I did the 6-week challenge as something to challenge myself and could not be more happy with the journey and the results!! I lost 12lbs and 9% body fat. The workouts were awesome and the coaches so supportive. It is such an inclusive environment that gives great energy for beginners. The coaches really help keep you accountable and are there every step of the way to support you! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anybody!! I feel not only stronger but that I have developed a better mindset in general with health and fitness.

I signed up for a six-month membership and had a great experience. When I went to purchase the membership, I spoke with the owner, and he was incredibly patient and kind with all my questions. I don’t have much workout experience, but all the trainers made me feel supported, motivated, and encouraged. My workouts were always positive, and even when I had to cancel early due to relocating, the process was quick and hassle-free.

Peak Fitness employes great coaches and attracts athletes. The nutrition coaching allowed me to reduce my body fat percentage by nearly 2% in just two weeks. The fitness coach staff helped to keep me motivated and guided me to adopt better lifting form which resulted in my adoption of techniques that reduce my injury susceptibility and increased my overall strength and performance. This gym attracts seasoned athletes and beginners alike and makes everyone feel like they are welcome. Thank you for helping me and pushing me during my "challenge!"

Absolutely loved going to Peak Fitness! I originally signed up for the 6 week program and attained the EXACT goals I was wanting to. They have fantastic resources and trainers who are kind, attentive, and positive! I had no idea of what to expect when I decided to sign up for a 6 week challenge with PEAK FITNESS. I had not worked out for many years. One night I saw a instagram post and figured I would give it a chance. It’s only 6 weeks, let’s see what could happen. I’m so glad I did!!!
The results I have seen and been able to measure in just 6 weeks with the 3DFit scans make me want to keep going. -17.6 lbs of fat, gained 12.8 lbs of mussel, 7.8 body fat percentage overall so far!! I like how the classes have a trainer in each one helping everyone with form and pushing you to get that workout in. Great trainers that are friendly and knowledgeable. Music is always Bumpin to keep you going! They have so many different styles of workouts that it keeps me building strength in areas I would never have worked out had I just went to a regular gym by myself or with friends. I’m excited to see where I can get to with some goals and coaching. Drive down check it out like I did. You won’t regret it once you start going to get in better shape. Classes are 45mins-1hr depending on the day and class, and it really works!! HIIT, cardio, and lift classes will get you to your PEAK fitness levels! Just do it, you will be proud you did!

If I could give them 100 stars I totally would! Not only does this gym have cool equipment, and lots of fun features like the sauna, the coaches and people are what have made it the best experience ever!

The coaches and owner are so encouraging, kind, and help you figure out how to do workouts if you are struggling. You can feel that they really care about you and your success. For example, the coach Kelsey is so good at reminding me what muscles I am working out, and that muscle mind connection makes a HUGE difference. She’s awesome!! All the coaches are literally incredible.

The other people working out there are so nice, and you can tell this community is full of kind hearted people and true friends! The coaches and people are great motivators to actually get you to come to the classes, and I always feel so proud after pushing myself in the workouts.

Literally the BEST decision ever to start this! I am almost at 2 months, and will continue to come as long as I can! It is SO fun, and not like any other workout program or class I’ve done before!!

I have absolutely loved being a part of this gym! The community and coaches are amazing. They lift you up and help you each day. I did the 6-week challenge and was given nutrition goals and recipes that helped me meet my fitness goals. I also had a coach that would help me personally and would help me stay on track. Did the 14 day trial and was quite unimpressed with the whole atmosphere. There’s not a front desk to start off with and no one directed me where to go when I got there, and I felt lost and awkward. No one introduced themselves to me and I just didn’t feel included. The coaches were very unenthusiastic and felt like they would rather be elsewhere. Will not be returning.

Very unimpressed with my experience with Peak Fitness and their unprofessionalism. Class was chaotic, coach leading the class did not care to be there, and when I asked my coach for a refund I was left on read even after multiple reminders. I was hopeful after hearing good things, but will not be going back.

I started peak fitness over a month ago and it has been a great experience! I love that the workouts are well-planned - the coaches spend a few minutes helping us know what to focus on with the movements and then we get to work!
Having the TV screens show us what to do is also really helpful, I can look up and double check if I'm doing movements correctly. Also, everyone is so friendly and the gym is clean and I love love love that I don't have to plan any workouts - I just show up and everything is ready to go!
If you're looking for a place where you can have consistent, quality workouts with great people, peak fitness is the place for you :)

Peak Fitness is a great place to get your workout in when you’re not feeling motivated to go to the gym by yourself! The workout is planned out for you, the members and coaches are all friendly, plus they now have a sauna, an icebath, and massage guns for after your workout. I like that there are strength days, cardio days, and hybrid workouts to pick and choose from and I can come in the evening or morning depending on what I’m feeling!

I love this place! After my ACL surgery three years ago, I wanted to regain my confidence and return to my normal activities without the fear of getting hurt again. The intensity of the workouts in such a short amount of time is fantastic. While the open hours are limited, this has actually helped me become more disciplined and plan my days better. I also appreciate having coaches who correct my posture and help prevent injuries.

I came across Peak Fit via social media. They were offering a 6 week program that I thought (somewhat skeptically) I would give a try. 6 weeks later I’m hooked and love this place! Great coaches, awesome workouts, educated dietary advice, and a handful of new friends have made this the best gym I’ve ever tried! So far 11 lbs down, moving better, feeling better, and dare I say it…looking better. Shout out to Daniel for taking the time to make a customized plan for my body type and use of their 3D body scanner to see actual results.

I've been going since they Peak Fitness opened. First of all, the community is great. People don't judged and push each other every session. Some of my closest friends are from Peak. Also, the trainers all know what they are doing and really want to help you be better.
And workout themselves are prepped everyday so you don't have to worry about what you want to work on. Just come, have fun, and enjoy it!

PeakFitness is awesome. I love the experience of working out with a group and a trainer. I also like that they are short but intense workouts. Now that there's also a full recovery area with a sauna and cold plunge too this is the best gym around. The community is amazing and one of the biggest reasons I've stuck around for years. I love each of the trainers and everyone that goes is down to earth and supportive of each other. The activities we do are way fun. Sometimes it's a special outdoor workout on Saturday or a workout party with a DJ, or a team competition. You'll be laying on the floor after but smiling :)

I am recovering from a pretty wicked car wreck a few years ago and have been doing my own PT, as I am a pretty self-motivated guy. I tried a 'challenge' at another gym the first of this year but only lasted 1 day. It was more of a show up and join the group type of experience. I saw Peak's 6-week challenge on FB and decided to try it again. This went so much better!

I met with the owner, Daniel and he had me do a complete body scan and we went over everything. You could see how my injuries were affecting even my posture, as I tried to protect my injuries. We discussed my injuries at length and came up with a customized program for me that included changing my eating habits. Daniel helped with recipes and shopping lists, etc. to help me transition into eating a lower fat/high protein diet. He also held me accountable by having me send pictures of my groceries and my meals.

The workouts were great and the coaches were super motivational. They also took the time to get to know me and my injuries and would check on me and make sure that I was using proper techniques so that I would get the best benefit from each exercise and also keep from causing more damage. They would also help me with different exercises than some of the other class members, when a particular exercise was aggrevating one of my injuries.

With the help of the entire Peak team, I was able to see amazing results in the 6-week challenge. I feel better in all areas of my life. It is interesting how better food and better exercise has made an impact in areas other than just physical. I have continued with a membership after the challenge was over and hope to continue to see progress, as I work towards my long term fitness goals.

I highly recommend Peak Fitness. They are small enough to give amazing personal service. They helped with things like pain management and sleep, both of which have been ongoing problems. Nutrition recommendations for supplements have also been of great benefit. So many things that most gyms just don't bother to get that personally involved with you and your specific situation and goals.

Peak Fitness is a dream come true for those who want to be disciplined and motivated to achieve fitness goals. I surprisingly did the 6-week challenge they offered to see how it works and now I can not get rid of my habit of coming to this place. I feel so much better now, mentally, physically and emotionally. Working out in the manner of how this program has its workout routine is a great way to get to wherever you want to be in your goals life. They have a nutritionist one-on-one, and the whole team tracking your progress. Also, I need to mention the amazing coaches Peak Fitness has. Without them, I don’t think I would be able to reach my goals or be as motivated to keep working out and investing in my health as I am. They make sure you have what you need and do the exercise appropriately so that you do not get injured. I saw an Instagram ad for a six-week challenge and thought it was a free trial, which was a partial misinterpretation. I filled out the survey, made an appointment to talk it over, and spoke with Daniel. He informed me of both a free and paid version of the challenge, the paid version obviously being the more comprehensive one. I let him know I intended to do the free version. Daniel re-emphasized the benefits of the paid version, and we had negotiations about price until I buckled. Ultimately, I signed up for a month but I only ever made use of the food plan and hardly went to the actual gym because I found the gym that I already go to easier in terms of hours, location, and preexisting friends. The provided workouts are fantastic though for anyone who really wants to take it to the next level. If you have the proper money, time, and discipline, I’d highly recommend this gym.
