We are a small yoga studio located upstairs in the historic Cannery Center building. We offer beginner to experienced yogis a great place to practice together. Join us for a class today! Studio is also available for rented by the hour.

Such a great spot and nice to have in the area! I love the cozy entry space and the familial environment. Everyone was so respectful and kind. I loved the instructor Jaden, she did a great job at talking through the process for practitioners at all levels. I’d definitely recommend this yoga studio!

Wonderful classes taught by skilled and kind teachers. I am a new student and I will continue to keep coming back! Being new I have felt very welcomed and the environment is very calming and non judgemental. The studio is well managed and I like the collection of yoga classes they offer. 100% recommend this place!

North Ogden Yoga has a great location and the brick work is warming when you're inside. I love the feeling of the building and the loving intention in the studio! The staff are helpful and non-judgemental.
