Clean, well maintained gym. We have many different types of equipment. We have machines, treadmills, bikes, free-weights, racquetball court and a open court/ Pickleball court.
We offer Daily passes, Weekly, Monthly, Six Month and Twelve Month memberships
We have Personal Trainers Available.
We also sell protein mix, pre-workout, recovery mix, Cups/Mugs, and much more.

Dr Kelly y is an amazing chiropractor. If I lived here I would definitely see him more often for chiropractic care and maintenance. This fitness center looks amazing and clean inside.

This is a solid gym, with numerous opportunities for fitness. However, it is often not as clean as I would like. For instance, the wood floor in the back (where there are classes such as HIIT) is usually dirty with bits of hair and debris. Additionally, at least while I was attending this gym, it is expensive. You can get a reasonable deal IF you sign a 12 month contract. Classes (HIIT, Spin, etc.) cost extra above and beyond the basic membership. These concerns aside, the gym does have a lot of great equipment and the 24/7 access is nice.

I have traveled with work LITERALLY from sea to shining sea, and this gym is one of the best I have ever been in!!

I love this gym. It has all the equipment and you can access it 24/7 once you are a member, which makes it easy to work out on your schedule. No waiting for the doors to open during business hours.

This is a sweet gym! I’m glad they have one on my route for work, was able to get some exercise in in-between loads. They have nice equipment, it’s clean and have a friendly staff as well! Have a sauna in the bathroom and clean showers too! Thanks for doing great business and having a great facility!
