Tim was amazing to work with! It was such a relief to just show up and not have to worry about what to do—he always had everything planned out and ready to go. He was prompt, prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciated how he took my personal disabilities into account and created a workout plan that worked around my sensitivities while still helping me make great progress. He struck the perfect balance of accountability and flexibility, especially when life circumstances came up. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who truly knows how to motivate and support you!

I have really enjoyed having Tim help me to get in better shape. He is so knowledgeable. I am a senior citizen and only had fat and very little muscle from years of yoyo dieting. I cannot recommend Logan Personal Training Studio and Tim enough! I came to Tim after a long period of being sedentary, with the goal of gaining strength to prepare for a total knee replacement. My biggest concern was staying safe and avoiding injury while building the strength I needed—and Tim exceeded all my expectations.

Tim is an awesome personal trainer - he gets to know you and your fitness level and always manages to push you right to your limits, increasing strength very effectively! We have been working with Tim for almost 3 months now, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best personal trainers out there. His knowledge of fitness, nutrition is exceptional. He knows how to push you to your limits while making sure you’re performing exercises correctly to avoid injury.

Tim is seriously one of the best trainers out there. We are so grateful that he’s based in Logan! His 30-minute training sessions have been so damn AMAZING, and we always look forward to what workout he has planned for us. I definitely feel stronger now than when I started. He knows exactly how to motivate you to push yourself to your best. On top of that, he's been incredibly helpful with nutrition, providing guidance on what, when, and how to eat (he even offers a detailed guide we can refer to). I've been training with Tim for two months now and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone ready to improve their fitness.
I approached him with well defined goals: 40+ lbs of weight loss, increased strength (measurable in pushups performed in 2 minutes). If you have only a vague goal he will work with you to define a target though.
I also had a specific timeframe to meet my goals: I have until June of 2025 to be as physically fit as possible. This is helpful to have an idea of whether you're putting in enough effort to meet your goal. We're about one-fifth of the way there now and I have no doubt that I will achieve the weight loss and strength gains I had in mind when I started.
I'm a full time student and don't want the additional mental stress of crafting several workouts a week. Knowing myself I would very quickly settle on a routine that is not guaranteed to best meet my goals. Tim on the other hand is a professional who is able to make sure I'm challenging myself physically. I've noticed significant improvement in strength in the short time I've been working with him, and my clothes already fit much better. I'll need a new wardrobe by the end of winter.
One thing to keep in mind - if you eat junk food (things with lots of preservatives, highly-processed, any added sugars, etc.) you will be cancelling out your hard work in the gym. Either minimize your bad eating habits or replace them with healthier habits. I could drink a case of soda in a day easily. I've since switched over to tea and fruit juice.

At first I wasn't sure a 30 minute workout would be enough but boy was I wrong. I've had several personal trainers before and my workouts with Tim have been the most effective and challenging by far. I highly recommend using him if you want to see results.

Tim is a fantastic trainer. He is a great motivator with great energy, and constant positive feedback. He focuses very heavily on proper form, and avoiding injury while pushing my muscles to their max. He has never berated me or made me feel stupid when I don't do something right. He corrects in a great manner that makes me feel good about my efforts. The 30 minute sessions I do with him are far more effective than any previous work-out experiences I have had; and I have made much larger gains in my conditioning than I ever have before, even when previously doing much longer sessions. I would recommend him 100% for anyone looking to build strength, lose weight, increase stamina, or improve fitness.

I hadn't worked with a personal trainer in 15 years so I was a little concerned about the experience. Tim is great to work with - a lot of variety and intensity without being overbearing. I had my very first coaching video session with Tim today and it was fantastic!
Videocall quality was perfect.
Tim helped me exactly where I needed help, demonstrating biomechanics, analyzing my weak spots, a little tweak here, one there, trainings program adjustments, and great approach to all questions I had.
What an experience indeed.
I can only highly recommend Tim as personal trainer/coach and armwrestling coach.
Beginners as well as advanced will get great benefit from it.
I am an advanced armwrestler and got so much out if it today.
A couple days ago I send Tim some information about myself, my present trainin, my issues etc.
With these information Tim prepped the session beforehand and hence it was very fruitfull session.

I started working with Tim about 8 months ago. I really liked that he had a private studio, so I would feel more comfortable about learning, asking questions, and talking about my body. His studio is super cool with a good variety of equipment. We had a consultation and he listened to the goals and issues I had and put together a customized workout and lifestyle program for me. He then trained me so I would know how to do the workouts, and taught me about proper form and alignment when doing my workout. The workouts were fun and time went by so fast.Once I felt confident in doing my program, I continued on my own at the gym. I have him update my workout program every 6 weeks, and I get to assess my progress. My posture looks and feels amazing, my body is getting nice and toned, I feel stronger and have more stamina. I have to say that I even enjoy working out now. Because my joints have better muscle support, I have much less pain from all of the wear and tear on my body as a massage therapist. At 50 years old I never thought I'd be back in a bikini ever again. Because of Tim I am now looking forward to the next 50 years of my life.
