Been trying to cancel for 2 months after showing up for class and no one was there. Called 3 times, left voicemails, no replies. Sent Instagram message, no reply. Sent Facebook message, no reply. But they charged my card again.

Worst communication I have ever dealt with. My daughter hurt her foot over 2 1/2 months ago, I called to let them know she wouldn’t be coming the remaining of the year. I have emailed, called MULTIPLE times. NO response and have been charged for her class. No one answers the phone or returns calls or emails. Completely frustrated with their Communication. I would at least like a call and a refund.

I was so disappointed in our experience here. The classes were very disorganized and the teachers did very little teaching. My daughter moved up to the next class and got injured on her first time. The teacher never came to check on her and didnt acknowledge her when she came back to the mat. Five minutes later another little girl got hurt. Same thing happened. I tried reaching out several times to the owner via phone and email and never got a response.

0/10 would not recommend! Really disappointed in our experience there because this seemed like such a great place a convenient location! My girls started out in the summer class which was a class of about 4. The teacher was rarely on time and always ended the class early or ended it early without giving the parents any warning. I signed up my daughters for the beginner class for the fall and it has 14 girls for 1 teacher. The owner promised a second teacher would be hired and nothing was done for 4 months. I pulled my kids out of the class because it was too chaotic and they kept charging my card even though my girls were unenrolled. After several phones calls and emails I still have not heard back or any response from them and do not have my money! Would not recommend to anyone.

Disappointed & unimpressed as were my kids. When I asked them if they wanted to continue for another season or try for the cheer teams they unanimously said NO!!!
They gained no skills & ended the season the way they began.
When I reached out with questions I never received any responses. They only seem to care about their cheer comp teams.

My daughter has been enrolled in the beginner tumbling class. I feel like she hasn’t learned much this past year. Today I went to go watch her in the class and her teachers were either on their phones or sitting on the ground talking to one another. They had the class doing free time for 35-40 mins of the 60 min class. Other times I have gone to watch, I’ve seen them on their phones as well. It’s frustrating because I would have liked to sign my daughter up for the next level later this year but I feel she has only learned to do a good cart wheel. Would have liked to see her teachers more involved.

I’ve been trying to enroll my daughter here for months. It’s the closest to my house and there facility looks really nice. I can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve called several times, left voicemails, emailed them, messaged them on Instagram and no one will get back.. very unprofessional

Has been such an amazing experience. The coaches truly love their jobs and the girls. It has such a positive atmosphere and so encouraging. Took us a long time to find a place where my daughter felt comfortable and supported. They have high goals and push the girls( and boys) in the most positive ways to reach it. It’s an amazing gym. My daughter isn’t a natural but you would never know it by how well they teach and work with each child!

My daughter is just starting her third year with Patriot Cheer and we absolutely love them! When we first started I worried about entering the cheer/dance world and all the stereotypical drama that seems to accompany it, but to my delight we have not had any of that! Kara and Cheryl are AMAZING with the girls and truly love and care about each one of them individually and as a group. The coaches they bring into the gym are committed to teaching and loving the girls, always helping them feel like they’re doing a great job while instilling confidence and growth. I’m so appreciative of their choice in modest costumes! And I love all the extra clinics they do through the year to help the girls who want a little extra something to work on be able to do just that. When there are things that need improvement they make the necessary changes, often times asking for feedback and input from the girls and parents, making it easy to grow together as a Patriot family. Their openness and willingness to include us in things that are going on is so refreshing! Patriot is still a newer gym in comparison to others in the area, but I’m so impressed to see how they’ve been able to grow and still keep each one of the kids and their growth and development as the top priority. They have pushed me so much to get new skills and With my first year there I got a standing tuck, handspring handspring tuck, round off handspring layout, and learning my full. By far the best cheerleading place I have gone to! Even though we don’t win competitions a lot, patriot has gotten way better with the third year and we are hoping to win competitions this year.

I have so many great things to say about Patriot Cheer All Stars!! I tumbled and cheered growing up and when my kids wanted to start we looked up and down Davis County looking for the perfect gym and the perfect fit! After a few different gyms with no luck Patriot opened and we couldn't be happier! It is the perfect fit! We love how the owners Cheryl and Kara are so involved, they love and care about each athlete! The coaches are absolutely amazing and truly care about my girls and help the grow their talents! They encourage them and fill them with confidence. When one of my girls decided she wanted to do cheer I was so nervous because she was only 7 but it has been the best thing to happen to her. The atmosphere of the gym is so great and the girls love going! We couldn't ask for a better gym to belong to!

I love this facility and all they do for their athletes! Took my kids here for private lessons over thanksgiving break, one of the owners demanded the lesson end early because she was hosting a thanksgiving party for her family. Totally unprofessional and awkward. Need to get together on their scheduling. I felt bad for the coach that was doing the lesson because he was blatantly disrespected in front of us.

I'm soo happy with Patriot Cheer!! We've been to three different tumbling and cheer gyms in Patriot is by far my favorite. They care about the athletes! Athletes come first. Coach Cheryl and Kara listen to parents concerns and take them seriously. They have a beautiful team spirit built through activities and service and rewards rather than punishments. They are also the most affordable gym while presenting 100% professional cheer team competing with the best. I'm soo happy I found Patriot and would highly recommend them to anyone with any skill level.

Great gym for kids of all ages and skill level. The instructors are very patience, professional, and experienced. We have two daughters (aged 4 and 6) enrolled in their program and both have very little background in gymnastics or cheer, but the instructor is willing to work with them one on one to make sure they succeed. There are a lot of very advanced kids at this facility as well. The skill level (ie flips, tumbling, near acrobatics, etc) I have seen is very impressive. The facility is very clean and modern. I highly recommend Patriot Cheer to anyone looking to get their kids started in gymnastics/cheer or to anyone with advanced students looking to continue to increase their skills and abilities.
