Been to a few classes with a few different instructors. They are all nice and not too pushy or judgemental, which I feel is rare these days at any type of advanced workout class. It's pretty expensive but to be fair, it's a really good workout. Most other reformer classes are just glorified stretching, which is fine for some people but when I'm paying for a class, I want to feel it, which is what you get here. There is definitely a learning curve so if you go, prepare to be humbled!

I’m OBSESSED with Peak 45! 🙌 It’s the ultimate full-body workout and therapy session all in just 45 minutes. Every class pushes me, resets me, and leaves me feeling so strong. Huge shoutout to the incredible instructors — Paige, Brittany, and Joslyn — you guys are the BEST! Just hit my 100th class and already counting down to 200! If you haven’t tried Peak 45 yet, GO. You’ll be hooked! 💪🔥

This workout will kick your butt in 45 minutes. Amazing instructors and it goes by so fast. Only workout class I’ve liked and gone to repetitively and I have tried a lot! Saw results within 3 classes.

I was hooked from my very first class! This workout is so effective for only being 45 minutes since instructors maximize all of the time. I have the best muscle tone ever, despite a long history of HIIT and weightlifting training. This studio is always clean and has a great atmosphere.
Due to a travel-intensive job, I've attended other lagree studios in Hawaii and Florida, but Peak45 is the most approachable and effective location I've been to. I'm so grateful I can call this location my home base! The instructors are great at explaining the machine and moves (+ have fantastic cueing) for newcomers and experienced lagree practitioners.

This was my first class, and I followed all the instructions sent via email, I arrived 15 to 20 minutes early to check in and get oriented with the equipment, especially since I had hip surgery eight months ago and wanted to make sure I felt safe doing the movements. Getting assistance before class started was really important to me.
The instructor, Antonia, introduced herself to several other new people but completely ignored me. I raised my hand and explained that I was new and needed help, and she responded, in front of the whole class, with a rude tone that she “didn’t know I was new” because I “didn’t check in with her,” despite the fact that I had already checked in at the front desk and been there 15-20 early!
She gave me a rushed 30-second overview of the machine, never asked if I had questions, concerns, or prior injuries, and then jumped right into the workout. Thankfully, the person next to me helped explain some of the movements.
At one point, I adjusted the tension to accommodate my recovering hip, and she came over and snapped at me that it “needed to be on the red.” It was so rude and dismissive. She seemed completely out of touch and uninterested in whether people felt safe, comfortable, or welcomed. Very disappointing experience all around!

Had a fantastic experience with Paige! My friend and I were visiting from SF and have taken many lagree classes. Paige was knowledgeable, put together a great routine, and the flow was unreal! Would highly recommend this studio and Paige :)

This is the ONLY place I have ever stuck with and I’m going on 2 years and 125 workouts. The amazing this about Lagree is how you can customize it to your needs and limits. I have many spinal issues from my upper neck to my loWER L5. But these workouts allow me to be gentle and patient with my body while building strength, endurance and stability.
PS Paige is the best and I need more Paige on the schedule. 🫠

When I found this gym, I had been searching for a place that I felt connected to, and something that would add to my busy schedule without struggling to commit to. After my first class, I was hooked. The people, from the instructors to the fellow class members, were, and continue to be welcoming, warm and encouraging of each other. The setting and the workout couldn’t be more effective or more fun. I have recently completed over 50 classes and I haven’t looked back. Thanks Peak45! You’ve changed my life for the better! ❤️

From the moment I stepped into the studio, I felt welcomed into an atmosphere buzzing with positivity and motivation. As someone in my 50s (well, closer to 60) I've come to appreciate the encouragement and supportive environment that Joey, Terra, Yaicha, and the entire Peak team provides. Peak 45 is an amazing workout that is easier on the joints and body. Building strength and tone in ways I never have before with any other work out. A variety of instructor makes each class unique. Oh my gosh! This was such an amazing workout! Even for a beginner like me who was not in the best of shape, I can say that was a full body workout! Tara was so good at showing me how to do the moves, and helping me with modifications if I wasnt strong enough to do the full move. She was so positive and encouraging and kind! She will work your body hard in the best way! Thank you Tara!

So happy to see this studio open! The machines are amazing, the studio is beautifully designed, and you can’t beat the location. After taking Tara’s class today she has me hooked for every Sunday.
