I should have seen these guys 2 years ago, they changed my life. Absolutely game changing. I saw 7 people before these guys to fix an ankle issue and I don't how it took so long find them.

Personal training should be in everyone's curriculum especially as we age.

Adding to this, Alex is so awesome! So many incredible exercises I NEVER would have thought of.

My one request for my bachelorette weekend was to do a group workout and this was the PERFECT place! My friends called around to a few gyms and this one was super flexible on timing, workout style and very affordable! Ben, the owner, is super kind, fun and created a safe and high energy environment. He totally customized the workout which meant it was a hard workout for former D1 athletes but completely doable and fun for a few non-workout junkies and pregnant mamas in the group as well.

I love this place! The community of people is just awesome. The coaches and trainers are even more amazing - they know the body, its mechanics, its tissue and the importance of health. And they are super kind, personable and fun! They hand wrote everyone a holiday card - now that is class!
The workouts are specifically designed and build on top of each other week to week. I love the class format as we all support each other while working together on our individual goals. The coaches are there to teach proper form and alignment while offering adjustments as needed. It’s a no frills gym, I love it!!

If you are over 40 and have decided that you want to play with the young kids well into your 70’s and you want to be around to not just bounce your grandkids on your knee, but show them how to ski, bike, climb and generally be awesome, you have got to give OTM and 100 Year Athlete a shot. And by shot I don’t mean 1 class. Commit for a month 3-4 times a week. And if you are not stronger, more flexible, more stable and hotter. Go back to your treadmill. These guys and gals know what they are doing. The classes are fun and not so hard that you spend the next week recovering from your workout. Consistency is the key and this team and their program makes it easy.!

This is the place that every mountain athlete deserves. MinersTown builds their programs and workouts based on the latest science and knowledge of performance, recovery, longevity and all the things. I’m a 10/10 fan of what they do, and how they do it. When I was trying to rehab a shoulder injury, MinersTown gave me the best advice (better than physio and doctor) and I got it back to 100. Plus they are fun, down to earth, and welcoming. All of those things matter to me.

The 100 Year Athlete class doesn’t train you for six-pack abs—it trains you to live. Firewood at 80? Check. Chasing grandkids at 90? No problem. Outlasting a mountain lion at 100? Hopefully.

Still throwing a leg over your bike at 75 without making a noise that alarms nearby wildlife, setting the skin track pace while your least-favorite son-in-law fakes a gear issue to catch his breath, and fighting for first chair at Alta at 80—on a $50 season pass? Get out of my way Jerry!

And the worst part? It works. You get stronger, move better, and dodging retirement home recruiters at 100. If you prefer fragility, stay home and charge your scooter. If not, welcome to the good life.

The Team at Miners Town and specifically the 100 Year Athlete program have changed my life. That may sound cliche, but I found them after 2 years of attempting to recover from a traumatic back injury. They provide a program, coaching, community and accountability that I really needed. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The crew at Minerstown and the programs they offer are stellar. Recently, I took part in the 8 week ski prep. Sadly I was only able to participate in 4 of the 8 weeks. However, at 43 years old and being in the mountains my entire life playing hard, my need don't always feel the best. After the ski prep class, my knees have been much quieter with less recovery time from activities, such as long alpine ascent backcountry skiing.

It's a great crew and great place to do more than just get fit.

What happens when a gym decides to be more than just another place with weights and treadmills? When it chooses to see aging bodies not as problems to be solved but as adventures waiting to unfold?
That's the story of Minerstown.
Most gyms sell memberships, but Minerstown sells transformation. They understand that the goal isn't to become younger—it's to become more capable, resilient, and alive.
My body used to tell a story of limitations. Now, it tells a story of possibilities, from creaky knees to confident scrambles up mountain trails, from avoiding movement to seeking it out.
The magic isn't in their equipment. It's in their philosophy: everybody deserves to be strong, and age is just another variable to work with, not against.
The mountains are calling. Thanks to Minerstown, I can answer with strength, flexibility, and a body that's ready for the next adventure.
This isn't just a gym. It's a permission slip to reimagine what's possible.

I started working out with the team at MinersTown in 2024 to make sure that I'm getting the right kind of strength training for a woman in menopause. The trainers are fantastic and the flexibility of schedule is key to keep me engaged. One of my favorite local businesses in Park City!

At 55, I’ve never felt stronger, more stable or more flexible since becoming a 100 year athlete. A few notable reasons:
1. I no longer wake up with a sore back or stiff achilles
2. I’ve gained 1/2 a club length in golf
3. I actually enjoy skiing moguls again
4. When I change into my waders, my socks don’t get wet from falling over while balancing on one foot
Great gym. Great classes. Great people.

I’ve been training at The 100 Year Athlete for the past few months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. I’ve had the chance to work with several different coaches and trainers, and they’ve all been excellent—each bringing their own expertise and approach. One of the best parts for me is the flexibility to come in at different times throughout the day, and always having a solid plan in place to follow.

It’s also been great to have a community of fellow “athletes” around to work with. The group atmosphere is motivating, and everyone in the classes is fun to be around, which keeps the energy high and helps push me to be better.

I highly recommend MinersTown to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness, especially if you want to feel prepared for all the outdoor activities we love to do!

One of the challenges in moving to a new home town is not knowing where to start with replacing all the places you spent time before. Haircuts, medical, and importantly health & fitness.

It took me a long time to get out of my own way to do the 7-day trial at Miners Town Strength & Conditioning.

Ben welcomed me into my first session with a great orientation and introduction to the others there. Kass and Alex ran sessions that are first class in terms of encouragement, coaching and support making sure I was meeting the others in the session and getting the most out of the movements. Alex closed out the week with a really good tour of the facilities again and how to get the most out of my membership.

I signed up on the spot.

As a 74 year old active woman, getting old sucks. I’ve worked with Ben to help keep me young despite things like a back fusion, lung problems and other odds and ends over the past 6 years or so. His ability and his staff’s, to pinpoint what I and others, need to do to stay active, mobile, flexible and strong despite aging, is irreplaceable in my life.

They quickly assessed my injury, prescribed mobility exercises and a strength training regime to help me recover faster. Prescribed exercise routines were based off my level of pain and mobility, which prevented reinjury and gradually lead to pain relief, increased mobility and muscle strengthening. Easy to work with group and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend these guys and would use them again, if needed.

This place was FANTASTIC. I am currently visiting from San Diego for a Human Performance Conference at the USA Olympic Training centre; and wanted to get a training session in before-hand. Lucky enough, CrossFit Miners Town was right behind the hotel (Double Tree) I'm staying at. (also would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in PC). I walked over for a 5:30 am WOD with Marin - and I had an absolute blast. Got my butt kicked, but it was 100% worth. Marin is one rad and energetic human, who made me feel like I was a long-term member. Even though the altitude is making me feel like a couch-potato, the atmosphere at this facility makes you forget about the fatigue. From a technical side: very easy to sign-up for classes online prior to arriving if you want to reserve your spot.

Miners Town is a great training facility and warm community led by skillful people. I've been fortunate to train here for 3.5 years and have been glad to see it evolve into a collaborative space offering CrossFit, Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch, nutrition, and chiropractic neurology. I can't say enough good things about the Miners Town crew that helped me recover from a multi-year string of injuries (shout out to Ben and Jake!).

Loved having an option of 3 levels of workouts and Opex program. Coaches were knowledgeable, watched form and encouraged athletes to push during the WOD. Thanks for having me!
