Fantastic gym!! We have been to all the other gyms in this area and Momentum is by far the best there is. My favorite thing is how much they pay attention to detail to help ensure their athletes are learning the proper technique. Highly recommend!! :)

We have been to several gyms in the Ogden/Greater SLC area, and Momentum has surpassed all of them in quality of facility, coaching, and environment. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting and the coaches are top notch in knowledge & skill. I cheered growing up, so finding a high quality gym was incredibly important to me. Can't recommend Momentum enough!!

Coach Val is the best! She is the coach for my 3 & 4 year old boys and they have the best time in her class. I am so impressed with how well she interacts with the kids, and the physical and social skills she teaches them. We have tried other gyms but this has by far been our favorite experience.

I have 0 gymnastics background. I found out that Momentum hosts an Open Adults Class once a week and thought it might be fun to give it a try. Hugh taught the adult class and on top of his knowledge, understanding, and ability to do literally anything and everything there, was just over all an amazing human. After walking into the gym feeling like a fish out of water he did a great job including everyone that attended and met them at whatever level they might be at. He had tons of little tips, tricks, and pointers all along the way and was constantly cheering us on. I left with a new found respect for gymnasts, an awesome workout, and a couple new friends. I will definitely be back

My five-year-old son had a competition here today and had the time of his life. Momentum did a great job hosting. If you're thinking of putting your son in gymnastics I recommend it and the people at Momentum are full of passion and heart for the success of your kid.
