Erica is a professional who knows her stuff. My first impression of her when I begin working out is that she was an encyclopedia of exercises. I hadn’t been to the gym in years when I started with Erica, but she helped me get back on track, and immediately knew where to focus our training so that I would reduce my risk of lower back injuries and the like, which is why I reached out to her in the first place.

She’s patient, easy to talk to, and inspires confidence. She’s very good at knowing how hard to push so that growth can happen, but without making things so painful that I don’t want to keep going. That applies in the short-term and long-term.

Six months ago I fractured my hip in a scooter crash and had to take a two month hiatus, but she was able to help me get back on track yet again, with new complicating factors, that may have required physical therapy, but in my situation it worked out that working with Erica was enough. She was very careful with our training and I had no additional problems with my hip.

I highly recommend Erica to anyone who is looking for competent, friendly trainer.

Erica is AMAZING! She tailors workout plans specific to you and your goals. There’s never any pressure to follow a regime that isn’t working for you. I got a knee injury, not with Erica, and our workouts focused on upper body so we can avoid further causing more damage to my knee. She did research on the specific injury I have and we did workouts that didn’t further cause damage. She always checked in to see how I was doing with my knee and we stopped any movement that was causing me pain. There’s no “keep pushing through the pain” gym mentality and I really appreciate that. If you are looking for a personal trainer who is going to focus on your needs and wants with working out, she’s definitely your best bet. I learned to love working out because of her and learned to eat better with her meal plans, which she will help with too if that’s what you are looking for as well. She’s tough but she’s understanding as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🤩🤩🤩

As a senior, I went to Erika to have her help me tone up my body and get stronger. Some of what she did was like physical therapy for me. I always looked forward to our training sessions and she understood how to adjust my exercises when I had pain in my knees or shoulder. I always felt better after I had my sessions with her and whatever exercises she wanted me to do, I pushed to do more with her. Erika always introduced me to new exercises, so it was always interesting and fun as she is also very personable.

I’ve been training with Erica for 6 months now and it has been amazing! I was looking for a trainer that could help me with athletic functionality and strength goals and training with Erica has been an absolute game changer! She also knows how to train people who are coming off of an injury. When I first started with her I was still recovering from four fractured ribs and I am now back to 100% and I’m stronger than I was before I got injured. This place is awesome. Erica is such a blessing. I have arthritis and have problems walking even just lifting myself up .Erica works with your needs. I can’t believe how great I feel. Erica is absolutely amazing. I’m a little bit older now and I have a medical issue or two that I let her know about. She customized my training around the issues but the regimen and exercises were always top notch and pushed me.

I loved how she made sure to hit every part of my body with a wide variety of exercise. The exercises targeted my upper and lower legs, core, back, shoulders, arms as well as a focus on balance. I was often sore in a minor way but never did I feel injured. I’m finally losing weight as well as gaining strength and balance.

I enjoyed my training sessions with Erica she was always in tune with my needs and pushed me but not too hard as I have a bad shoulder but she was always looking out for it so I would not over do it. If you want the quick version,
Erika is an impressive Trainer. If you have a goal and do as she instructs. You will not regret working with her. She knows what she is talking about.

For the long version,
I never thought I needed a trainer. I have always been a do it yourself person. But, one day, I injured my arm at work. So, I went to physical therapy, and I found a personal trainer, Erika. My Therapist was constantly telling me how I was recovering faster than others he has seen with my type of injury.
Erika was extremely patient with me. She could tell I was scared, frustrated and negative I was when I would use my arm. So she took small steps to help achieve my overall goals to get my confidence back in my body.
Even after I finished working with the physical therapist, I kept working with Erika. And thankfully, she has kept working with me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and shares with me how to; not only get stronger, but, better mobility and flexibility. I have not felt this good in years!
I am please to report i can now do 2 full pushups! AND hold a plank wich seemed impossible to me 6 months ago.
I am so greatfule to her for her time and knowledge, which I know she has earned not only through studying, but through personal experience. And she has helped not onky my arm but my body as a unit. I can see how my body is changing in a very postive way.
So, if you're looking for someone who will uplift you and be just as excited about you reaching your goals as you are...(if not more;)... You will not regret working with this amazing Trainer.

Erica Rogers helped me regain strength & confidence. She is knowledgeable & can teach very well.
Over the course of 10 months, from Dec 2020- Sept 2021, I utilized Coach Erica’s, as I like to call her, functional fitness training schedules. As a 63yo retired nurse, & a usually very active individual, I am no stranger to the gym, though I am in & out of motivation…. I was trying to address new low back pain that was starting to slow me down. I was sure that I’d lost strength & agility, & knew it wouldn’t get better without getting help, guidance, and motivation. Erica started me off aggressively… and though I was initially enthusiastic, I was too sore & discouraged. I felt like quitting. But, she was good at reassessing and communicating, and dialed the training to fit my abilities. A+
I focused on getting the weekly workouts done, tentatively at first, then upped weights or reps if I felt I could. I got stronger & happier. She was professional, supportive & consistent; commendable traits. She led by example, always showing me how to do a move, or correcting my body mechanics. She looks for correct body postures, correct form, and adequate resistance or weight. She combines exercises in a unique way. She customizes. She has a LOT of book knowledge, training, & she herself is a great physically-fit role model. I completed several months in person, 1:1 training, and several weeks remotely working out myself , with her weekly check-ins & review. Months flew by! Ultimately, I am in better shape now, thanks to Erica.
After an orthopedic consultation, my low back pain diagnosed via an MRI, has been treated with a steroid injection. All the exercises I did prior to the back MRI were good therapies. They made my tender supporting low back muscles, soft abs, & CORE muscles STRONGER. Over time. With consistency. EVERYONE needs a strong Core! I’d recommend strength training, weights, health & wellness supervision from Erica very much. She has the skills needed to help guide anyone towards a better version of themselves. I’ll keep working at it, but have the confidence to self guide/motivate again. Thank you, Coach Erica, for getting me through a challenging year. You made a difference by "picking up this starfish and throwing me back into the water".

Erica is straight just awesome. She is patient, works with you to figure out where your goals and fitness dreams are at, and help you make a path towards that. What ever it may be from advice on form, techniques, meals, progression, or just everyday life. She'll be right there to listen and help you out. She's an amazing person to work with and honestly you'll come for a trainer but really your gonna find a friend. 10/10 if you want a place where you can be comfortable and have the tools or knowledge you'll need for your goals then Erica is the way to go.
