I am a mother of 3, spent many years trying different gyms, trainers, classes & diets. It seemed for most of my life that loosing weight would be near impossible for me. I knew I wanted to be healthy for my family but I didn’t know how to achieve my goal.
Thankfully I was referred to Oakley by a friend and she has been a true life changer! She had such a great way of teaching and customizing everything that I needed for MY body! She is super knowledgeable and knew what I needed for my goals and body type from day one and after doing her 6 month program I have learned how to eat for me as a lifestyle and not a diet. I have learned how to workout for my goals with my busy life. And most of all she helped me to find myself again. She is so worth the Investment! It’s very difficult to find a trainer who is truly dedicated to your goals and happiness like Oakley. I am not one to write long reviews- but if you are looking for a great trainer I would go with Oakley!

Oakley is an amazing personal trainer. She's very aware of what workouts I need to achieve, in order to get the body type that I'm going for specifically. I appreciate how she remembers everything I tell her about how I'm feeling, how my body is feeling, etc. She makes sure to push me and make sure I get my workout in when I don't feel like it. On top of that she's a really fun and happy person to be around, so there's more to look forward too than just a workout! Thanks again for everything and the accountability. Would recommend 10/10!

Oakley is an amazing trainer who will help you push your limits in a manageable way. She’s also just a really nice and fun person to be around. I am not an active person and was looking to loose weight. She has been a huge motivation to me so far in helping me to improve my lifestyle and fitness level.

I hired Oakley as a personal trainer after I had lost a bunch of weight and still struggled getting muscle where I wanted it. She not only helped me understand my diet and macros even more to lose even more weight, but she has helped me so much with muscle tone and training. I have never looked better! She helped me learn how to target certain muscle groups, put on muscle in the most efficient way possible, and the proper form so I do not injure myself. I hadn't realized how many movements I had been doing wrong until I met with her. I am now at a point where I feel confident, have more muscle tone than I have ever had in my life, and I feel more confident at the gym knowing I am doing movements correctly and safely. I have all the tools I need to continue my fitness journey. I love her body positive message and how she focuses on learning to love yourself at wherever you are in your journey. She teaches realistic body expectations and helps you learn what your body is capable of. She will push you to the max but it is so worth it! I am so happy I trained with her and know I wouldn't have made the progress I have with anyone else.

Oakley was such an awesome trainer! She listened to me and helped me understand what my body needed to get the results I’ve always wanted! She is so knowledgeable and always focused on what I was doing right which boosted my confidence and made me even more motivated to keep going. She helped me push my body in ways I never have before and it felt so good. She didn’t push too hard, but just the perfect amount so I actually saw results and realized just how much my body can do! She made sure I understood the correct form on everything we did so when I was done I could take everything I learned home and continue to see results!! She was flexible with my schedule which was very nice and she made sure I never missed a session! She took the time to stretch me after some of our sessions which really helped with my sore muscles. I always felt sore after our workouts which helped me know she was getting all the right muscles! It was totally worth the time and money and I would reccomend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She’s so sweet and very focused on women feeling happy and confident in their own skin, but pushing you to be your best self!

Mariah is such an amazing trainer. She has a love of learning which has given her the ability to know solutions and recommendations that make sense for her client. She has pushed me further than I knew I could go and at the same time has this amazing gift to know when she’s about to push too hard. She learns new things to help me overcome struggles that are personal to my fitness journey. She is a cheer leader and a motivator. She cares so much for her clients. She has kept me going when things have gotten hard and I wanted to give up. I love her so much! She has truly changed my life.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Mariah is the best personal trainer I have ever had. Mariah has a way of connecting with each of her clients, she pushes you to the point where you are getting your best workout. Mariah will also connect with you on a personal level, she has taught me there are so many things that can effect your weight and your goals, Mariah helps you open up and confront those issues to help you work through them. Mariah is the perfect amount of blunt and honest, i'll be perfectly honest here. I am the perfect example of life getting in the way and letting my nutrition and working out be pushed to the back burner. Mariah is always the first one to say Hey Queen, you need to recommit, you are totally worth this and you need to refocus yourself. She is absolutely right every time. I highly recommend calling Mariah and working in a session with her. If your goals are weight loss toning, nutrition she's the girl who will help you get there. Another honest point, the road is tough and a little rough, but Mariah is the best person to lead you down that road to success.

Mariah is extremely knowledgeable and well-rounded in her field. She has a great understanding of how to train a variety of body types and will ensure that you reach your goals in a realistic manor. Mariah strives to give you the results you are looking for..but she also puts a major emphasis on building your confidence and guiding you to your best inner self. 10/10 would recommend :)

SHE’S AMAZING!! I have always worked out four to five times a week for the longest time but I have been stuck and my figure hadn’t changed. When I started working with Mariah, she put me in a meal plan that was right for my body type and she kept encouraging me to stick with it. I’ve lost 10 pounds since starting with her and I feel great knowing I am getting help with my form and routine.

I highly recommend Mariah, she is an amazing personal trainer for so many reasons. She really helped me most with my mindset and all my mental blocks. The reason I have been so successful with her, is Mariah showed me my weighloss went so much further than the surface. I really didn't think i was worthy to loose weight or that it was possible for me because I struggle with severe PCOS. Mariah helped me see I can do hard things, my weight does not define me, that I needed to respect my body and mind more with being truly healthy. I didn't know I didn't have to starve myself to loose weight and how easy it could be once I over came my mental blocks. Mariah is so much more than a personal trainer, because she helped me with so much more than my body, but really helped me become a better person. She is very honest, loving, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I love that working with her I get access to lots of personal development events and retreats. I went in to this just wanting to loose weight, and came out with so much more than I expected. I could go on and on about Mariah, but I will say I have been to many personal trainers. I have never received the attention and care Mariah has provided me and continues to provide me.

Mariah is honestly EXCEPTIONAL! What I mean by that is she is an exception to any of the steriotypes you may have about personal trainers!! She may be young, but you learn quickly that she has the wisdom and experience of someone twice her age. It's easy to sense and see real intent/or insincerety; Mariah is present and made everything about ME (which of course it is ;-) ) Mariah invests her whole heart into each person--(not because she had to), because she truly loves helping others experience the joy & confidence that comes through hard work & positive changes. I've never seen any other trainer invest so much time in insuring my success! This woman knows her trade-
and had a workout and meal plan for me individually (no blanket /group plan for everyone). The group support & activities make such a difference, I didn't just change my body and mind, I made new friends. She changed my life- forever; she'll change yours too!! She is much more than worth any cost- no other trainer does what she does

Mariah is something special in the world of Personal Training. She doesn’t just focus on the body, but also the mind and energy of her clients.
Although she doesn’t usually work with men, she’s shared her expertise with me from a nutrition and mindset aspect and it’s made a huge difference in my life and even physical appearance. Down about 5 pounds while gaining muscle.
I’ve seen her work firsthand with women and I’ve seen the crazy results she’s getting time and time again.
I know it’s hard to know if you’re making the right choice so just know that if you’re feeling called to really go after your fitness and nutrition goals, Mariah is the best in the state.
