WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I bought one 3-class pack for myself and one as a birthday gift for a friend, thinking it would be something special — it turned into a total nightmare.
First their google hours are wrong — I drove there twice on the same day (over 25 min each way) to pick up the gift card and both times it was CLOSED. No one ever answers the phone. After waiting 30 min the second time I was there, I finally got the card, but my friend was unable to redeem it because they gave us the wrong code !!! (at this point I was feeling embarrassed and already regretting my purchase).
When we finally made it to class, we noticed a $3 charge for shoes on our cards that we never approved. When my friend asked about it, the owner (Megan) immediately stepped in with an attitude, raised her voice at us saying this fee was on the booking confirmation email (IT IS NOT BTW). We tried to explain there is nothing wrong about charging a fee for the shoes, but they should inform ppl before charging their credit cards.
Megan kept saying “I never had anyone doing a fuss over $3 before” which of course made us feel really frustrated with the whole situation. She didn’t listen AT ALL when I tried to explain what I went through with this place since I decided to buy this damn gift card. At that point our night was ruined and all we wanted was to get a refund and go home.
Then it got worse — when I asked for the refund, she randomly asked what group my friend came with before and when she said “The Spanglish Project,” Megan gave us a look rolling her eyes as if she wasn’t surprised. It felt straight-up racist. We left without a refund and completely disappointed with this place.
So do yourself a favor and find a different studio— they don’t care about their customers, only about your credit card.

I came here for a Spanglish project class and while the class and instructor were amazing….
I didn’t love my experience with the studio staff. I asked if I could purchase a water bottle because I had forgotten mine. I was given one and told to tell the register when I check in, when I checked I told the gal I was also buying a water and had my card on the counter. The gal that handed me the water came to tell the gal to make sure I paid for my water, as if I was going to take the water without paying.
Once on the bike, I had brought an extra set of dumbbells to my station since I had already done a strength training class earlier and wanted to gauge the workout first since it was my first time there.
A gal came by and took my 4s and said you can go up higher next time. I’ve been to other studios and have never had someone decide my level for me. The 2’s were definitely too light and I was ripped off on my arm workout.
Luckily, I found other studios offering similar classes and won’t be back to mcycle.

Awww I don’t even know where to start!
I only spent a week training here, but the impact it had on me was HUGE. The energy, the vibes, the community it all felt so genuine and uplifting.
I had the pleasure of joining classes with Richmond, Lindsey, Amanda, and Megan, and honestly… wow. Each one of them brought their own magic, but what they all share is an incredible ability to inspire, challenge, and support you.
Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and motivated. You all reminded me why I love moving my body and showing up with intention.
Can’t wait to come back soon! 💙

Incredible community and atmosphere! I joined without any prior cycling experience but the supportive culture made me want to keep going back. The studio staff are welcoming, instructors socialize before and after class, and the classes are intense but doable for all experience levels. The playlists are also consistently great.
Richmond and Megan really built something special at Mcycle.

I left a review with a different Google account and for some reason I can’t get into it.
But I’m glad I can leave a different, better, 5 star review because this place and its team has always been good to me.
Clean facility, great atmosphere and energy, warm, welcoming, vibrant coaches, and always makes my day brighter and heart a little happier every time I leave here.

Honestly my fav cycle studio in the 801. The instructors and music are on point. Got a killer leg workout and some resistance work in as well as the rhythm based fun. Their bikes are spaced out a little better than some. I am 6'2 ... those of us with legs appreciate not feeling like our as$ is in the person in back of us face. I wish I lived closer and I would be a regular. P.s parking is weird.. its a white garage in back of a salon.

I've been a regular (basically riding every day) at Mcycle for the past 3 years. It's hands down the best spin studio I've ever been to in SLC and around the country. Co founders and owners Megan and Richmond work incredibly hard to build an inclusive, welcoming environment that is both an ass kicking workout and truly a fun-loving community. The studio is well organized, clean, and beautiful. The bikes are high end and well maintained. The instructors are all incredibly well trained and every class is different and challenging. Special call outs for morning instructors Angelica, Jay, and Morgan - I love each of their styles!

Showing up is half the battle when it comes to fitness, but Mcycle makes showing up super easy and fun!
I honestly was scared about my first cycling class, Which was last August. Now I go 2-3 times a week and I’m in the best physical health of my life!
I can say this with full confidence as someone who started as a Beginner, This is the studio you want to Start your cycling journey with! Mcycle is an extremely upscale gym, it’s always clean. The staff is friendly and quickly learns your name. All of the teachers here are extremely helpful, challenging and supportive in your fitness journey. Plus all of the teachers have extremely good taste of music!
But if that wasn’t enough, get ready for a supportive gym culture That I have never seen before in a gym! It doesn’t matter if you’ve been cycling for years or it’s your first time. Everyone cheers everyone on even if you don’t know each other!
So come join a class and see why this gym is so highly rated! I promise you too might get hooked.

Great and clean facility, high energy instructors, always good music, and friendly staff. I always leave these cycle classes feeling pumped, confident, accomplished, and refreshed. Often times I’d come home and find myself raving about the experience to my husband. I even cry during class because of the sense of pride I get from pushing myself. It’s comparable to a spiritual experience.
However, I’m deducting one star because having to cancel a reservation before 8 hours prior to class is a bit ridiculous. I live in Lehi and never minded the drive up even when it meant traffic and hour long commutes, because that’s how much I love MCycle. But sometimes life is unpredictable and living in a state with snow storms unexpectedly much like today, makes me think it isn’t worth risking the accidents and dangers of driving in this weather no matter how much I want to come to class. This state already has horrible drivers to begin with and add the weather on top of that. Besides, it already has been paid for so to have a cancellation fee on top of that is unfortunate.
I know they’ll probably respond to this review saying how it’s stated in the contract when I signed up etc., well I still signed up because these classes are great, but it doesn’t change the fact that as a paying cycler here it’s unfair to have a cancellation fee and that 8 hour window especially for a class that I had already paid for.
I also called twice today to ask how I can go about my reservation and was forwarded to voicemail both times even though it says open online.
Edit: My husband called and Richmond answered, apparently he was very understanding and easily will be waiving the cancellation fee and will be returning my credit for the class. Thank you to Richmond for being so great. I will say I am bummed to be missing class due to weather because I’m always looking forward to coming here, it’s like therapy for me. But at some point I have to question my safety with this storm and doing something I love. Thanks again for being so understanding and accommodating, I will be adding a star to make it 5 stars!

The Mcycle community is truly one of a kind! What Megan and Richmond have created is nothing short of magic. From the studio staff to the instructors and owners, it is incredibly apparent that each and every member at Mcycle is cared about and treated like family. I've been coming to MCycle for over a year. The first couple classes are definitely tough but they get so much better. All of the instructors are energetic. Each one has their own vibe. They are all very attentive and push you to your limits!

If it were ever leaked that they were blowing something in the vents here, I wouldn’t deny it (it would make sense) but it also would not stop me from going. This studio is the best workout in the state. What Megan and Richmond create in 45 minutes is pure magic. Over the years the 6 am classes have gotten me through some of my hardest trials. I have ended classes in tears, because of the emotional relief I feel from meeting myself and pushing to go a little bit better. The music is perfect. The lighting makes me feel like I’m in heaven (not hell unlike other places…) and the synchronized choreography is magical! When you are in synch with a room full of people 🤌🏼✨ On top of that they are always on point with their inspirational messaging. Starting my day at Mcycle will always be my favorite way to start the day. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone to try starting their day with a 6am class and see how it will change your life. ✨

Mcycle is awesome! The glowing reviews are truly indicative of what this place is about. It is extraordinarily clean, the staff are polite and helpful, the classes with the instructor (Richmond) I have attended are fun, full of positivity, with gentle encouragement to push yourself, not only physically but mentally, to new levels. The music is excellent; the lights and vibe are match the music well; everything down to the variations in the different body formations feels like a full and realized thought. I feel so much better after starting my mornings with a class; I knew after my first one that I had stumbled into something special. I’m hooked! Additionally: the folks that attend the classes have been friendly and encouraging, which has been so appreciated by someone who has not been exercising regularly for.. let’s just say close to 20 years. It’s been a great start and I look forward to continuing going back to a place that exudes positivity! Thank you, Mcycle!!

Mcycle is SUCH a special community I was so lucky to be part of for almost 300 classes! The instructors are warm and welcoming, the classes are so much fun, and made working out something to look forward to. The community itself is something I will cherish forever! If you're needing a boost in confidence or a safe space to work out this is it. Parking is easy, class times are so convenient, and themes/music are so fun. This has easily been one of the best workout communities in SLC. Highly highly recommend. I've never pushed myself more than I have at Mcycle.

These classes are incredible!!! I only come to town once a year and I make sure I come for these high energy, challenging but fun classes. I have been doing indoor cycling for almost 25 years and this place is 🔥🔥🔥. It’s a special art to take you through a tough workout and actually making it fun. It’s so high energy you sort of forget your working out, it’s pretty wild. Ok, this is the best spin studio in SLC! It is unique, modern, and fresh. I have ridden at other spin studios and found that the set up was not for me. The playlists are amazing and I ALWAYS leave sweaty, satisfied, and proud!
I am humbled to have been welcomed into such a supportive community of riders and instructors. I have been to so many cycle studios throughout the states and Mcycle has to be one of my favorites. Their facility is beautiful and they offer amazing amenities. Every time I take a cycle class the instructors are so nice and really make you feel included and take the time out to say hello. Also every cycle class makes me feel like I'm at a club in Miami and it's the BEST. They do include a lot more choreography and arm movements compared to other studios I have been too, I wish they showed the choreography instead of just saying it one time, but after a few more classes I think I'll adapt better haha. The energy is contagious and I love starting my mornings here!

This studio is the best in town. I've literally tried every other cycling studio in the valley and I always circle back to Mcycle. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers, so you can always take a class before or after work along with convenient class times. Mcycle is very conveniently located. The studio is only a couple of blocks from I-15, and I almost never have trouble finding parking behind the studio. If a class is full or it is a busy day of classes, you can find overflow parking accessible via the back parking lot next to the Urban Grind (the little drive thru coffee stand next door.)
Vanity area is fully stocked with mints, makeup removers, deodorant, and a blow dryer. Every bike you book is a good spot, and you even get the opportunity to ride podium with the instructor if you are interested.
Additionally, the people there are so supportive. No one celebrates their community in the same way Mcycle does. They will encourage and inspire you to hit milestones and celebrate each win along the way. If you are a new rider, show up 15 minutes early and staff will show you how to adjust your bike.
There is so much variety at this studio. All of the instructors have differing music tastes, but follow the same basic format of a beat-based cycling class. They are always spicing up their calendar with different types of fitness classes available on occasion. You'll easily be able to find which instructor fits your vibe. I have laughed, cried, and worked through a lot in these classes. As a member since 2019 - these guys know what they are doing! Thank you, Mcycle!

Updated Review: I went here when Mcycle first opened. I remember Richmond bringing the absolute highest energy, even when the class sizes were small. Now it's common to find their entire cycle stadium sold-out, and the instructors continue to bring that same energy. The facilities at Mcycle are immaculate. The lights, sound system, and bikes are in top condition. Megan's class on a Saturday morning just hits different. The vibes are high, and you carry that after being in her class. Thanks, Mcycle!

Mcycle is the best spin studio I’ve ever been to. It’s apart of my weekly routine and something I look forward to visiting after a long work day. Started in May of 2020 when they were the first studio to open back up after the covid lockdowns and I haven’t stopped yet. The front desk staff are all warm and friendly willing to help you out with anything. The community is unmatched, having visited other studios in the area I never found other riders or members be so willing to chat and get to know you, it’s so special be apart of the a strong community of unique individuals. The instructors are WORLD CLASS- they all have amazing music taste, the classes are challenging but bring so much energy and are adaptable to any skill level. The instructors really make this place something special they are just as friendly as everyone else and are all willing to get to know you and support you. Let me start off by saying that when I walked through Mcycle’s doors, I hadn’t worked out in well over a decade. I’ve had three babies in 5 years and was so nervous to work out. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming when I got there, helping me with my bike setup and everything. It can be nerve wracking trying something new and my fears melted away when I was greeted at the front desk. The classes are challenging in the very best way possible and since that first class months ago, I consider myself addicted. The owners and instructors, everyone there is amazing and always rooting for you. I joke that I’m not a morning person and I hate working out yet here I am, months after starting my journey at Mcycle, waking up to go to a morning class 6 days a week. It’s an incredible experience and it has done wonders for my mental health. I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re on the fence about trying out a class, do yourself a favor and just go. You won’t regret it.

Good:
Clean, organized studio. I come here when I travel to Salt Lake for work and I’m so happy they take class pass
Feedback:
I signed up for the 5pm class and due to work conflict was racing to get to class. I walked in at 4:58 and the girl at the front desk told me “sorry we just closed the doors so I can’t let you in. I can sign you up for another class so you don’t get charged”. I asked why the class started early and if it wasn’t 5pm yet why I couldn’t go in. She kept apologizing but offered no other explanation as to why the class started early and I wasn’t allowed to participate. To avoid being charged a late fee and to get my workout in, I’m currently just sitting in the parking lot waiting for the next class to start. A complete waste of my time.
As busy professionals with busy lives simply trying to get a workout in, if we arrive before class time starts we should be allowed to participate.

Make sure you reserve your class earlier as it does fill up. High intensity classes you're going to get a good burn! I still would pick the CycleBar over this studio but simply on the fact I like to see the numbers and stats. That doesn't mean this place is wrong though, I'm simply a number & stats person. Here you ride with a feeling which is its own fun experience in itself.

Best. Cycling. In. Utah.
Mcycle is truly the funnest, most energizing, and exciting indoor cycling you will ever take! I can’t say enough wonderful things in regards to Mcycle and the people that work there- from the owners to the instructors. The owners are wonderful human beings and you can tell that they really care about their customers- which is unfortunately rare in most businesses. But you can feel that they make Mcycle an inclusive and loving facility for all to use! If you do decide to go to Mycycle (which you should) I highly recommend taking Allie’s class. She’s an INCREDIBLE instructor! Always cheering you on, involved, fun, happy, and motivating! Taking a class from Allie will make your day 1,000x better! Go experience the fun at Mcycle! 🫶🏼

The good:
The studio is beautiful. It's clean, well organized, easy to get around, etc.
The staff are incredible! The instructors are very impressive and the front desk team was one of the more accommodating and kind I have run into in fitness in a while.
The bad:
The cancellation policy is prohibitive for busy professionals. If you have to cancel, you will get charged. If you no show, you will get charged. Even if you call a few hours before to cancel, you will get charged.
The membership is 200/month
Most classes go to waitlist
So you have to sign up in advance if you want to get the benefit of the membership
But.... you have to let them know 8 hours in advance in you can't make it
Most people don't have lives that predictable
They recommend you show up and just get a bike if you can't be sure 8 hours in advance
That's great
IF, big if - the classes don't sell out
But they do
So you end up paying for a 200 dollar membership and you never get to assure a spot in class.
Further more, they tie you in for 3 months. So I am basically paying 645 (now with late fees) to never go to spin class.
They get to take a ton of my money
And I don't get to work out
To be fair, the 8 hour cancellation notice is buried in a contract you have to sign. It would have been nice if they told you up front.
So long story short:
If you have a predictable schedule, this place is incredible, except being a bit pricey
If you don't, it's going to cost you even more on top of the 200 a month to assure a spot in class

Tucked away in the heart of downtown SLC you will find the best Spin Studio around, Mcycle Studios. I started coming to Mcycle in May 2021. I was in a cardio funk and was hoping to find something new that would make my workouts fun again. I didn't commit immediately, because this facility is a bit of a drive for me. I tried 4 other spin studios before I made the easy decision to pick up a punch pass at Mcycle, 6 months later I go every chance I get, in fact I love it so much I upgraded to an unlimited membership. It has become a staple in my workout routine. Mcycle is a diverse, inclusive studio where we get gather with like minded individuals who also love to be challenged and sweat like you have never sweat before. You leave feeling so invigorated and accomplished and it's only 7am! One of the things that really stuck out to me when I first tried this spin studio is how you are treated from from the beginning, even before committing to a membership. There was no pressure to ever join or upgrade your membership, they just consistently kept this amazing vibe in their studio that makes you want to keep coming back for more. The trainers and owners, are truly passionate about cycling and even more passionate about your success and growth, both physically and mentally. They keep each ride fresh with awesome music, moves and uplifting messages to send us off with until we return for another refill. They are constantly doing special rides that are themed, they offer chilled beverages have a shake bar, and sometimes serve refreshments after their grand ride classes. I truly can't say enough about how much I love this studio, the staff, and the entire experience. Best part is that all their instructors are so badass it's hard to pick a favorite, they each feed your soul in a different way. Just make sure that when you come you come ready to work. Like with anything in life, you get out of it, what you put into it.

Mcycle is probably my second home now. I went from never working out ever, to going almost every other day. The studio is clean, the instructors are caring and invested in you as a rider and friend. My favorite part is the room layout. It's unique with stadium seating, wicked cool lighting, and feels like your own personal concert. If you're sensitive to music, they offer ear plugs as well before you walk in. Additionally, they have an aesthetically pleasing vanity area with toiletries as needed and a smoothie/coffee bar too!

This spin studio is amazing. I feel welcomed and actually look forward to class, which is usually not the case with me and exercise. Benja is my absolute favorite instructor! I can’t help but to smile and laugh in his classes, even when we are climbing a hill and I want to die. His vibes are pure happiness and bad-assery!!!

I'd like to preface with how much I HATE working out, but I knew it was time to get back in shape. This COVID weight has GOT to go. I've been trying to find a way to make being exercising fun so I could stick to a routine ... and MCycle is IT! I never wakeup dreading to go to class and I can't think of any other activity where the 45 mins just FLIES by. I constantly look forward to the next session.
When I attended my very first class, the experience was very intimidating. But the staff and instructors are SO welcoming, understanding, and encouraging. Lindsey taught me how to use the bike, maintain good posture, and some of the moves that they commonly do. Over time, I started to gain the confidence to move from the back row to the middle/front row. Eventually, Jen started to greet me by name and it makes me feel like family here.
I've taken a class from almost every instructor and they are all amazing. They all bring very uplifting and positive energy to every class and I love seeing their different styles. The lights in the room, the songs on their playlists, and the choreography in their workouts make it constantly feel like it's a fun party. It's a great start to the day. Thanks, MCycle for bringing this experience to Salt Lake City. Thankful to have a workout class I actually enjoy!

I absolutely love Mcycle! I've never tried cycling before but decided to give it a go to get out more and put my health first. This place is incredibly cute and locally owned by a couple that runs the place day to day.
The classes are incredibly fun, I forget I am working out all the time but then I see that I burned 500 calories in 45 minutes! The instructors get you hyped, other cyclers who are attending the class are supportive, and the music/lighting really transform the feeling of where you are (it feels like I am in a Vegas club or Ariana's music video). The seating is stadium style with instructors at the front on a platform with a second rider next to them as an example. My friends who've taken Soul Cycle classes in NYC say that these classes are way better by far.
The people here have been INCREDIBLY nice, including the staff and fellow cyclists. I feel like I am a part of a community. The instructors take the time to say hi to you and make sure that you are set up (they also treat you like long time friends). The owners are incredibly nice and thoughtful, they go out of their way to make sure you are set up for success.
The facility is incredibly clean. They take the time to clean between classes. They have lockers that have their own locks so you don't need to bring your own. They have smoothies and other drinks here. There is a vanity area with toiletries such as spray deodorant, mints, hair ties, blow dryer, hair straightener, face wipes, etc. There are also showers here. They've honestly thought through everything. I once forgot socks and they have some in the back you can purchase, which was a nice touch.
I can't wait to start my unlimited pass once I use up my punch pass! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're considering spinning :)
Thanks to the Tyrrells for building such a unique and great studio!

Sadly, I don't feel welcome there any longer. We’re finding a new studio. Had a very bad experience with one of the employees after class who lectured us for being late: "we're a business and five people complained about it, it's disruptive. etc." If it's so disruptive they should not have let us in late? They keep giving us conflicting policies about being late. They need to get their team on the same page. It's not fair to let us in late with a smile then speak to us like children after like we are breaking rules.
I had a less than stellar experience from the owner who tracked me down on Instragram to tell me first that I'm hurting a small business, and that they deserve a 5-star because my previous experiences were good. I tried explaining that didn't change my honest opinion because I still don't feel welcome or respected. If anything I feel even less welcome after receiving a second lecture that made me feel totally invalidated and unheard. Then he told me I was wrong and they treated us perfectly. I don't feel like he tracked me down to apologize for our bad experience or resolve our concerns: he just tried to convince me to give them a higher rating.
I can't honestly give them a 5-star after two negative encounters in the same day. I'm sure most people will have better luck: last week I would have given it a 5, but I never want to go back (that's a 1 in my book). Like I told the guy who tracked me down on social media: one cockroach will ruin an entire ice cream sundae even if the first few bites were delicious.
Update: after I had to ask the owner to leave me alone I was later contacted by the instructor who further insulted me until I finally had to block her. This was sad because she was otherwise a good instructor who was friendly for the most part before her private tirade. I’ve never seen a company go to such lengths to silence an unhappy customer. Their approach of repeated guilt tripping, passive aggressive statements, and personal insults is a very disappointing response from them.

Mcycle goes out of their way to make sure you feel seen. They knew and remembered my name after just one visit. They make sure to shout their goodbyes at me as I’m flying out the door to get ready for work. Feeling like a valued part of their community is so important to me, which is why these small gestures stand out so much.
The studio is amazing. The lights and sound let you disappear from the rest of the world and just fly, dance, or push up a mountain, depending on the song, for 45 minutes. They have a wide variety of instructors offering classes for all tastes—Latin Lunes, Cycle+MVMT (a spin and stretch combo class), and Trap Thursday, just to name a few. But they all infuse their classes with messages of self empowerment and love.
They’ve also got the cleanest space I’ve ever seen. Even my family feels safe being around me after I’ve gone to the gym, which says a lot during these pandemic times.
I’ve loved workout studios before I found Mcycle, but I’ve looked forward to working out here more than any other studio or gym. They have become my friends and this place is one of my favorite places, full of love and joy.

I work in an office/desk job and haven’t regularly exercised in 5+ years. I hate running and could never “get into” weight training when the gym felt like a chore and a mystery. A friend introduced me to Mcycle a few months ago and it has legitimately changed my outlook on my physical and mental health and has reminded me of what my body is capable of! I had never spun before and I was super nervous about keeping up. Mcycle’s instructors, facilities, and overall vibe is not intimidating in the slightest! Lindsey’s classes (especially Trap Thursdays) push me to my physical limits, but it’s somehow insanely fun?? Lindsey trains you physically (cardio and strength) and psychologically (challenges your resilience), but also makes riders in her class feel like instant BFFs who are ready to get down in the club.

I've always been intimated by the idea of taking a spin class. After being invited by Erin, one of the many amazing instructors, I agreed to give it a try. From the second I walked in the door, to the second I l left, my experience was incredible. Needless to say, I instantly became addicted, and not just to cycling, but to MCycle.
For starters, the facility is brand new, and stunning perfection. There are self-locking lockers, shower rooms, and a well-lit vanity area, providing riders with plenty of room, and all of the necessities you need, to freshen up after class. The studio itself is huge, yet still has an intimate feel, and the bike seats are actually very comfortable. Not to mention, they end each class by bringing you a cold, lavender-infused towel... amazing.
The atmosphere is energetic, and positive, even at 7 o'clock in the morning. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The owners are also instructors and beyond personable and engaging, which adds so much to the experience. They say MCycle is "Where Cardio Meets Culture", and it really is. When I went to my first class, I went in only knowing Erin, and left feeling like I knew everyone. The entire staff helps with setting up bikes, and clipping in, even when you've been there before, and they are always encouraging and supportive. The variety of rider skill level and ability in each class leaves no room to feel discouraged or judged, and there's an overall camaraderie, that I've never experienced at a gym before.
I absolutely love MCycle. In addition to the incredible staff and instructors, the energy, vibe, and music within each class bring a sense of inclusion and unity that not only makes working out fun but leaves you feeling like you're part of a family.

I’m totally new to spin, so I was super nervous to try it out but 3 weeks later I’m obsessed and bought the unlimited pass. I love that they introduce themselves personally and remember my name too! Erin is my favorite class! She is so down to earth and the way she counts the beats, her vibe and her music have totally helped me personally get better with the movements and she has completely made me fall in love with spin! The studio by the way is just perfectly beautiful and modern. I finally fell in love with working out again, thank you Mcycle!

My boyfriend and I went opening week to check it out. I've been to a couple of studios, but it was his first time. He's a CrossFit guy so I was nervous he wouldn't understand the "choreo" part or how to ride to the beat. Thankfully, the instructor (Erin) made it an awesome experience for him - her vibe, lighting, music, and cues were on point. We both came out drenched in sweat and on a high from the energy of the class. He's hooked now. We'll definitely be back to Erin's class!

Instructors: Katie is awesome and always will be. I took a class with Erin and found her to lack energy and motivation. She recruited two people to ride at the front with her and they were much needed. They each had far more enthusiasm than she did. I will not take another class with her and am glad that the class I did take was a community ride (free).
Facilities: They are new and gorgeous.
Parking: There is some parking in the back but its unclear if you're actually allowed to park there.
Ride Room: The lighting and stadium layout are pretty cool, however it was hot as hell! Most cycle studios in SLC get hot but this place got the hottest I've ever experienced, which was strange because it started out so cool. The room is large and there were only about 10 people in class but the room got so hot that it steamed up the mirror to the point you couldn't see in it. For this reason alone, regardless of how amazing Katie is (and she is), I will not be back unless something changes.
Pricing: It is definitely up there in pricing and they haven't (yet) decided to offer classes through Classpass.
