The instructors are great!! It also makes a difference in your confidence if you know hiw to defend yourself. If your looking for a good way to get some excersize it is also great. I would highly recommend ludus krav maga.

My wife and I have been going to Ludus Krav Maga for almost 1 month now and we LOVE it. Jen and Josh have exceeded my expectations as instructors and are great human beings overall. They know what they're talking about and are excellent about communicating instruction. Both of their personalities make this class a fun experience as well. We have had a lot of questions regarding Krav Maga, and Jen has been happy to answer them outside of class. It's nice to see how passionate Josh and Jen are about Krav Maga, as well as everyone that's in the class. If you're looking for a great place to workout, have fun, and learn how to defend yourself, this is the place to be.
