Dropped onto BLk FLG today late for a first time to
Class. I know I know. Place is legit! Lots of room! Clean and different one offs that are nice to have! Ex. jerk Blocks. The coach/owner John was so welcoming and helpful. Still making sure I went a through a warm up and movement protocol. Impressed that he made sure I to get me moving and checked my movement regardless of acting like I didn’t want to be a bother and could just jump in. And the supplements Revenge are GREAT! I love RED TIDE flavor!

Joining Blk Flg has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. The workouts are challenging, well-programmed, and always keep me on my toes. The atmosphere is high-energy, welcoming, and full of people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
The coaching has been incredible—super knowledgeable, patient, and always ready with modifications or technique tips to help me get the most out of every session. I’ve seen real progress not just in strength and endurance, but also in my overall confidence in the gym.

Dropped in while in town from AZ. Awesome space to work out! Gym was clean, organized and John was super welcoming. Could tell that they encouraged scaling weights for workouts as needed. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good gym with good vibes!

The owner John was super friendly. We were able to do the CrossFit open 24.2 with him.
Coach Evan was very knowledgeable and detailed in his warm up and suggestions on how to attack the workout. Will go back for sure. 💪

If you have a hard time deciding what you are going to do once you get to the gym, or staying motivated, Pivot has you covered.
I love that there are usually a couple different workout options, depending on what your goals are for the day. The coaches provide great instruction if you've never done a certain movement before, no worries. You will find a mix of fitness abilities in each class, everyone is welcoming and brings great energy to each workout. I would highly recommend.

Great gym with good people and programing. Equipment is all basically brand new. Really nice bikes and rowers. Can sometimes feel a little cramped if a lot of people show up (20+), but that is somewhat rare. Overall great experience!

My husband and I were visiting for the weekend and decided to try a class. It was the best decision we made the entire trip...except we had a hard time walking for a few days because of the killer workout John gave us! It was everything we wanted from a class, heavy strength training with a little circuit strength and cardio mixed in. The vibe was great, music excellent, people were even better. Will definitely be attending again when in town!

So it took me awhile to finally join and starting coming to class. I felt like I needed to be in better shape. My favorite encouragement was “you don’t get in shape to get in shape!” Can’t tell you how many times I tried to work out at home or do something different. Finally jumped in and I couldn’t be happier. John has been great. His other trainers are amazing as well. Extremely knowledgeable and help you feel so comfortable even when you are such a beginner.

Pivot has been awesome! The Trainers are all very knowledgeable, positive, and professional. Workouts are all fun, challenging, and well thought out. I look forward every morning to show up and leave feeling like I had a solid workout. Wednesdays are HIIT days and seriously so so good! This is very comparable to F45 and Orange theory at about half the price. Comfortable atmosphere without judgement where everyone feels comfortable and welcome at any fitness level. I tried the 2 week trial for $1 and would recommend doing the same if you are on the fence or nervous to jump into it.

I’ve done a ton of group training classes at many different gyms, but pívot fitness stands out among the rest. John and the other trainers are technically sound and great motivators. It’s hard to find a better workout and environment than Pívot!
