I was initially intimidated by the workout, but I am so glad I tried it! It has made me noticeably stronger, especially in my core, glutes and legs, which has helped me in my other activities. All the teachers are extremely kind and super encouraging; they are really awesome at providing the best instruction and corrections. This studio and the community here is top notch!

Just spent a week in Park City visiting my son and went to 6 classes at Peak 45! They were all expertly taught. The trainers are consistent in their cues, delivery and creative programming. These classes hit every muscle group. Lagree is a great workout! Instructors are all super welcoming and friendly. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Peak45 does an incredible job making your first experience (and those after) excellent. It's easy to get intimidated with a new workout experience but I was blown away by how ready they are for first timers. Not only is it an incredible workout but the community is friendly and the instructors are kind and knowledgeable. The quality of the experience is the best in Park City. Whether your a local or in town for the weekend/season it's worth checking out. Don't hesitate to try something new at Peak45--they will take good care of you.

I was nervous to get back into working out after having my children, but the teachers at Peak45 made me feel so comfortable and confident. I was given the skills to adjust movements to support and protect my core. After a handful of classes I could see and feel a difference. What a great class today was! I took the 9:30 a.m. class taught by Janell McMullen and it was a wonderful experience. First off the studio is absolutely beautiful and clean which was great! Janelle took a few minutes to explained how the lagree worked before we started. During class, she gave clear instructions and it was easy to follow for a beginner. This is a legit workout and my body felt amazing during and after class. I highly recommend this class and recommend taking from Janelle! You will be happy you invested this time for yourself. This workout felt right and absolutely energized me for the rest of the day!

If this isn’t a cult yet, it should become one bc I’m totally in. I thought this was going to be reformer pilates, but it’s much harder! Probably the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I might be crazy but I swear I see changes in my body after five classes. The teachers here are fabulous - Nathalie has been super supportive and kind and provided lots of extra attention to make sure I can follow the moves as a newbie. I would recommend this to anyone, young or old!

My best friend has been doing Lagree for 10 years. She finally got me into it last year and I haven’t looked back. It’s so much fun yet challenging. The music really keeps you going and the instructors have great energy. Jess is great for beginners because she’s very good at explaining the positions. Nathalie is super energetic and she keeps your heart rate up. I love Peak45!!

Peak45 has quickly become my newest obsession! Not only is it an amazing full body workout, but there’s something about this place that just sparks good vibes, confidence, and strength. All of the instructors are lovely but Nathalie is a true gem. She always makes me feel like I CAN do it. Her positivity, smile, and all around joy is contagious. Even if I might be struggling through a move, she is always super uplifting. She also takes the time to get to know everyone’s names which is SO important. The world needs more Nathalie’s. Love this lagree community and am so grateful to have this special place in Park City.

I've been going to Peak for just over 2 years now. It's still one of the most efficient and powerful workouts I've done. Despite the time I've spent there, the workouts remain challenging and I always leave feeling a little stronger than I was when I walked in. My limited schedule has me booking only certain times and days of the week so I haven't been able to experience all of their teachers. My faves are Jen, Jess, Alecia and Lacey.

Peak 45 is the best workout in park city. Hands down. It doesn’t matter if you are new to fitness or a competitive athlete or someone in between, in never gets easier, you just get stronger and leaner. A great full body cross-training work out emphasizing focus, core stability, concentration, & fun. I’m worried if I say Jen Thorn is the best fitness instructor I have ever taken a group class from, I will never get back into her class! She is one of a kind! She is committed to providing the best possible cues & adjustments to ensure each student is getting the most for their time. Her music is THE best, she keeps you striving to push yourself & she always has a smile! I love my Peak45 family, and am grateful for the whole crew kickin’ my butt into its best shape yet! Peak 45 is the best workout you'll get in 45 minutes! In just 45 minutes, every muscle group in your body has been worked. My favorite instructors are Jen T. and Lacy H. They have great music and great descriptions of the exercises. I recommend this to anyone that wants to be in shape for skiing, mountain biking or hiking. It's fun, interesting and done so quickly that you're on your way to your next adventure before you know it!

Super great class jam packed with muscle strengthening moves in 45 minutes! I’ve been almost 10 times now and I can feel myself getting and am seeing results. The class also goes by so fast!

I swear by the Lagree method! I’ve done it over ten years, it has carried me through two pregnancies, and coupled with cardio + a healthy diet you will be stronger and toned with this full-body, low impact workout.

I was in town for a vacation and was desperate to keep up with my newfound obsession with lagree (I have back issues and have found that lagree is the best exercise to address/prevent back injuries). I am so lucky to have found Peak 45 because, all I can say is, WOW! Not only are the instructors AMAZING (encouraging, kind, energetic, and more....), the owner, Lacy, is BEYOND thoughtful. I was having a hard time getting into classes because I signed up too late--Lacy stayed on top of the class schedule to ensure I could get into classes, going above and beyond to ensure I would be able to maximize the number of classes I could get in during my short stay. I have been to countless fitness studios in my lifetime, in different cities, and my experience at Peak 45 was truly unparalleled. I don't think I've ever been so blown away by *every* aspect of a fitness studio. I 10000% recommend Peak 45 and hope to visit Park City more often, so I can spend time with my new Peak 45 friends. Park City is really lucky to have such a special group of people at Peak 45, from the clients to the instructors to the owner. Thanks, Peak 45!

Love everything about this place! The workouts strengthen every muscle group, especially the ones that I didn't even know I had. The workouts have helped me regain my core and back strength after having kids. The instructors are attentive and make sure you do each move correctly to get the best results and prevent injury. I can not say enough positive things about Peak. I have tried almost every fitness studio in Park City and Peak is by far the best across all dimensions. The owner Lacy is incredibly warm and accommodating, instructors are well trained and inspiring and you see RESULTS quickly! I started by just going once or twice a week but I have seen such a shift in my strength and I so enjoy the creativity instructors bring and the positive atmosphere, I am now going 3-4 times a week!

I have been BLOWN AWAY by Peak 45!!! Having somewhat plateaued with the other fabulous low impact class options around Park City, I am thrilled to have been introduced to the Lagree method (the megaformer rocks!!!) and the awesome instructors at Peak 45!!!
I've thus far taken classes with Jen, Jess, and Stacey -- all amazing teachers who offer high energy instruction, on point alignment cues, and personalized attention to every student. Love!
