Right as you walk in your muscles bulge and you weight is loss. Fantastic place walk forever and not go anywhere on the treadmills. So much weight and lifting machines they had to reinforce the concrete to hold it all. Seriously though a great place to work out and really helpful and supper friendly staff

Today the drinking fountain had signs on it, and said it was shut down, when I approached the desk, the gentleman said that they had no idea when water would come back on, just got done with the stair climber, dying a thirst ask them if they could comp a water bottle since they did not have any functioning water fountains, they said they could not. I let them know that last time the manager Mckenzie said that would be fine, the gentleman informed me that that is not the case now and that I would have to buy one for $1.50 when they do not have functioning water, this is beyond ridiculous given what I pay a month here at a nice location in Draper so not even have any water unless you purchased it separately and all I wanted to do is get one from the drinking fountain. Very poor Customer Service very disappointed. I asked him to contact the manager. They said they would not because that was the director they’ve been given us to charge $1.50. Very disappointing would not recommend purchasing a membership here if this is how they’re gonna treat their guest.

They are perfectly fine with a female having a loud phone conversation while working out. Said nothing to her and i know employees heard her. There was an employee with a trainee cleaning machines, but when you're minding your own business in the corner they'll bug you about your shoes when you're trying to work on balance after an accident at work. My PT said to do things without shoes for better balance. I even was on a mat that I wipe down afterwards. Ive been coming here for months and not once have i been told something and I know employees have seen me.

There are some employees that make me feel pretty good coming to work out like this guy with brown hair and glasses. I saw him in the mornings and I feel like I wanna stay longer and keep going from the energy in the environment. When a few other employees work I scan my phone and don't really wanna work out with the energy they put off. Like they're too "hard", Like they should be at vasa with all the people throwing the weights around. If I see that guy with the good energy again ill edit and add his name. He gives the energy that planet fitness keeps talking about in their slogan.

The gym is very clean. The machines are located for easy circuit workout . Plenty of treadmills,ellipticals and bikes . The hydro message is very nice .
Like the gym but can’t stand the older guys who grunt and drop weights . Also, the ones that insist on talking on the telephone quite a long time rather than go in a quiet area and speak on the phone.

Writing a review for assistant manager Nahu (I don’t know how to spell it) he was very helpful and accommodating with my account when I encountered issues. He resolved all my problems and offered solutions. He does his job well and I wish everywhere had helpful employees such as himself. UPDATE: Everything I wrote previously stands, EXCEPT the moderate piped in "music" volume. It is now loud and intrusive, rather than just background, even though virtually everyone there has something in their ears to listen to their own preferences, many with noise-blocking earphones or other devices. Even with all the adjustments I could make on my Bluetooth-enabled hearing aides that dampen ambient sounds, I had trouble hearing my own program well. The staff are not only unwilling to lower the volume, in some cases actually increased it after I requested it lower. Guess I'll keep looking for somewhere that values clients more than whatever income they must be getting from "artists" to play their noise.

I had been going to the Sandy facility for many years, but they keep it too warm for a comfortable workout, and I find the Draper facility, which is closer anyway, to be more consistent in temperature, cleanliness, and general ambiance. Some of the newer machines are less comfortable and ergonomically correct for me, but I'm adjusting. Music is less intrusive, too. Layout (long and narrow) is awkward, but oh well. They could use a wall clock.

What I wasn't aware of at the time I enrolled is that you can have a friend send you a link and they get one month free. As my son was the one who encouraged me to join, we're upset that he didn't receive this as without him, I would never have joined. Also, didn't know to get the cheaper option and upgrade it later for my own benefit. Hope this helps others. Otherwise, love the gym and especially the hydrobeds.

Draper has become my go to place when traveling along I-15. I love this PF location, too. The only thing they need are hooks to hang a towel at the showers! It is the cleanest facility I've ever been to, and I've been to PF from CA-MD, AK-AZ and many in between. I nearly drove out of my way to return to this location while in the Salt Lake City. I was in Draper to go to LabCorp, across the street, to take care of prescheduled routine blood work, while traveling. PF was across the street. Locals to Draper, you are fortunate to have such a fabulous facility to work out in.

I travel full time and have been to 20+ locations of PF and this one is one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever been to! Tons of clean, updated machines. The showers are massive, clean and unlike any other Planet Fitness I’ve seen. It was a very welcome oasis after a long week on the road!

I’ve been a regular at Planet Fitness for years, and the Draper location has become my go-to gym. The staff is incredibly friendly, the facility is always clean, and it’s rarely too crowded—making for a smooth workout every time. The gym’s layout is well-organized, and I genuinely enjoy working out here. Despite having a membership at another gym, I find myself choosing Planet Fitness in Draper more often because of its convenient location, excellent staff, and welcoming environment.

My closest planet fitness was closed for the weekend-night, which I hate, so I drove to this 24/7 location in Draper, and WOW. This is the nicest planet fitness I’ve ever been to. The facility is huge! Tons of equipment, dozens of each type of machine. I’ve never seen a planet fitness of this size. Despite the size, it was immaculately clean. Like, not joking when I say the place SMELLED AMAZING. I don’t know how you keep a gym so clean. All of the equipment I saw was in working order. To top it all off, the guy at the front desk was SO inviting, SO friendly, SO helpful. (mind you, I came at midnight, he would’ve had every excuse to not be excited to be there). I’ve been to a lot of planet fitness locations in the last decade that have left me reluctant to return, but this place was the real deal. I’ll be happy to drive the extra 15 minutes to this one from now on. Props to the owners and the employees running it, I can tell you take pride in this place! 👏

Good beginner gym. There’s a weird ratio of Cardio Machines to actual weight machines. There’s also only one seated leg curl in the whole gym 😐 but they got some good functional stuff. If you come by at like 4am or 11pm it’s empty and you can get a really good lift. 4/5, one of the night shift employees always calls me Boss 🤯

The positive -The gym is clean and laid out well. Equipment is new and in good working order.
The negative - the two assistant General Managers are very rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I had an incident there on Monday involving a Free Guest Pass which is advertised on the PF web site and they handeled the situation very poorly. The way they spoke to me, their arrogant attitude and blatantly poor customer service was insulting.

Love this clean location. I do wish the showers had a different drain design. Really slow to move the water from the floor to the drain because of how they constructed the drain along the wall instead of in the center of the floor. Leaves you standing in a pretty good amount of water while trying to dry off. But I love this place. I love the hours and availability of equipment. Perfect for what I need, but may not be adequate for more serious weight lifters.

The lights on the Hydro Massage room are VERY BRIGHT! I've talked to the management MANY times over many months. I've been told nothing can be done to dim the lights. I have to wear sunglasses to use the Hydro Massage chair.
I was told "the Corporate office doesn't care about complaints! The rest of the facility and equipment are GREAT! GREAT place to workout, but bring your sunglasses to use the massage chair!

I really like that I can check the app to see how busy it is before I go. Lots of different workout machines and there are tutorials on the app to know how to use them properly if I’m not sure how. I feel comfortable coming here and it feels like a safe space for me to workout in!

This Planet Fitness is the best one yet! You have room to breathe while working out, and the environment is awesome and peaceful. Staff is great, Kinzie is awesome! I like that there are so many available machines. So you have a variety to choose from-you'll likely not have to wait around for some to get to a machine of your choice. The space seems really clean. I made a request to have an extra cleaning station added in a certain spot on the floor. One of the Planet Fitness managers called the day I sent the request, and implemented my request and added the cleaning station next to the stationary bikes. I was shook that they actually took that feedback into account and added the station that day. Really happy with the space.

Yes I love the facility. And no, it's not too warm or too cold.

BUT I am disapointed in the customer care.
When I have approached the front counter to scan in or asked how to use one of the tanning/hybrid rooms, massage chairs, or report a maching that isn't working, the teens behind the counter are gathered in a corner and look up to see who is "bothering them now" so to speak. Begrudgingly they waddle to the front.

This is unprofessional.

Customer care is a skill, and not a hard one. I do not want to ask another question because I do not want a poor attitude.

Training of employees requires customer service skills that welcome the client, are eager to help and show they care.

I was going to write an email about this but instead chose to bring awarenss on a social platform in hope that this gets addressed.

It's a Planet Fitness so you get the equipment you expect but the newest update version of it. Layout is a little odd since the space is long and narrow lile a bowling alley. Only real problem with it is the temperature. It's pretty warm in here and the 3 fans over the treadmills aren't doing much to move air.
