I am so sad this will be permanently closing!!!😭 This was definitely my safe space this past year. Loved the layout & just the overall vibes. Especially from the employees, they really made you feel welcomed here.

Overall a good gym. Clean and not overcrowded. I am little bit confused on the shower layout. In the women’s locker room, there are 4 showers, however, there is only one large changing room with a curtain? There is a tiny closet with a door that I guess is a changing room also? Make it make sense?

The space directly across from the showers was not utilized well at all. If you go when it’s busy, good luck if you want some privacy to change.

We always feel welcome when we go in. Joey is usually working the front desk on Sunday and is such a great employee. We also enjoy the manager and the atmosphere she has in the gym. She made it a point to get Fox News back on the TV for us. The equipment is always clean and it's rare to have any broken.

We love our gym! we have been going to this location for about 2 months. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Equipment and facility are clean and welcoming. I wish there were more free weights, but I can still get in a great workout with what they have. My only complaint is other gym patrons not cleaning their equipment when done. But I can not hold the gym accountable for poor patron behavior.

I come into the gyms’ mens bathroom at night to shower and there has been a woman cleaning the men’s showers, before I’ve waited until they were done but last night I was in a rush so I just went in. I said to the red headed lady “ hey, do you mind if I shower ? “ she said “ yeah sure I’m done in there “ and proceeded to clean the showers hallway and the sinks. I got undressed in the shower and dressed in the shower, it was really uncomfortable and felt wrong for many reasons. I expected her to just step out for a few, but she continued to clean in an area meant for men to undress while a man was present. For all she knows I’m a minor. Anywho, it isn’t the fault of the staff, but whoever is telling the staff that’s okay. Horrible training. Most inappropriate thing I and my father who’s been going to gyms for 32 years have ever heard of at a gym. What if the gender roles were reversed?

I used to manage quite a few of the golds gyms before they came Vasa’s especially the one up here in Boubgiful and I strived to make sure it was a wonderful experience, but I’ll tell you I just barely signed up here and I couldn’t be happier. You guys have excellent equipment, which is always always clean not to mention all the other amenities which make this a one stop shop I think my favorite part is that it’s not very crowded and that your staff is tremendous. I know I’m very particular and very needy but yet they always go out of their way to make sure that I am happy and taken care of. They are the best. I will be a planet fitness member for the rest of my life. That’s for sure!…

The girls that run this place here at planet fitness are really awesome so I love this place and won’t go anywhere else.
Besides the girls being awesome , the equipment is as good as any place I’ve been😊😊😊. Super enjoy coming to work out here and the massage chairs before and afterwards are really killer.

Truck drivers… this is a tough one small lot can’t maneuver during day too many cars. May be able to park at grocery store next door and sneak in a quick workout. I managed to sneak in the lot and get a workout at 3 am. Nice gym otherwise.

The desk is still rarely manned. Some of the equipment needs maintenance, also the massage chair never really smells clean anymore. Kind of a mildewy odor.
Also heard that PF isn’t advocating for women’s safe spaces. So I’ll be cancelling for a bit till they’re cleaner and come to their senses about women’s’ need for safety

Staff is very unfriendly and is constantly rolling their eyes when people they don't like walk in. They are the lunks in the gym and are very unwelcoming. Where are their sirens? Last week some guy wearing headphones carried on a loud (practically yelling) conversation in Spanish during the entirety of my workout. Despite disapproving looks from myself and others.
Today, the manager sent over a teen worker to tell me not to bang weights on the machine I was using 🙄 (I was definitely NOT dropping the weights onto the stack.) There was some normal, clanging, yes. But nothing even remotely abusive, nor out of the realm of what is considered normal clanging of cast iron weights.
I am not a gym newbie. Regular gym patron at numerous gyms for over twenty years, including managing the weight room at college. First time in twenty years that anyone has ever had an issue with a little iron clanging. Good grief. It's a gym. If you don't like a little noise go join an insurance office.

Terrible service! I canceled my account and did all the necessary steps that they told me to do to get it canceled! Then without consent, reactivated my account a year and a half later. They charged me for a membership that I was under the impression was closed! After trying to cancel and get something worked out, they were unwilling to work with me or admit their mistake! Although we enjoyed going to this gym for years, we had a problem with freezing/cancelling our memberships. Our memberships were currently in "freeze status" and I called Bntfil store directly for we needed to extend or cancel due to a recent injury that my husband had. I asked when our freeze status expired and was told that our memberships would not become active or charged again until we physically came in to the store and scanned our cards. This was not true for months later we recognized our "black" account memberships had been charged for months since that call. So this person I talked to on the phone did not recognize that our freeze status was expired or expiring soon. I called to advise this oversight having full faith that they would fix the situation, for we had always had pleasant experiences there. I was told that I had to physically come in person and speak with the MGR. Well I did, still thinking this was an honest mistake that would be rectified. Not hardly...the MGR advised that there are no refunds, EVER. She was sorry that her employee provided wrong info and would work on training them better. I wanted to talk to someone who could fix the situation and was told that she was busy... I never got a return call from her supervisor. I also have done what others have been advised in some similar reviews, by reaching out via email on their website, 4 times. I have NEVER gotten a call back and have NEVER gotten an email reply. I also want to NOTE that this MGR did cancel our memberships, but failed to advise that by cancelling our memberships. we would be charged one more month?! So that was adding salt to the wound??!! My latest email I requested a compromise... where for the months we were unknowingly paying, that they provide us access to the gym. NO response.
BEWARE of PF!!!! Especially when you sign up, recognize that their advertised slogan "Cancel anytime" is NOT true. And realize that they also will NOT stand by their employees when they may provide guests with wrong information.

my wife, upon realizing the amount of money she wasted here, decided to cancel. this requires a written letter, which i delivered. they claimed that it was not possible to cancel due to a 3 yr old late fee. shortly after that, they siphoned an amount of money from my wifes account almost 3 times the monthly fee.

I am stunned at the lack of training these employees get.. I forgot to change my card information when I got a new bank, my account got sent to collections and apparently no one can provide me with the information to get this resolved with the collections agency. I've been calling the Bountiful store since Monday, ended up calling the down town Salt Lake store who can't help me either since they arent my home gym. I've been told to wait for the manager who doesn't return any of my phone calls. This is going to end up costing me when I could have been on top of it getting this resolved. I haven't even been to the gym in 6+ months yet was paying for a membership. Was expecting more from my home gym especially when I need assistance.

Super clean gym. They just got new equipment for the entire gym. $10 a month to start, $20 for blackcard that lets you use the spa area. And any gym in USA. All gyms come with uearly fees. Still this ia my go to gym for 5 yrs now.

This is so dumb, I’ve moved out of the area, and I tried to call and cancel my membership. The man I spoke with was kind enough, but they said there was no way I could cancel over the phone with verified info or through the app. The ONLY ways to cancel is to physically go into the physical gym, or pay to send a letter with a ton of info to them. I’ve been charged for three months worth of membership when I thought I had canceled before I moved and now this!? It’s absolutely ridiculous and infuriating.

So a couple years ago I went in to this location to cancel my membership cause I had found a new place to go. When I went in the lady at the front counter said that she had canceled my membership and I was good to go. I just found out today that for the last 3 years they have still been charging me and they refused to help me in any way other than canceling my membership like I had asked 3 years ago! Great place to work out. Very clean with friendly staff. Wish they had a few more free weights but you can get a great full-body workout with the equipment they provide. Many gyms I have been to are either too small or too crowded. I try to keep my heart rate up by doing exercises on two different pieces of equipment during sets (upper body, lower body) which is difficult in a small or crowded gym. This gym is huge and is rarely so busy you have to wait for equipment.
