I had such a wonderful experience with Tommy. He helped me heal my dysfunctional relationship with food I’ve had for the majority of my life. Since junior high I remember ‘being on a diet,’ and having a mentality that many foods were ‘restricted.’ Eating something with carbs, or lots of fat, always came with guilt. Through his program I moved from being reactive and restrictive with my food, to being proactive.
One of my meal plans included French toast with honey and berries. I’d never eaten something like that without guilt hanging over me. And to actually be able to enjoy that as part of my nutrition for the day was so freeing! I can eat with out guilt. I eat such a diversity of foods. It does not get old or boring. I look forward to planning out my next meal.

The Game Plan Discussion.
Why, try Master Metabolic? My son and his wife had been using Master Metabolic for sometime with successful results and was pleased with the outcome.
I wanted an improvement in my physical and over all heath and wellbeing. Life styles evolve with time and years. When life styles change for the better, good things can happen.
I was over weight and when I looked down at my feet, they were not in sight. I ate whatever was in front of me and sugar was a part of my daily diet.
Consultation with Master Metabolic was a discussion of the game plan. Tommy Snyder, my coach, explained it and he didn’t “sugar coat” it one bit. (LOL). It would be designed to be long enough to be successful. It would let me begin a steady change in my eating habits with the added element of regular exercise. The plan should be long enough to form good habits of taking care of myself better. All good things to in perusing a “normal routine” of life.
Phase I. START UP
Started slowly to make the changes needed a successful introduction to the system. Weekly coaching sessions with Tommy were encouraging and understandable and issued with a nudge of challenge in the process.
Five meals a day was a little effort, but after a few weeks my body was telling me when to eat and I never felt hungry. Exercise was doable and I felt good the rest of the day. Oxygen to the brain really might be helping with a ore positive attitude about life, myself, and others.
For about 9 to 10 week I recorded each morning my “wake-up” weight and it was evidence of the diet and exercise was working as predicted. Losing the first 10-15 lbs was encouraging. I was feeling fine and almost came to the thought that,”this is go, this might be a comfortable level to live with”. Maybe a little happy complacency is creeping in my mind.
Phase II. NO PLATEAUS
Need more commitment to the plan. Don’t be happy with the progress you made. See what might come next.
The coaching sessions became the key to moving through the next level and continuing the plan with diligence and effort. Tommy predicted this phase; watched for its development; and combatted this tendency with supportive challenges of increased exercise effort and a few more calories.
It worked. More effort and diligence during this phase yielded continued results; more weight loss and my toes were in full view when I looked their way. (LOL)
The next fifteen to eighteen weeks paid off. The beginning weight goal was within a few pounds. Working through the daily routine changes and adjustments when traveling or on vacation was part of the the program to maintain the energy level achieved.
Phase III. OWN IT
Now, nearly eight to nine months on the program my diet and exercise life style has been changed by comfortable habits that have formed. Listening to my body and mind’s attitude, is a daily reminder of what the program has accomplished. At the beginning, I was putting ‘effort’ into remembering when to eat and exercise. Now, I am reminded by the feeling and habit of a comfortable routine that works best for me.
I’m 75 years of age and I am 45 pounds lighter than I was 10 months ago. I have a better self image and I am looking forward to all the possibilities yet to be discovered in my life.

When I started this program I was looking for knowledge on how to eat and move in a realistic, sustainable way for a healthy lifestyle. I had gotten heavier and more out of sync with my body and spirit than ever before.
I love that I have learned that it's ok to eat carbs in the right portions and that I can find out how to eat pretty much whatever I want in a healthy way. Tommy has given me an outline that I can follow to prep my meals for the week. He's taught me to plan dinners with intention to make it an enjoyable experience and satisfy my spirit to feel fulfilled instead of restricted or deprived. These are tools that I will take into the future as I navigate my journey on my own.
For my future I will remember to be grateful for and love my body for all that it has done and continues to do for me. It has produced 6 incredible children and that is amazing! As I am grateful, I will want to take care of my body by feeding it nourishing foods and moving it to help keep me strong and avoid injuries that limit my ability to enjoy life with my husband and my children. I want to be a healthy and active grandma someday and be able to be present in the lives of my future grandkids.
I will keep working on this new lifestyle even when I fail to do my best. I will pick myself up, and dust myself off and recommit so that I can feel free in my body and soul.
I know it is so important to set a positive example for my children to follow. I have seen my poor example affect them, but I know as I keep trying to improve, they will see that no matter what, you can always turn things around and be better for yourself and others.
My creed for myself will be Strength. Courage. Forgiveness. Integrity.💪🏼🙌🏻♥️

There are so many reasons why I am so glad I chose to work with Tommy. In just a few months I already feel so much more comfortable in my clothes and my body. I have been able to lose fat and build muscle without feeling like I’m starving myself, and without eating meals full of weird ingredients that I don’t want to eat. I’ve learned how to make simple foods work for me. I love that I am already feeling so much stronger and can actually see some of my muscle. I’ve learned how to eat and enjoy a treat without letting it ruin the rest of the days or weeks meals.
I am excited to continue with this program because I know I will continue to feel stronger and leaner as time goes on because the skills I am learning are becoming habits. I am excited to get to the point where I can intuitively eat and know that I am feeding myself to stay satisfied and healthy at the same time. I love that I can feel confident in how I teach my kids how to fuel their bodies as well and know that they will be able to carry the knowledge with them through their entire lives as well.

I joined mastermind pretty much out of desperation. I didn’t know what else to do but I was tired of barely eating and killing myself at the gym working out 2 hours a day and not seeing any results.I had tried so many “diets” and they never worked. Deciding to work with Adrian at Master Metabolic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had tried many different diets over the last 3-4 years but wouldn’t see results or wouldn’t finish out the program because I hated the “guessing” game of what i should be eating and how much of it. Well I thought I was pretty healthy.. after learning everything I have from Adrian my entire body has changed. It wasn't about losing weight for me.. it was about feeling better and improving my body. I have so much energy throughout the day. She helped increase my calories up to nearly double. My whole life I have struggled with weight. I have always been fit-ish and in sports or working out and trying to “eat healthy!” I’ve done keto, low carb, IF, all the “diets” out there. I was able to maintain around 130# doing low carb but still had issues with binge eating. Around February 2018 I participated in the crossfit open. I did well but have always shied away from the more advanced movements. I was ready to take them on. In March I joined Tommy at master metabolic. I told him my goal was to get a bar muscle up. He told me body fat percentage and athletic performance go hand in hand. I joined that day. During my 18 weeks with them I maintained all my muscle and lost 8% body fat from 26% to 18%. I ate more than ever including breakfast! My body is so used to it now. I can feel how much better I perform eating right. MM helped me be my best me and freed me from all the eating disorders! I just eat now it’s weird. If I eat a piece of pie I don’t beat myself up because I know tomorrow is another day. Im truly living in the moment and enjoying the journey! Oh and I got a bar muscle up and a ring muscle up and pr’d all my weight lifting and I look amazing (if you’re into that kind of thing lol)! I started working with Adrian after I had jumped from several programs and started trying another coach. My goals have always been to get a stronger bench press, squat, and deadlift while ALSO leaning out. With other coaching and programs I was able to make gains in one or two areas and lift a little more weight but the solution to losing fat was always chicken, rice, broccoli and eggs and I could only keep on with that for so long before they would make me want to throw up.
With Adrian I had meal plans that were detailed down to every meal and ingredient and they changed every week so that I didn’t feel like I was on a strict diet but instead felt like I was just making healthier choices. This also resulted in more energy through the day; the increased fruits played a huge role in that as well as decreased cravings for other sugary options. For workouts we would focus on my primary goals of improving the big 3 but Adrian was also great at pinpointing my weaknesses that I would have thought had nothing to do with my larger lifts such as lateral movements, more hamstring work, using tempos for all my lifts and functional workouts that I’ve always left out. They worked, and I was able to increase all of my lifts. What’s even better is all of my lifts went up, while my fat drastically went down. I haven’t been able to accomplish both at the same time since high school. Bench press is up 10lbs to 390, squat is up 50lbs to 435 and deadlifts are up 20lbs to 465.
My favorite thing about the Master Metabolic program is the personal face to face aspect. I had an appointment every week to go over what went well, what didn’t work and how all of my meals went. I have worse cravings than pregnant women 24/7 and when I gorged on food I wasn’t shamed. Instead we came up with ways to plan around those slips and improve the outcome. The weekly visits were also the biggest part of me sticking with it throughout. It’s very hard to give up when you have to go in every week. Adrian is always well composed and always seems to have a perfect answer for any of my questions and so it was always great to get to check in.
We did have one failure though, and it’s a big one. We thought that I had finally learned the difference between zucchini and cucumbers but yesterday while at lunch with my wife I told her I didn’t want any zucchini because that’s the nasty one unless its cooked but she actually was offering me cucumbers. So I ate them and those were actually the nasty ones ☹ I’m just going to stay away from both for now.

I loved the Master Metabolic program. I saw results and progress all while eating foods that I enjoyed and planned for. The accountability was very helpful for me and I learned SO much. I can't tell you how much this has changed my life! Not only has it helped me stop the yo-yo dieting and crazy eating cycle, it has helped me realize what is really important to me. It has changed my mind, my life, and my families lives. Now I eat so much more...and I loose weight! I workout for 30-40 min a day instead of 2 hours and I am building muscles, and sculpting a better body! I no longer reach for the "quick fix fast food" I prepare healthy meals for me and my family. I plan out my meals and I meal prep now!! It's amazing what one program can do for you and your families lives. I can't say enough good things about Tommy and his staff. I am so thrilled that I have found this program. If you are constantly on that yo-yo diet cycle but it doesn't work, if you want to actually develop muscle and learn how to properly work out for your body type and size, if you want to be accountable and have someone there EVERY step of the way, if you need someone to tell you EXACTLY what to eat and how to workout, this is the place for you!!
