Best gym around! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the best people around. The coaches are all fantastic and all so very supportive. I love that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, the coaches meet you there and help you become better every single class. They truly care about you, and help you become your best self! My absolute favorite thing about OTF is the atmosphere they have created. Everyone is just so accepting of everyone and so supportive/encouraging, it truly makes working out enjoyable.

I love the ease of knowing I can find one whenever I'm traveling too. Staff and coaches are attentive and you can't beat the hour workout. Best gym in the nation for 2025, just sayin'.

I love working out, but Orangetheory takes it to a new level. I have had personal trainers, I've done CF, boot camps, you name it... OTF is everything i love all in one!! All the coaches are so wonderful and have their own style of motivation and hype. It's a party for an hour, you just happen to burn 500cal in the process 😉

Me- I’m here to try a free class
Orange theory lady- you were supposed to come 30 minutes early
Me- oh not 20 minutes (awkward laugh) I sat in the parking lot for a bit because it was empty……….
OTL- you need to give me a credit card
Me- I just wanted to try it first
OTL- yes we won’t charge it but if you don’t show up we charge
Me- ( looking confused because I’m here to go to said class)
OTL- The free class is so you will sign up
Me- I’m going to try a free class to see if I WANT to sign up
OTL- weird silence

So I went to get my card out the the car and decided to leave because the price is steep to have such horrendous customer service.

They ask well over 100 dollars a month and it is not unreasonable to want to know you are getting an excellent product. That includes customer service

OTF North Ogden is the best! The staff and coaches are fantastic. The classes are challenging but doable for all fitness levels. It has been a few years since I have worked out at a gym regularly and it can be intimidating to start. Everyone is so nice and encouraging. I highly recommend trying a class!

I have loved Orange Theory so far. I struggle to push myself if I work out on my own, especially with cardio. Having a class setting and such up beat and encouraging coaches has really helped motivate me to show up and do the work. I love that the time is divided up between the treadmill and weights (and rower depending on the class). It helps me hit goals in cardio and strength training and the classes switch up every day so you aren't always doing the same thing. I have really bad knees and I was worried about them popping out of place when I first started, but the treadmills have more "give" to them so it doesn't hurt like at a normal run-of-the-mill gym. The rowers actually have paddles and water in them, too, so the motion much smoother than most rowers. Their equipment is top tier and always clean!

LOVE Orange Theory!! The staff are great to work with, and the coaches always bring fun energy and motivation to each class! I love having structure and being able to just show up and get a killer workout!
With the founders rates and friend referrals, I feel like the membership is totally worth the cost! It keeps me motivated to keep showing up and getting the most out of it!
Would 100% recommend!

I was so excited to see there was an Orangetheory opening close to where I live! I’d been wanting to try it. Honestly, I was still a little intimidated for my first class, but it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I signed up. I’m 15 classes in now and I’ve already seen huge improvement in what I’m able to accomplish. I hate the treadmill, but because of the progress I’m seeing, I’m learning to appreciate it. I definitely push myself harder in class than I would on my own. Great staff, great equipment.

I am a huge fan of Orange Theory North Ogden! It’s a really great one hour of your day that allows you to grow stronger and fitter. The main differences between OTF and a run-of-the-mill gym would be the coaching, the classes (no free roaming, it’s CLASS), the EQUIPMENT (the treads are a vast improvement to a bargain gym), and the environment. This is not a place where they want you to pay and never show up, the coaches invite and encourage you back—and you want to come back, because the workouts are fun and the coaches are awesome. You can simply show up and do the work, and you’ll have a great time and improve your self! The price point is prohibitive, but if you can swing it, in my opinion the investment into your health and wellness is worth it!

Orange theory is such a great atmosphere! The coaches push you (especially coach Jess!) because she believes in you! If you have any limitations the coaches understand, the people you workout with are so nice and supportive as well. If you are starting out not knowing how to workout this is the place for you!

Love the staff, love the coaches! Music is on point even if you do love every variety it keeps you pumping! You’ll rock the sweat and calories right off. Everyone is on the same page working out with you, so you feel at the point of equality and likeminded goals. Love OTF!!!

I don't know how anyone wouldn't give this place 5 stars!
My husband and I signed up with OTF for the first time when the new North Ogden location opened. We love it! Love the workout format so much. The best part is definitely the coaches and staff! They are all incredible people who quickly became our friends.
I have no experience with other OTF locations but feel like we are super lucky to have found this one! Highly recommend!

This gym makes working out fun. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the equipment is top-notch. I love working out in a class setting, and I love that the time is divided up between the treadmill, rowers, and weights. It really makes the class time fly by quickly.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I was really worried about my knees when I started, but the treadmills have more 'give' than a regular treadmill, and I believe it's made a difference. Between the treadmills and the rowers, I've noticed a big improvement in mobility and knee pain. The coaches are also helpful when I need to modify exercises.

As an ex-college athlete who has struggled to find the same consistency as a working professional, OTF provides me with the motivation and rigor I had been craving. I am in the best running shape of my life, and I have a newfound love of weight training thanks to Orange Theory!

Very frustrated with these guys. They were not clear on when the Free 2 weeks started at all. I have spoken to a few other people that were misinformed or misunderstood as well. I was so excited to try them out and make sure it’s a good fit before I go and pay $150 for a month. Then they drew out the amount before I ever even started my 2 week trial. The texts they sent out were not clear WHATSOEVER. Which makes me not want to continue my membership at all because this has started out so poorly, I don’t want to pay $150 to people that are not able to admit their faults and own up to poor/misleading marketing. They won’t work with us at all on the confusion that they caused. We told them we are fine with paying for the 1st month if they really can’t give us a refund, which I think that is pretty kind of us, but we want to cancel right now so we aren’t charged again. BUT THEY WONT because of their 30 day cancellation notice and they won’t work on it at all with us. We are 5 days late but technically not because I thought I was in the middle of my 2 weeks free trial. I work somewhere that requires the 30 day cancellation notice but we will work with clients on it and especially if there was a confusion we caused from our end, but these guys aren’t understanding at all. The girl we have spoken to a few times over the phone kept laughing as she tried to explain how they can’t refund us or cancel the membership until August. My friend that I actually went with to a meeting and signed up on the same day as her was able to cancel AND GET A FULL REFUND due to them claiming “we don’t have her records but we have yours”. I totally understand having some kinks and issues the 1st couple weeks of operations of a new store but I just think this is ridiculous and the fact they can’t even own up to what they did wrong and have some leeway on their mistakes.

Signed up for 2 weeks free no commitment. Charged us for the first month before that 2 weeks was up. Then was told we owe another months worth in order to cancel. Long story short I’m out $300 bucks without ever setting foot in the gym, and apparently there is nothing they can do for us.
