As a lagree newbie, I was intimidated at first but now I love Peak45! I take Savanna’s classes and her instruction is really clear and she always gives modification options if something is a little tricky for me. I love how encouraging the class is and it’s an INSANELY good workout!!

I did a class with Paige and it was awesome! I told her this was only my second class and I felt very taken care of. Paige corrected my
form and was really involved with everyone in the class. So hard- gonna have trouble standing for the next couple days haha, but that’s the point.

I am about to complete my 200th class with Peak 45, so I can very confidently say that this place rocks. I love the Lagree method and I love how consistent the teachers are throughout the Peak 45 organization. I've taken class from many different teachers, but to this day, my two favorite are Joey and Mindy. Joey's energy, creativity, and knowledge of the body are unmatched and Mindy's classes kick your butt so hard that you can't help but want to be kicked every day haha Highly recommend this studio!

Thought I'd get a jump start getting into shape for snowboarding this winter and this was absolutely humbling - I'm sure my exasperated face and floundering said it all. What an invigorating workout.
Big thanks to Mor and the others in the class that made my first attempt welcoming, was totally out of my comfort zone and will be for some time. Though I'm looking forward to continuing the challenge here!

I’m a reformer Pilates regular and was in Salt Lake City for vacation—Peak45 was hands down the best studio I’ve tried while traveling. The class was fast-paced, upbeat, and left me feeling totally recharged. The Sugarhouse studio is gorgeous, and everyone was so welcoming. I travel a lot for work and when I do I like to check out local Pilates studios. Peak45 blew me away. It’s not your typical Pilates class—it’s modern, challenging, and full of energy. The instructors were super motivating, and the workout was similar to what I’ve done at Lagree studios in LA. The Salt Lake City location is clean, beautiful, and easy to book. I was visiting Salt Lake City for work and so glad I found Peak45! I normally go to solidcore back home, and this was the perfect match. The workout was intense, low-impact, and effective. Tried Peak45 for the first time and WOW—I’m hooked! I’ve done traditional Pilates before, but this was totally different. It’s modern Pilates using the Lagree Method, and the Megaformer machine seriously works muscles I didn’t even know I had. The workout was intense but low-impact, and the instructor made me feel comfortable even as a beginner.
The Salt Lake City studio is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and I left feeling stronger and more energized. If you’re searching for reformer Pilates or a solidcore-style class in Salt Lake, Peak45 is a must-try. Best Pilates experience I’ve had in SLC!

OMG LO REBER??
Okay so I’m like fit right? NOT IN LO CLASS L O L. What I love about taking her class is she cares, you can tell she loves what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her people. HER ENERGY is unmatched. You know when you are new and you just don’t fit in right away? Nahh!! Not in her class! She gets to know you and make sure you feel right at home WHILE she kicks your butt in class! lol
LO is great, I love taking her class because every time I take HER CLASS, I’m sore. I’m happy, sore and then question what the heck did I just do??
& then you wake up the next day and look into the mirror & say “Okay Lo, thank you Queen!”
I recommend to EVERYONE, if you are a newbie try & take her class first. She is one of the best instructors I’ve had & I 100%feel like I’m getting my moneys worth & excited to be tortured for 45 min??? L O L

This one is the OG. The others are great too. But here reminds me of where it all started. Though it's a little sad to go back (it's where me and my ex first met) I push my self to go anyways. My therapist told me it'd be helpful to my grieving process. It's uncomfortable to see her there with her new bf. But I act like it doesn't bother me. Bc it doesn't. Neither does his large muscles and stronger hairline than mine. I've become fine with the whole thing and moved on past it. Lagree really helped me with this.
Now I will say I've been to the other locations and ther are gorgeous. I always feel like a Rockstar when I'm in there. The mirrors agree!
I will miss this place as I'm moving away. My mom and I got a great place at the beach where I'll be hosting relationship strengthening seminars centered around yoga and breathing classes. Come join us! #breathefreeretreats

ALL MEN SHOULD AT LEAST ATTEMPT THIS. I like to think I am a fairly athletic guy but this will challenge you in ways you’re not used to. This is great to cinch in your waist and give you a great a$$! The trainers here have all been very helpful and really know the correct form to keep you safe and make the workout burn. Everyone is super friendly and it’s a class that I’m actually excited to wake up at 6am for… and I don’t ever wake up that early. If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it!

I signed up for a one-month trial pass and unfortunately had a negative experience with their cancellation policy and the studio as a whole. I had a pet emergency and small injury within 2 days and needed to cancel classes I signed up for. The lack of compassion and flexibility with no-show/late cancellation fees during both situations was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
It's unfortunate that the studio's policies prioritize fees over understanding that life can sometimes get in the way of attending classes.

For a pop-in “client” to get online and personally attack an instructor and then glorify the others smells of insecurity….. ALL of the instructors are incredibly challenging and dearly loved! My husband and I are regulars and go multiple times per week and have been for years! 🙌 💪 🔥.

Some instructors are way better than others & that makes a huge difference in instruction! I love Alison! She’s my favorite :) I love Alison’s cuing, energy & programming. She is very motivating & genuine too! I also like Joey, who has high energy & good programming. BUT…sadly others weren’t as good(maybe Yaicha had a bad day? Overheard her complaining about about the studio/owners(?) to a client, & made inside jokes during class etc.). I think I’ll check out a diff studio if I can’t take Alison / Joey’s class. Alison is really soooo good!! FYI: Some of the machines are a little old & the studio can get quite hot, which in my opinion can be dangerous with the workout as sweat can make you slip. They seemed inconsistent with the towels too. Some days they had them, some days they don’t.

If you haven't done lagree it's an excellent workout. If you have this studio and trainers are great. I've been to a few lagree studios around the country and Peaks prices are reasonable and classes are consistently challenging. Classes seem to be getting more full (at least in the morning when I go) so maybe plan ahead.

I feel like this far I’m very impressed. I’ve only attended for one week, hence the 4 stars. I love the workouts, I love the instructors and even though I’m signing up for virtually the same thing every time- it’s always a little bit different. All the instructors have been super helpful with learning the techniques, suggesting modifications and frankly making me feel like I’m doing my best. I did receive a no show charge for a class I had canceled, and I was fine with the cancelation fee but somehow got charged an extra $30. Luckily they refunded it and were super responsive. I’m VERY excited about Lagree and can’t wait to continue. Hopefully a location opens up closer to Holladay soon!! 🤞🏼

Peak 45 has quickly become an obsession for me. My first class was in SLC with Sunny and she was SO helpful to us newcomers as it is a little jarring at first because it’s fast paced and the moves can be complicated if you’ve never done it before but she was the BEST person to take your first class with - I highly recommend taking her class if you’re new. She also kicks A$$ and her classes will give you a great workout and she really knows what she’s talking about with muscle groups and all that. She’s helped me so much and always goes above and beyond to help and teach. Then I was hooked and I’ve gone to about 15 classes since then and I don’t plan on stopping :) it is the best workout I’ve ever gotten. My body is changing faster than I’ve ever seen it change and in the best way. I’ve gone to both Park City and SLC and I love them both for different reasons. The SLC location is kind of like a cave - it’s dark and the music is loud and the teachers motivate you like no other. The PC location is much brighter, seems a bit bigger and the teachers there are equally as awesome. I’ve taken classes with Sunny, Yaicha (AMAZING teacher as well!!) she really motivates you to get through it and plays the best music.. Natalie in PC is amazing! Brooke is awesome!! And Lo is awesome too!! I haven’t taken classes with any of the other instructors but I’m sure I will and they will all be amazing. I’ve heard great things about Joey too- we’ve been wanting to take his class but they’re always full!! Anyway, basically everyone is stellar and the workout is incredible. I’m a long time yogi and I never thought I would love anything as much as that but I do!! Peak 45 has made me so much stronger and actually helped my yoga practice because I’m so much stronger. It’s helped my skiing immensely too! I can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re skeptical take a class NOW!!!

I can't even BEGIN to express my love for this place. I first started with their two week pass and I kid you not as soon as it ended I purchased their 6 month pass. Believe me, once that has ended, I will be doing their monthly unlimited pass. Not only are the teachers amazing, they are so supportive and nice despite how advanced you are. Each class is different even if they have similar moves and they target different parts but leave you feeling shaky and great. If I could post pictures of the difference that these classes have made physically, I would. I have never been a big lifting or "workout" person, but these classes are something I look forward to going to everyday day/week! It is once of THE BEST if not the best workouts and workout places you could go to. If you are a local to SLC or even just visiting, you need to come.

Love the instructors and the classes. Always challenging but more importantly very rewarding. In my early 30s I had chronic lower back pain. I was doing different workouts like P90X and Insanity etc. I started doing peak45 and after a few weeks my back pain went COMPLETELY away. My core has never been stronger and my body has never felt better.

Great class taught by Sami. The studio partners closely with the yoga studio in the same building for us of their locker room and showers. Sami did a nice job of keeping the class tough and also helping new students. My legs were sore the next day, which I take as a good thing.

I always get an amazing work out, never plateau! I have noticed more strength in my body, more specifically my knees, that helps my recovery from higher impact activities. The ultimate secret weapon workout. I've spent years in the pool, gym, yoga studio, and doing other forms of fitness training. Nothing, nothing, has shifted my body as fast and as effectively as Lagree training.
Peak 45 has amazing instructors that ensure you find your edge and then move it ahead. I'm 6'-4" this is a workout that challenges every inch. Core, obliques, quads, glutes, back, arms, your entire body will change...fast.

Peak has completely transformed my body! It's not only low impact strength building, but cardio, balance, endurance, flexibility - the list goes on and on! It's literally the definition of a "full body workout".
I'm an avid skier, both backcountry and alpine. Peak had my legs in better shape than they've ever been before. I didn't suffer from soreness after my first few days on the mountain and I saw a drastic increase in my endurance. Peak has helped prep me so I can better enjoy the things I love most in life!
