I actually am not a member here but my daughter goes to the dance studio inside so I walk in and out all the time! The employees seem really nice and helpful! We have gone swimming there before and it’s nice and clean and has a cute concession stand. We’ve done swim lessons there in the past and they are very reasonably priced for the group lessons! I don’t love that the o lot bathroom is downstairs but, hey, first world problems.

Hidden gem!! This place has really saved my sanity as a mom of young children. They offer 3 hrs a week of childcare while i workout. My kids love the daycare & i feel comfortable leaving them there. The pool is also amazing. It’s never too crowded. The vibe is also nice & very family friendly!! Thank you Life Centre!!!

The facility is older and worn. The gym is small with equipment and weights positioned close together. Some of the locks on the lockers are not functioning with no option to use your own. The facility is used by school swim teams limiting access to the lap pool and those kids are in the hot tub and sauna unsupervised. The facility cleaning was scheduled at odd times limiting access to the restrooms and other functions. After trying the gym and deciding not to get a membership I was grateful I got a refund on the unused passes.

I love that the pool is outdoors in warm weather and has a bubble in the winter. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is plenty of space to work out in the gym, cardio, and weight rooms. There is a small indoor track, racketball courts, and classroom, (for yoga, etc.). There is a hot tub, sauna, and showers in the locker room.

Just canceled my membership. They have a good amount of equipment for everything but place just felt dirty and antiquated. It was always upsetting that people would go into the sauna naked with no towel or anything. Felt like I would catch a bug each time.

Hands down one of my favorite gyms I have been to. I've been to gyms in Spain, France, Greece, and Japan, and the Life Centre is still one of my favorites. It's always clean, there's a lot of options for machines, the pool is great in summer and winter, my husband loves the basketball courts, and the staff is always very friendly. Can't go wrong getting a membership here!

I really like this gym the equipment is a little old but you never have to wait on a machine and it is located i back off in a corner so you really don't have to deal with a lot of human interaction due covid-19. Staff is very nice and I'm able to work out uninterrupted

I literally love this gym. Everyone is so nice and it’s never too crowded, the pool is super long and deep and it is so amazing.
It looks small, and I wish it didn’t close at 9 on Fridays - however it is not small on the inside, I haven’t even tried all the machines yet.

My favorite thing is the classes! They're so much fun. The instructors and employees are amazing. I normal don't like gyms and have never feel comfortable at them, but this one is different. They have quality members. People leave you alone, everyone is so friendly, and if you need help with anything they are right there. I love the pool! I highly recommend this family owned business.

I've been a member here for over 20 years. A great place to go. Great staff - very friendly. Not too big and not too small. There are times when it gets a little crowded but still able to get in a good workout. The pool is especially nice in the summer time.

We had a horrible experience at swim lessons that ruined our summer. My 3 1/2 year old has loved the pool since the day he was born. He swam really well with his floaty on and loved to swim all over with his cousins. Because he's 3 now we decided to do swim lessons in the summer. We called Life Center and asked about their classes, I told them he had never been out of his floaty and that he doesn't swim without it. (Basic toddler beginner) The rep assured me on the phone that they observe the first day and put them in the class they think will be best. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. He was in a class of about 5 kids in about 4 feet deep water. 2 of the kids were older and could swim pretty well on their own. The instructor was sick so there was a younger kid who was teaching this class... terrible idea. He didn't know the younger kid activities, and he had them hanging on the wall. My son participated in most of the activities however, the boy coach was trying to have the kids stick their entire heads in the water to talk to fish. Way too old for a beginner in my opinion. Most of these kids didn't dare! My son slipped in twice because he's a toddler, not used to not having his floaty on and curious. THIS TRAUMATIZED HIM! I had to be the one to reach in both times to get him out. These kids should be on the stairs, at least while they are being "observed" which they weren't. After the class, the "manager" in charge of swim lessons came up to me and told me that kids participate better if the parents sit on the side!!!! Um really? He was participating just fine but he was not safe! If this was soccer or tball I'd be fine leaving my child but swimming is dangerous and people drown all the time. I will never take my kids back here. They wouldn't even give us a refund! I will not recommend this place to anyone. We can't even get off the stairs now without screaming and crying. Waste of money and time.

It's a nice gym without all the groupies. They offer with your membership full access to the gym. Free classes, weight room, cycling classes, pool all year long. Plus basketball courts, dance classes swimming lessons and much more. They work hard to keep it very clean. There is also daycare during certain hours for moms. $$

This is an older fitness center but it is well maintained as is the equipment. I like the year round pool and the day use lockers too. The free weight area is spacious and well equipped. Their are many types of arobic equipment with very large tvs to watch as well as large windows facing the west so it does not fill like I'm working out in a cave. Plenty of parking makes it easier to get out and exercise.

I never really loved exercisi g until I started to go to th e Life Center. It is and has Helpped me in so any ways that I can not count all of the many ways that I love exercising and working out every day I walk, walk, walk. And the , I also do my morning bed and my morning floor exercises are the best,And the Instructor's are all Tops, and TJ are also very awesome and wonderful.all on all i.think that everyone should go in just once.
