. The regimen revolves around three different approaches of fitness and power training and is so much more effective than what I have ever experienced before because of the customized and individualized workout designs.
After only a few weeks, I feel stronger and am maintaining better balance, especially in simple tasks, such as stepping up into my truck without pain or raising my arms over my head without discomfort.
There is no question that this customized training will improve the quality of whatever years I have remaining in my life. Since my health is everything, this is an unquestionable investment in the quality of my life. Thank you, Ryan!

I was a recipient of a free month trail by referral and really enjoyed my time here. They do an initial assessment to identify your particular weaknesses and any limitations to be aware of, and then they customize a work out plan for your specific needs. It was great motivation to be going multiple times a week where they are continually providing guidance on technique while also hyping you up. I played competitive tennis in my youth and was ranked in the top 20 of the Phoenix District in 1975. That was a different era, played with wood tennis rackets. College, marriage, kids, graduate school, and career have kept me mostly off the courts for 50 years.
In 2024, I reconnected with the USTA and began playing tournaments again. I had to relearn strokes and strategy because the game is very different today with larger composite tennis rackets and new string technologies. My body is not as fit as it used to be, and I've found that I needed to develop new muscles for the new strokes. During the past year of tournament play, I have been chasing injuries from elbow to back to foot to shoulders. I decided to invest in conditioning.
I signed up at Leverage Fitness and worked with Kornelia for personal training. She helped tailor an exercise program based on my current fitness and my specific needs. She answered my questions about how to exercise and she observed my technique, making a variety of adjustments so that I can exercise more effectively without injuring myself further.
Kornelia's help has been great. I highly recommend her services.

I have been working with Leverage for several month now and I am extremely impressed . The individualized detail given to my weekly workout plans is far better than what Iโve had with other trainers. The program focuses on balance , proprioception and cognitive training in additional to cardio and strength training that active seniors need.This program is higher in price than some but well worth the cost. 5 stars!

As an out of shape, middle-aged, overweight, perimenopausal woman, I was extremely leery of joining any kind of gym. My past experiences have not been great. But I cyber-stalked Leverage Fitness for over a year and was impressed by their posts. They specialize in older clientele with physical ailments, due to both age & injury. I was impressed by their knowledge of the human body, injury prevention and how our brains learn new patterns. So I finally reached out and I'm SO glad I did. My initial assessment told me that I was in pretty good shape for someone in their 80s (I'm 50). YIKES!!! For the last year, I've been working out virtually with trainers twice a week and my results have been incredible. I appreciate how the trainers are willing and able to work with my various injuries to keep me safe and how they adapt movements to work for me in my home gym. My knee and calf pain has disappeared. My back pain is not gone but is markedly improved. I am so much stronger. I have more energy and more confidence in my body's ability to age well. I'm still middle-aged, overweight and perimenopausal but I'm not out of shape anymore. I just did another assessment and totally crushed it. I can't recommend Leverage Fitness Solutions highly enough. The trainers are kind, skilled, supportive and committed to helping their clients heal and strengthen their bodies. Just do it. You'll be glad you did.

I came to Leverage about six weeks ago looking for support to gain strength and stability. I have a total ankle replacement that is about seven years old where the scar tissue and tightness in the joint are causing issues. I have been incredibly impressed by the program and the trainers. I do 1:1 training (totally worth it) and rotate through trainers. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and also push you to work hard. It is like having the expertise and knowledge of physical therapists in the role of a personal trainer. Everyone is super friendly - as a beginner I really feel well supported. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Leverage Fitness for a full year. I enthusiastically recommend their service. The trainers at Leverage Fitness are excellent. They are kind, understanding, and present exercise routines catered to each personโs current abilities. The routines are repeated for six weeks, then are changed. The new routines require engaging oneโs mind and body in order to perform -- sometimes unfamiliar and forgotten exercise routines. The sessions are engaging, at times difficult, but so rewarding. Iโm 70 years old. In the past year I have lost 15 lbs, and visibly increased muscle mass. Little things like tying my shoes, and getting up off the floor have remarkably improved. Before I could do zero pull-ups. Now I can do many. Before, my balance was declining, and I was getting fatter. All that has reversed for me for the better. Since joining Leverage 6 months ago, I have had amazing improvement all around in strength and endurance as well as reduction in pain. The trainers are all incredible to work with, being patient and knowledgeable in their training techniques. They create individualized workouts of simple, yet challenging exercises that focus on your needs. And in an atmosphere that is friendly and inviting. Theyโre encouraging and supportive in their goal of wanting you to see you improve not to mention their genuine interest in your overall well-being. Thanks to Sam, Kornelia, Austin, Foster and Ryan, Iโm feeling a whole lot better and highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I attend fitness classes at Leverage Solutions twice a week. We have done this for over a year. The staff at leverage is very knowledgable and likeable people. They change the program regularly to keep interest up and to help other muscle groups. There i enough classes each day that we can always get two days in each week. Iโm pretty active and Ryan offered to do a session with me. We did a strength/power session. I feel the detailed corrections on my form are going to make a 1.5x difference in my productivity. The 45 min I use to workout will now yield the equivalent of a longer workout.

We brought a friend with us for training. She was a good sport to try something new, and Austin kindly walked her through each exercise, explaining posture and what the benefit was. She was very impressed that the trainers knew every client by name, need, and their goals. She wanted to have her name up on the white board, too.
We are seeing daily benefits from our training. Austin at Sam know what we need to be challenged with and how to adapt the exercises for our strengths and weaknesses. We give them five stars and two thumbs up!?
The trainers at Leverage Fitness have tweaked some movements I have been doing wrong for years. With just a couple modifications now I am benefiting from activating more muscles than I had before. I like the welcoming atmosphere at the gym and the fun we have working out. The trainers are enthusiastic without being over the top. They are well-trained by the owner and capable of helping their clients. Seniors, especially, have a great experience with customized programs. It's 5 months later and I continue to improve my fitness. They have assessment tests that are repeated every six weeks to track my progress. I have increased my upper body and leg strength. My balance assessment went from 4 to a 5. I'm down on the ground each week with the grandkids, and getting up and down is not a problem. What a great gym! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring to help me make sure I reach my goals. Having weekly training sessions has made a big difference in my quality of life. Money and time WELL spent.
I can walk 4 plus miles a day, so I thought I'm in good shape. But to get up from the floor for any reason was a challenge. Picking up boxes or lifting anything was difficult. My functional fitness was poor. I don't have the personal discipline or knowledge to workout at a gym, and get results. The staff at Leverage Fitness is friendly and knowledgeable. They lesson to what my fitness goals are. After a thorough evaluation they developed my own personal fitness plan to help me reach my goals. The trainers do an excellent job of demonstrating how to properly do the exercises. They monitor me while doing the exercises to make sure I am doing them correctly. One exercise I didn't do correctly, and was causing my back to start hurting, they quickly noticed what I was doing wrong and corrected me. That small correction saved me a lot of pain. I strongly recommend Leverage Fitness to anyone that want to improve their functional fitness.

I've worked with Leverage Fitness since 2011 (when it was just Ryan, the owner). I originally started with Ryan to address a herniated disc in my low back. It didn't take too long before Ryan had me pain free and back to mountain biking and skiing. Honestly, my riding and my skiing improved just through the gains I made, and that's why I'm still working with Leverage. Of course, it's more than just Ryan now and the whole staff is great and very knowledgeable.
Things I love about Leverage Fitness:

* When a particular exercise causes pain, they're quick to know how to modify the exercise, or change to a different exercise, to target the same muscle group.
