I’ve been going to this Orange Theory location for 2.5 years now and I still love it. The coaches here are super nice and will take the time to connect with you. They’ll offer alternative exercises in case of injury or, in my case last year, pregnancy, etc. I was super self conscious my first class, but I realized no one else is paying attention to you (besides the coach). Everyone is there to work on themselves. It’s honestly such a nice environment to work out in!! And I love having the coaches correct my form and things so that I really get stronger and avoid injury. The best part is that I have improved, gotten stronger and I can see it! I lift heavier and I run faster and farther. This is a great place for cardio training. I never thought I’d be a runner, but now I’m running over 2 miles every class! I have never regretted joining OTF 🧡

1. The front desk girl clearly discriminated against me. I was 9 minutes late, and she wouldn’t let me in, even though my friends have been allowed in when they were 15 minutes late. ( another time I also 7 minutes late she won’t allow me in as well)
2. When I signed up, the sales girl told me I could cancel anytime. But when I asked the front desk to cancel my membership today , she said I have to pay until December. This is scam.
3. The class schedule at this location is inconvenient, with the latest class at 5:45, all during my work hours. I tried my best run into class and deny to get in.
4. If you are Asian women you may be treated differently lol

I love the variety of the workouts and knowing that if my form is wrong a coach is there to help! The coaches are motivating and the environment keeps you pumped up. With orange theory I get a better workout than I even would alone in the gym. I’m not one who just loves to workout, but orange theory fits any level and anyone! It’s been a game changer for me in my health.

Awesome crew. My most favorite OTF studio by far. Love all the coaches and support staff. I had never been to a gym so wasn't familiar with the form, power and other aspects of a good workout. Would be unfair to call names but all the coaches, esp Matt and Nick, helped me continuously improve by sharing feedback. Helped me get back into a fitness routine.

I have been going to Orange Theory for about six weeks. I have enjoyed the classes; they push me, and I can already tell a huge difference in my overall health, flexibility, etc. Many exercises that were difficult at first have become much more manageable. Shout out to Nick and Kami, who have been the coaches in most of the classes I have been in; they are quick to reinforce my effort and helpfully correct my technique. In reading negative reviews regarding policies and such, I have to say that they were very upfront with us when signing up about their policies and how everything works. The cancellation policy is steep, but for me, it creates accountability - which is appreciated. Thanks, OTF team, you guys are fantastic!

Orange Theory Works for Me! I’ve been a member of OTF for 5+ years and the coaches and staff are awesome. They offer support and encouragement on your good day and not-so-good days! I encourage anyone looking for a solid, consolidated (60 minutes), as intense as you want to make it effort HIIT workout, to check out OTF!

Orange theorys technology is amazing! I have a fitbit but buying the heart rate monitor was the right decision. During the work out the coaches place your heart rate into color coded zones which match up with your heart rate monitor making the whole experience really personal. The heart rate monitor reads my vitals way better than my Fitbit and I even use it outside of Orange theory on their app.

I took one trial class at this facility and so this is a summary of my brief experience there:
It seems this gym is only worth it if you have plenty of money—shouldn’t be a problem for most people in the area— and if you literally cannot will yourself to workout without a membership there.
The prices are extremely high relative to nearby gyms; the price for an individual monthly membership exceeds the price for a couples pass at the nearby rock climbing gym and many other comparably nice facilities with trained coaches and group fitness classes.
They are EXTREMELY aggressive with the sales, on top of having a bunch of “fine print” in their contracts that try and catch you off guard and get more money out of you. For example, when they say “one free trial month”, they actually mean “one free trial month if you pay for the ~$150 fitness band and commit to a contract”. The fitness band is cool but it’s basically just a smart watch without any of the phone functions? At that price you might as well just pay a bit more to get a smart watch, or a Fitbit.
I made an OTF account online about a week before I intended to use my trial class, and within those few days I received several phone calls and emails from the staff trying to get me to sign up. After my trial class I was taken out from the room in the middle of stretching to sign paperwork that I hadn’t agreed to and the staff would not take no for an answer so I weaseled my way out. Of course shortly after I left I received more phone calls and emails asking me to sign up. I’m personally turned off to that level of salesmanship—it seems if it were truly a good product/service they shouldn’t have to try so hard to acquire and retain members, especially when the approach they take with retention is to make you pay a bunch of money upfront and get you stuck in an elaborate contract.
For the pros the treadmills were impeccable (seriously impressive technology) and it is a really cool approach to fitness; especially if you’re a numbers person that likes exact stats tied to your progress.
The workout was great but not something I couldn’t get on my own or at a different, equally nice and less expensive facility.

I have been going to Orange Theory for about 4 years. I have stuck with it through many life changes - student life, working full-time, busy season as a CPA, and even found a gym while on vacation. The program is versatile to meet my changing life style. When I was commuting to down town SLC I could hop in a class there, shower and be in my office by 8am. Now I work remote and i can find a class at noon to break up my day.
The classes them selves are so motivating! The coaches are always there to correct my form while I lift or encourage me in a long push! The coaches, staff, and members have this positive vibe that gives me a lift to not only work hard but be happy! I love the app too. So conveinint to schedule classes.
One last thing.. they have a policy to charge you when you miss a class. That sounds like a pain but it is just enough pain to get me out of bed and be on time. I rarely miss a class because I need that extra push and it works!
To top it all off the little heart rate tracker is one of my favorite features. I have concrete evidence of how hard I worked. It motivates me while I am there to push myself and then when I see my splat points at the end I feel proud of myself.
That's the beauty of OTF.. it has it all wrapped up into one amazing program. I highly recommend it!!!!

30 days ago I had a total right knee replacement. My recovery has been extraordinary. One week after surgery the physical therapist indicated my knee extension and bend was 4 weeks ahead of expectations. After 2 weeks I was able to walk 5.5 miles. I freakin' LOVE Orange Theory!! Of course, I'd seen a million of them for a long time now, but never had tried them out until a couple weeks ago.
I hit a plateau doing home workouts, so I've been trying out other gyms/studios so I can keep the momentum up. OTF offered a free week trial on FB, so I signed up with my bf. We got a call a couple days later to set up the first workout day over the phone. They said they would put us down for a Friday 9am class, but since my bf didn't want to put a credit card down (required), they couldn't hold our spots if other members came in. Kinda a bummer, but I get it seeing as how busy they are and how they're at a smaller capacity due to COVID.
We came in that Friday morning, but were not able to partake since the class filled up with members. They offered to schedule us for the following Monday class, and we put our credit card down to hold the spot.
We came in the following Monday and were given loaner heart monitors. We were given a rundown as to how the classes and monitors work before the workout started. We were able to catch on and do pretty well throughout.
Classes are a series of blocks that include: treadmills (with soft impact), weight floor, and water rowing machines. I wasn't sure if I would get bored of this, but after a week straight, I'd have to say my worry is unfounded. Each class is different from day-to-day, focusing on certain aspects (i.e. endurance, strength, power, etc.) Apparently there are a team of experts that design these classes to be as efficient as possible, and I'd have to agree with them. The results I see in only ONE WEEK is astounding compared to the month+ I've been working out at home, and for double the time. It seriously motivates me to be in these types of group workouts, especially when you can see your heart rate and you know where you want the target range to be.
We ended up deciding to buy an 8-pack monthly each -- if you buy two in a household, you get $10 off the second membership. The 4-pack is currently $59 a month (not pictured). We also bought heart monitors because it's a $10 rental fee each time without owning your own. I got the armband monitor which is more expensive, but it feels better and registers much quicker than the chest monitor (my bf got that one -- it takes a little while to warm up).
It is a little expensive, but the results are crazy fast if you push yourself, and it's a full body workout every time. OTF workouts are the perfect way to supplement my biking and home workouts (including yoga). I love all of the employees, coaches and energy here, and I love how you can go to any OTF location as a member. The app is also cool because it tracks your stats (including home workout / biking / etc.) and has home workout videos in it. It's super easy to book classes on it, but the morning classes book up fast. If you're able to make it through a week straight, you'll feel like you can do anything!

I got here literally 5 minutes late, which is supposed to be ok. They gave away my spot and sent me away without being allowed to workout. My phone clock had me coming in at 9:20 on the dot. But they started their timer earlier than the digital clocks on phones. The timer had me coming in at 5 minutes 30 seconds late. They gave away my spot. Im not exaggerating. This is a serious disappointment. I pay over $150 per month to with out and considering canceling.

Would deserve 6 stars if they had later hours. I would love to workout here except the hours are catered to housewives and not the unlucky working people who work long hours each day and are commuting to work Before 6am and aren’t home until 7:30pm. I’d love to see extended hours. If that ever happens I’ll definitely be a regular! Or...decrease the cost so I can afford to quit my job and workout here! 😹

Since then he has been a constant in my life. He always says hello and is very .personable. He really cares about each of us individually. As if that wasn’t enough, he is so incredibly helpful. Hi everyone!
I have joined in nov 2018 so they said some offer going on at that time one month free and from second month they will charge! At that time i was okay with that and i joined and after one and half month few of my personal reasons i wanna quit this gym
So here is the point !!
In terms of their rules i have given them one and half month cancellation notice and they didn't canceled, i went and asked why
Reason they said they lost the copy.
at that time i captured that cancellation form so,I have showed them with date and time
45 days before i have given the notice and they played drama, and they charge me three months extra
Total that free month and two extra months they charged

Horrible service when it comes to refunds. Complete joke I will never go back here and telling all family and friends to avoid with extreme caution!

The workout aspect was awesome. The business aspect... they REALLY need to get it together. I signed up before they opened. After a few weeks, I decided to downgrade to the twice a week membership rather than unlimited. Instead of downgrading my membership, they created a second one. I was charged both prices in June. I called them and they refunded me, but they didn't realize what had happened. I cancelled in June, meaning that I would be charged for July and be done in August. Come July, I was double charged AGAIN and they finally realized that I had two accounts. They refunded the one pass, and I confirmed that I was already cancelled and was not going to be charged for August. I was just glad they figured out what was wrong. WELL. Now it is August, and I was double charged AGAIN! I've called 3x and they keep saying that the manager will call me back and handle the situation, but I've yet to receive a call. I've been charged for two separate memberships for the month that I was supposed to be completed cancelled. This gym is already pretty pricey, and I can't help but feel like I'm being scammed!
Update: I just called a 4th time. The manager wasn't there, but they went ahead and refunded the passes. Hopefully I'm not charged in September!
