Rachel Lando made it her personal mission to identify the source of my pain. She was working to get answers for me far after the end of each session. She was empathetic and intuitive, and (in my opinion) ‘over and above’ any therapist or trainer I’ve been to. Her space is a wonderful, light filled studio where energy flows freely and with intention. My sessions with her are making a difference in my every day life ….. and that’s HUGE when you’ve been living with pain. Her approach and techniques lead to real results.

This new studio in Pinebrook is a gem! The classes are thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on form and individualized attention. I met Rachel about 1.5 years ago at another studio. I had my first one on one with Rachel last week. I was a bit nervous since the focus was entirely on me. Rachel started me with a breathing technique and it was great. From there we went to stretching and lengthening. It was a total body workout. I will be honest and say a few tears were shed at the end. The time spent with Rachel was amazing. I look forward to watching ME grow with Kristy and Rachel leading, and with their team of fantastic instructors helping us being our best selves. The I spent with her was time well spent. Thank you for the quality care.

Rachel is an amazing pilates and yoga instructor- she has so much knowledge of anatomy and excellent focus on form and alignment. I found her classes after an injury - she always gave me tips on how to modify safely (in both private lessons and group setting) and also helped me get stronger during my recovery. I’m still taking classes and will continue to do so - plus she is warm, fun, and funny!
