KyLee was incredible to work with! To be able to communicate with her at any time and her timely responses made it feel like I had my coach with me 24/7. Then getting a weekly phone call just stepped up the game, making you feel like you were her only client.
She helped me realize that I don’t just wanna always be on a diet and that I want to make a lifestyle change. With her program I felt like it was attainable for Me and my goals. I would recommend working with KyLee at Mohana Wellness to help with out goals in your health journey!

5 stars for KyLee and her nutrition & weight plan program. She was very helpful with setting up my weekly meal plans and teaching me simple ways to watch how my body reacts to each meal. Also she provided great detail on daily workout plans with many different variations for each muscle group. At the start of the year I did a 6 week challenge with Coach Ky. From the very beginning she got me motivated and was there the whole time whilst I was trying to reach my goals. Throughout the challenge she didn’t only care about my physical health, she was frequently checking in on me making sure my mental health and stress levels were also staying healthy. I had a pretty major foot surgery done right before the challenge started and she made sure to check in with me frequently to see how I was healing and to see what she could do to help with my healing processes. To say my experience was extraordinary would be an understatement. The 6 week challenge has ended and she still keeps in touch with me to see how I’m continuing to heal. Ky is the most genuine and caring person I’ve had the chance of working with! Thank you so much for pushing me to reach my fitness goals and helping me with my recovery!

I can’t stress enough how amazing working out with Kylee has been. Life changing to say the absolute least. I don’t even know where to begin with this experience. This has changed my life completely. From where I started, I can’t even recognize myself. I’m not relying on booze anymore and conscious of what I need when I go out. People can see the difference in me and not see me and that “fit guy” which is super flattering to me and love that I have earned that perception. This is something I want to continue and really push what my body is capable of. I wanted to start this for my birthday and see what I can change in a year and I’m feeling like it’s really possible to reach my goals. Ky is such an incredible trainer and just so much more than that. She believes and really pushes you to push your limitations you have for yourself. I’d recommend Ky to anyone and everyone, no matter the skill level. Her knowledge is VAST and knows so much. I thought I had a decent understanding of fitness but I realized I know nothing and I can soak up so much from her. 10/10 would recommend and glad for the opportunity I had. If someone feels like they need to change their life, start with Ky. She will help with the first step, which is the hardest.

Coach Kylee!! It’s hard to find the words to express my appreciation for her and what she stands for! She has shown me that it’s a process and that we can always overcome the hardest things that life throws at you. It has been more than just a gym and coach experience I have a mentor I look up to and a life long friend. The physical transformation is a bonus to the lifestyle and opportunities she helps create with her custom tailored work out and meal plan for me and my goals.
