I’ve been with Phantom for about 4 months and it has been an amazing experience! Paige is so supportive and a great teacher! Phantom IS what you need!!!! All My life I have never wanted to be a CrossFit person. You hear the stories of someone blowing out their knee or exhausting workouts. I didn’t think I had it in me. Paige is amazing at what she does!! She is superb with encouragement, personable and it brought my confidence to a hole new level! I think what was so amazing is we all were at different levels and body shapes and it worked for us all!! It help us all become stronger more fit and feel so great! I would recommend it to anyone with any type of goals they are wanting to accomplish! You will love the results!

Phantom Athlete is an amazing place for athletes of all ages to train! I have three Athletes training at the Phantom gym.

Our oldest daughter Maylee (13) has been struggling with her speed for years. We have heard from numerous coaches that it’s the one thing holding her back. We decided to contact Paige with Phantom Athlete for help. Over the last few months we have seen significant improvement in her overall running form and speed. After one of our most recent indoor games her coach told us to keep up what we are doing because it’s working, he’s seeing improvements every week!

Kysen is our goal keeper, he is 11 yrs old. Kysen is working with Paige to improve his explosiveness and short burst movements. Being explosive off the line to get to the ball first, foot speed, and over all skills with the ball have improved so much in such a short period of time. He is developing those goal keeper moves every session and its noticeable at every game.

Brylee our youngest daughter has been doing 1 on 1 soccer trainings with Paige for the last 10 months. We noticed last year that she was lacking heavily on the technical side as well as the basics. We worked with Paige to setup a program to help her improve her dribbling, moves, and overall skills. We love watching her apply what she is learning in her sessions to each of her games. Her confidence on and off the field has improved drastically since last April. Seeing her smile and enjoy herself during games is the most rewarding thing!

The development of our athletes would be far less noticeable in such a short period of time if it weren’t for Paige and her team at Phantom Athlete.

I'm not going to lie, I was super nervous to start my fitness journey. I've never been that athletic and I was feeling especially weak after having my 3rd baby. After my very first class with Paige I was SO sore, but I was hooked! I have so much fun during my workouts and Paige has created such a supportive, welcoming, and safe space. I love that I can get completely out of my head and I feel comfortable enough to really give each workout my all. She pushes me to go harder and lift heavier than I ever thought I could. Paige has been training me for about 6 months now and the results I've seen have had such a positive impact on my daily life. I feel so strong and confident. I love the way my body is looking, it's the middle of winter now and I find myself looking for excuses to wear tank tops just so I can show off my arms!
Day to day tasks are just easier now and even my kids are noticing how much stronger I am. They frequently make comments about how they think I "might even be stronger than dad" and nothing gives me more joy than the look on my husband's face when he hears that!
I'm so grateful for Paige's support and I can't wait to see how much stronger I get with her help 💪

I have started and have cancelled lots of gym memberships, online workout programs, probably lasted couple of months.
When I joined phantom I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was close to my house, class time was perfect for a working single mom, so I figured why not.
I’m on my 6th month of this membership and it’s a lifestyle at this point. Not only I can see my body changing, but I feel stronger. I was mentally at my lowest point in life, I can truly say those classes saved my life. The women in those classes are so empowering, they all have each other’s back and they push each other through classes. It honestly feels like that gym is my second home.
The coach. I have never met someone who is so passionate about her job, who cares deeply about each person in class. There is not one day where I came to the gym and the workout wasn’t new and exciting. It’s never boring. It’s crazy to see what you are capable of, I remember after one workout Paige said “the total of weights you guys lifted today was … I just wanted to point out to you how not only physically but mentally strong you guys are!”. She pushes you to the limits you never knew you were able to be pushed to. On a hard day when she saw I was overwhelmed with life and wanted to cry, she walked me through each station knowing what I needed “LET IT ALL OUT”. She believes in you. It hurts don’t get me wrong, but boy this pain feels good.
This is an investment in myself I haven’t and don’t think I will ever regret.

In summer of 2023, Coach Paige T’eo posted about a new women’s class she would be adding to her gym. I was hesitant for many reasons, but decided to join. It was 2 days a week, so I had a plan to try it for a few months, and then do my own thing. After the priming (warmup) of the first session, I was questioning what I just got myself into. After the first week, I was googling if it was possible to be “too sore”. But I was enjoying learning, and was hopeful to feel stronger and lose weight. After a few months, Paige gave us the opportunity to come 3 days a week. By that point I was feeling the benefits, and I was all in.

I have now been in the class for 8 months with no plans of stopping. I have found a new love for my body and what I am capable of. I have overcome mental hurdles, as well as physical ones. I have gained priceless friendships. My back doesn’t hurt every day like it used to. When I started, I couldn’t squat properly. Paige has worked with me and given me mobility exercises; I can now achieve a full range squat! My motivation for health has trickled into many other areas of my life, and my overall quality of life has increased exponentially. I attribute this to the ongoing work of Coach Paige as I have attended her class.

Paige and the rest of the team at Phantom Athletics are incredible. Going to training is the highlight of my daughter’s week-they work hard but they also have a great time. Paige has the best combo of pushing hard & also lifting and inspiring. Not once has my daughter had a bad day at training, and she’s been going for over a year. My daughter plays club soccer, and thanks to Paige, she has gotten so much stronger and even better, so much more confident!

We love Paige!! I have 3 kids who workout with her. One for highschool soccer. One for competitive volleyball and one who is just 11 and starting out with volleyball. All their workouts are in appropriate groups for their abilities. They learn proper technique and work so hard. They are getting faster and stronger. Sign your athlete up. You won’t regret it. In fact, you’ll wish you had found Paige a long time ago!
We were new to the area and looking for a new soccer club and trainer for our then 15 year old daughter. She started working with Paige about a year ago on strength and conditioning and the results were amazing. Not just in the muscle she’s gained, but the relationship she’s built with Paige as her trainer, mentor, and confidence builder. She wants these kids to succeed! My daughter had never really lifted weights before and now she’s hooked. She kicked it up another notch and started working with Paige on speed and endurance as well. Again, great workouts, amazing results and you won’t find a better human being to work with your kid.
Space is always limited though, and sure to get more exclusive as the word gets out…don’t wait!

My three kids, ages 6,4,4 went to the weekly soccer skills class with Paige for 6 months and loved it. She is so good with the kids, very knowledgeable and helps them to learn skills for soccer. She makes it fun for them but they learn a lot also. We definitely recommend it to everyone! We only stopped because of busy spring schedules but will start up again in the fall.
