I was asked a deeply inappropriate question by staff. Upon me stating clear discomfort with the question and it being blatantly irrelevant, the staff member doubled down and briefly tried to explain the validity of the question. Ths incident was, by definition, sexual harassment. I had my membership for about a day or two at this point, and canceled it immediately. This occurred 11:50 a.m. Wednesday November 5th 2025.

I was visiting in town for a conference, and decided to use the total body enhancement after my workout. After exiting the booth, I brushed against the handle not seeing that it was broken off. It cut up my arm, and when I told the employee to inform the manager he came across rather dismissive. Rather frustrating, should have just used my hotel gym and will not ever be coming back. Would recommend you find other gyms in the area with owners and employees who care about faulty or potentially dangerous equipment.

You have to go in person to cancel your member ship. So if you move away after school, you are in trouble. Everything else can be done on the app.

Also there was a guy taking up 3 benches and they didn't even talk to him, after i asked to use one and he said no. He was using one just for his drink. The other was too rest his feet on between sets. They have no control over the gym. Bad gym.

Edit: my home club was logan, I didn't live in logan. Also why should I mail in? So Archaic. I do everything else on the phone app, why do you not make an option to end membership in the app. You should be able to end membership from any location, they have your picture on file. Call it for what it is, planet fitness makes it difficult because they want you don't want to make it easy to quit. Your reply is just more of you doing nothing.

Also the planet fitness online was blocking me out. And so after months of trying to get it fixed i drove the 2 and a half hours to logan to change it.

I used to think planet fitness was just another chain store type of business and a small time gym. But I signed up finally, and realized that it's a great place to go, whether you're in great shape, or whether you're just trying to take your first step in the door. They are very nonjudgmental. They have trainers. They have all the equipment you need, and it's a great environment for people meeting each other or a great environment to work out by yourself.
I am impressed with the staff here. They're helpful, energetic and very professional.

This PF location has been my favorite to workout at. I have been a member for years. Texas, California, and now Utah. What stands out is the friendly faces every day of the week. Morning or evening I get the same energy. It really stands out and makes me feel welcome here. I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the facility either. Paper towels and spray are always stocked. Machines that are down get replaced in a timely fashion. Please let your staff know that they are doing a great job across the board! They deserve recognition as well as a raise!!

Do you guys even clean? Found numerous dust bunnies near equipment, there's holes in a changing room shower curtain, no hook to hang a bag in the changing room, the floor in the women's locker room AND in the changing room is also dirty. I only noticed two sanitation stations to clean off equipment as well.

Of the three different gyms I tried in Utah, this was the best. The staff was very friendly, there’s a large variety of equipment, and there’s plenty of space. I went a little before noon and it wasn’t very busy. My two drawbacks are the locker room and the dumbbell area. Both are pretty small. The locker room felt dark and kinda gross. I’m always sad going to a gym that has pretty few dumbbells and a small area to use them in. I feel like those can be pretty popular which makes it hard when there’s not a lot to work with. Regardless of these issues, I loved Planet Fitness and would go back.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this Planet Fitness is a little disappointing. Most of the staff is amazing and friendly! But there’s other staff members that will stand around on their phones while the locker rooms and Black Card Spa are pretty gross. I’ll come
up to the counter and some of the employees will not even notice because they’re just on their phone. But once again, there’s a handful of great employees! :) I just wish that it’s wasn’t so gross for how many people get staffed.

Went to this gym for a year. Nothing special but it was okay. But my biggest issue came when I moved states. I called to cancel my membership (I moved states) they told me I had to come in person. So I did before I moved. the guy at the desk told me I was taken care of and my membership was cancelled so I left 4 months later I find out I’ve been getting charged and my account is still open. I call them with good faith to sort things out thinking it was just a mistake. The manger here was very rude and said that I never signed the cancellation form. (which I never received or knew about when I went in previously.) She then insisted that her employees would never not inform clients about their cancellation form and they never make that mistake. (I talked to multiple other people who have had this same exact issue at this club) and that they don’t have cameras to go back and confirm I was there. She also said and I quote "it's my word against theirs." She was very rude in general even when I tried to sort things out in good faith. I am well off so I don't care about getting charged but I do value customer service and brand loyalty. She then told me I had to come down to the club even though I now live two states away and that was the only way to cancel. After arguing the point multiple times to her she finally admitted to me I could cancel it by signing a letter and sending it in certified mail. She did this knowing by the time I did that she could claim her annual fees. This specific club manager is a shark and is out for your money and I would recommend being careful about that. I have dealt with a lot of gyms and other planet fitness clubs that have been great being as I move around a lot and she is by far the most money grabbing manager who has no regard for customer service I have had the displeasure of giving my money too. Also important to note that I met one of her EMPLOYEES who had very similar if not worst things to say about her which is even more concerning.

I travel through out the US and Canada and always hit up the PF in the areas I’m at. However being out of town here in Logan, Utah I must say this is the most disappointing gym I’ve been too. The locker rooms have toilet paper scattered through out the bathroom stalls and even into the locker area. I had to watch my step or I’d be stepping on debris. I must say the gym area were you workout is moderately clean but first impression’s go along way and my first impression was the locker rooms so I gave it “1” star. Very very disappointing.

My wife and I visited this gym a couple of weeks ago. Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was clean. Great experience.

Now today.....

1 particular staff member may have been having a bad day. She was rude, disrespectful, argumentative. If this was my first experience with planet fitness I would never be back. I hope management reaches out because they have a great teaching opportunity here. Made for a very poor experience.

I felt very discriminated against at this gym so I decided to cancel my black membership I thought everything was fine after that but days later I checked my account I realized that they took 40 dollars from me I returned to the establishment and asked for a refund which they denied me. The lady treated us very badly and asked us to leave the establishment. They robbed me in the face and even then they treated me and my husband badly

Decent gym, always busy, clean and well maintained. One frustration is that the crowd meter for this location in the app doesn’t work. It always shows 1-2 bars (out of 10!). I prefer to work out when it’s not crowded, and I find that the Google crowd meter is far more accurate. Can anyone fix this? Christmas Eve morning showed 2/10 bars on the crowd meter and literally every machine was being used.

Payed for a black card membership for my 16 yo daughter (for her birthday), signed waivers for her to use tanning beds and massage chairs as per staff instruction. The next visit to planet fitness, she was turned away and told she could not use beds or chairs (with my wife with her). They went instead to Silver Linning next door and used the beds and had an excellent interaction with the staff.

I like this gym. The employees are friendly and the place is always clean. My one complaint is that I don’t love how loud they play music throughout the gym. If I were guessing, about 95% of people working-out have headphones on listening to their own music. I really don’t like when the music is so loud in the gym that I can’t hear what I want to listen to. I asked a worker to turn the music down and he said he didn’t think he could do that. Really? I’m sure there is a button somewhere.

They would NOT let me cancel my account over the phone. I had to personally go in and cancel or send in a written letter. Planet Fitness is 50 years behind the rest of the world in technology it seems. Also the reason I DID cancel was due tot he fact the gym is always so crowded with Gen Z’s sitting on one of the only 4 available benches and texting on their phones that you can’t actually use the equipment you want. I tried going mornings, afternoons and evenings with the same results. Finally, the temperature in the gym is ‘sweltering’ during the summer months as they don’t turn up the AC at all with 50 people working out in the same area, enjoy that! I’m now a member of a gym in Hyde Park. They are less money, I can actually use the equipment, which is far superior to what Planet Fitness offers, and the temperature is borderline Frosty!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Never Ever Will I Go through or Even suggest Planet Fitness to Anyone Ever Again. Even with My account Frozen due to a Herniated Spinal Disc. Planet Fitness is gonna get their money. $49 for an annual fee of what a computer saying My accounts frozen. Well I’ve got a $100 Annual Fee I’d like to assess your company for Myself doing Nothing!!! Then is consider Us Even. You can’t quit your account unless you’re physically there, or have a written letter that’s verified is you sent via registered mail ( More useless money spent)… This company is truly about picking up the scraps and taking advantage of those that ask to be helped. I've been coming here regularly for a couple of years, and it has greatly improved my health and well-being. If there were just one improvement to make about the facilities, it would be to not have the TV in the men's locker room tuned to ESPN in the morning. For awhile the TV was off, and I started to notice how much better it was when I didn't have to start the day by listening to grown men having scripted, fake, heated arguments about football. Having to listen to ESPN while I change clothes in the morning is becoming pretty burdensome. Please, please change the channel or just leave it off.

I would give zero if I could. I was being charged unknowingly for the past 3 YEARS. Since finding out I have been charged for the past few years, I have been now trying to cancel for 8 months now and have still been unsuccessful. If you want to be stuck with this membership forever, this is the gym for you!! The only way to cancel is to send a letter (or 3, in my case which they conveniently never get ) or go in person to this specific location. Don’t waste your time or money with PF.

The employees here are amazing. They treat me with respect and I consider them friends of mine when I come to the gym so no complaints there.

However, corporates decision to add machines and make it more crowded than it already was makes it really annoying to come here. I had to stop in the middle of one of my sets so the person in front of me could move away from their machine without hitting them.

Lastly they got rid of one of the most (if not the most) popular machines in the facility, the preacher curl. I really don't understand the logic behind that but a lot of people want it back.

Once I see evidence of corporate reading these and makes the appropriate changes to the facility then I'll change my stars. It's either that or go to a less crowded gym.

No free weights, I signed up for tanning and the beds don’t work half the time. Or the employee forgets to set them so you have to get back dressed walk out and ask them to start it. They rely on 90 percent of the people not going and being too lazy to cancel the membership. Then bill you an extra month even though you cancel before the last day! Go to a real gym that actually wants you to get fit not just pay dues

This location is very unhelpful and what I feel like has been sneaky about cancellations. I’ve called in asking how to cancel since I moved 6 hours away and can’t come in person. I was told if I send in a letter that just had my name and DOB with a request for cancellation they would do that for me. I sent that in the very next day. It’s been two months since and I have still gotten charged the monthly fee twice since then as well as the yearly fee just got charged to my account. I called into the gym to see why my membership wasn’t cancelled and they told me my letter must have gotten lost (how convenient) so to try again and this time try certified mail (a detail I wasn’t informed about the first call). I get the feeling they try to draw out a cancellation request as long as possible to collect as many payments from you as they can and they have not been helpful with giving me the accurate information I need to cancel from the get go. As a business owner myself I think I’m extra peeved because this is the opposite of what I believe is a good business model and the sneakiness and lack of helpful transparency is something I strive to NEVER do to my customers. If you’re looking for a budget gym local to Cache Valley, I would recommend the Logan Rec Center gym over this planet fitness location.

My son was lied to by an employee straight up. He was told it was ONLY $10 a month. Period. He never mentioned ANY additional fees. He kept telling him how much cheaper it was to go there instead of where he was going which was the rec center. Boy was he surprised a few months in when he got a $50 charge for an annual fee. I go here because it’s close to my work for an early morning workout and I can catch a quick shower and head into work. The gym machinery is all usually fine enough and staff are alright. The big problem I have is that I have been going here for 2 months and there is the EXACT SAME pieces of gum sitting in the top of the shower and as of two weeks ago now a nice bandaid has been sitting there too. I brought it up with management a month ago and they blamed it on people repeatedly leaving gum there.. I’m not blind it’s the SAME PIECES IN EVERY SHOWER. They said they would make sure it gets clean. 4 weeks later..same pieces. Gross. Highly doubt they clean their showers well. Defeats my entire purpose of using this gym.

This club is the only Planet Fitness club I’ve been a part of. It wasn’t any better or worse than any gym I’ve been to. It was fine. If you’re looking for a place to workout, then this place is an affordable option that will give you access to the equipment you need.

I hadn’t been using my membership so I decided to cancel. It’s kind of annoying that you have to go in person. I was a bit nervous about cancelling after reading reviews and the horrible experiences people had with cancelling. Those nerves were not warranted. I went in before work one morning and it took 2 minutes to cancel the membership. Quick, painless, a little inconvenient compared to clicking a button online, but albeit quite easy.

I moved 5 months ago & tried cancelling my subscription 4-5 times in that time through email & contacting support. Nothin. ‘Must be in person @ home gym to cancel’

We ain’t close to Logan, so I’m never up this way since moving. Finally was in town today & able to cancel.

It’s Not the employees fault that work there that the cancellation policy is so difficult to navigate - seems the manager is the only one who has a say in issuing refunds or preventing additional fees from being applied.

I was told my account was cancelled but my card would be charged again in a few weeks regardless & that I would not be able to receive any refund. Said the only way to get that taken care of was to speak to a manager who is only here during the weekdays for 4-5 hours per day…. Not too easy to navigate that.

Anyways, fine gym. Nothing special. Cancellation sucks though so wouldn’t recommend joining unless you connect it to a card you can cancel anytime… but they make you tie it to a bank account in most cases from what I know. Goodluck!

This is probably one of the worst kept planet fitness' I've been to. The bathrooms always smell like pee and the floors are sticky. Some of the equipment has bad handles that they don't fix. Its a younger staff and they are ALWAYS on their phone. They don't make people scan in half the time. (I know people that workout here without a membership and without being accompanied by a black card membership)

The management and staff are horrible, I have not used my membership for MONTHS. And when I called in to talk to someone about canceling they wanted me to come in. I work a full time job and do school full time I can not afford to miss work or school to come in and cancel my membership. I called in to the staff they told me that I would have to come in but that they would put a note down that I called in and that I would like to cancel my membership. When I found time on my day off when I didn’t have to do house work, and didn’t have a class to go to. I was finally able to go in and try to cancel my membership and the staff was rude and told me that I owe over 100$ to cancel my membership. I asked them to please look at how often I have been able to attend the gym and they told me that if I wanted to cancel my membership I would have to talk to a manager. When I stated that I was not available to come in and talk to her Monday through Friday from 7-12. When I work those times or am doing homework. I was told by the staff that that was no there problem and that if I wanted to cancel my membership that they would see if the manager would be able to give me a call but that if she doesn’t I will have to come in. I then got a call from the manager today she was horrible she told me that I agreed to the godliness when i signed up and that I will have to pay the full amount. WHEN I HAVE NOT EVEN TOUCHED OR WALKED INTO ONE OF THERE GYMS IN OVER 3 MONTHS. SHE WOULDN'T EVEN WORK WITH ME!!!! I told her about how rude the staff was towards me she called me a liar and told me that she was going to believe her staff over me! I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLANET FITNESS TO ANYONE EVER! I WOULD LIKE A MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME AND ACTUALLY HELP ME WITH MY ISSUES BUT I DOUBT THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN!

I normally have to be pretty bothered to write a review. I choose to pay to come to Planet Fitness for a few reasons when I have full access to other gyms in the valley. My primary reasons, hours and restricts on kids at the gym. It's open 24hrs and children under 13 aren't allowed. I am currently less than 5 feet away from a child that parents brought in and tried to pass by staff. To the staffs credit they approached the parents who put the youngest of children in an arm chair in front of me (and who have yet to check on him in the past 20min). The other two children are still on the floor with their parents. I know there is little staff can do when the parents lie about a childs age but its really disappointing and has me reconsidering options.

Just another money sucking commercial gym. Had some billing issues so went in to get it taken care of. The manager wasn’t there but Breanna helped us out as much as she could. We ended up canceling our memberships as we don’t go that often, and Breanna let us know she would have the manager call us back to figure out the billing issues. Several weeks later.. still haven’t been able to talk to a manager. Anyway, if you don’t care about your money and like to be over charged, start working out here.

Been here for 3 years. Clean gym, good rates, dont randomly overcharge you, etc. There truly are a lot of great different equipment options.

Only con is that cancelling is a pain (my family members have cancelled her) they wont do anything online/over the phone. You have to do it in person.

Also, Tammy is literally the best thing about this gym. Makes everyone feel so loved and appreciated.

I want to make sure that it's understood that my low rating has nothing to do with the manager/store owner. Throughout my month going to Planet Fitness I was nothing but impressed with her and her hard work and her honesty. I would go to her if there was an issue and she would drop everything and make sure that it was taken care of. But at the end of the day, things came to a head today. I usually work out everyday except for weekends, and yesterday I was reflecting on the fact that I skipped Thursday and friday. Last week I was about as frustrated with locker room cleanliness and Jim etiquette not being enforced as one could be. I was so frustrated that I decided that it was better that I didn't even go to the gym Thursday or Friday because I knew it was just going to ruin my day. Then today I decided to give them another chance. But immediately I was met with a bathroom full of paper towels that were just strewn across the floor and in the urinals and in the shower stalls. I threw away all that paper towel mess and I threw away a soggy pair of men's underwear that had been just thrown in the corner. I did the job of the staff that work there. To no fault of the manager. Then I went out to start my workout and everywhere I went somebody was hogging machines or sitting on a machine and not even using it. The moment that I asked about one of the patrons using one of the machines I was met with hostility to the point that I felt I needed to move my car because they had followed me in on arrival and knew where my car was. I was treated with such hostility by this Patron that I felt I needed to move my car for fear that it was going to be vandalized. That's how angry that person was with me. And all I did was ask if they would move from the machine so other people could use it since they weren't using it. If I can't feel safe at your gym then I can't continue my membership there. So it's such a low rating and such a long review to hopefully bring to attention everything that's wrong with Planet Fitness right now. It did not used to be like this, I used to work out here in 2018 and people had better gym etiquette and more respect for the staff and for the property. But I could not justify staying with Planet Fitness any longer.

Racial hate speech from employee. My wife and I got a black card membership. We had both been tanning for 2 months. She was later told she didn't have a membership. It was only under me. She was trying to find out what happened, and how she could get signed up. My wife talks loud because she she is deaf in one ear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The staff is HORRIABLE, AND SO IS THE MANAGER TAMI. My husband, and I got a black card membership here that includes their tanning package. They do not clean their beds, and are unsanitary. There was blood in one of the tanning beds, I brought it to the staffs attention, was treated rude. And they never cleaned it for me. This was brought to tami for safety concerns. We received an email that she canceled our membership! So if you want body fluids on you, and a dirty environment this is your place. It's amazing how planet fitness supports these behaviors., and health risks.

Nice gym, nice equipment. enjoyed my time going to this location. It is however 2023, and after moving away I was told that the only 2 ways to cancel are 1) come in person and 2) send a letter in the mail requesting to cancel. We all know exactly what Planet Fitness is doing. They are making it inconvenient to cancel on purpose to increase their revenue. We see right through the charade, and for that. If it weren't for this, I would be recommending people to planet fitness. They have the same machines and weights as Vasa, but in much better condition. But I will not be recommending Planet Fitness to anyone until they realize that it isn't 1990 any longer and there are better ways to dealing with customers than asking them to "send a letter in the mail".

EDIT: Planet Fitness is insisting that the the reason that they only offer these two cancellation options is that they require a signature. I have purchased 2 homes virtually on docusign, and have had customers sign million dollar contracts virtually on docusign, and Planet Fitness pretending like a virtual signature doesn't suffice is a bit silly.

WARNING!! (( MUST READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS LOGAN BRANCH PLANET FITNESS! )) I’d like to start by letting you all know, planet fitness itself is not the issue. The MANAGER, and her team and this branch are however. I write this kindly for you all who are considering going here to protect those who ( like me ) cannot afford to have money stolen from them. My parter and I tried this gym in the middle of June. And had a fine experience, they had no problem charging our card and having us sign documents. We went to the gym a handful of times, but because of our young children and busy work schedules we couldn’t make it very often. So we decided to cancel in July. Well one of the team members said that she canceled our membership, but we still have to pay for a month because we canceled after the 10th of July. So we took that punch and dealt with it. Well fast forward to last Monday and my wife wakes up to an over-drafted account because of an annual fee. Immediately we knew that they made a mistake on their end. But we prayed that the customer service could help us because we are a small family on a tight budget. Well we called in and asked why we were charged even though we canceled. Well wouldn’t you know it the system showed that we in fact didn’t. We told them this is a mistake on their end, and asked for a manager. Tammy, is the manager at this branch. Tammy started off her “customer service” by telling my partner and I that her team is tenured and never makes mistakes, to which we didn’t know what to do because it is now our word against hers. So, after a short conversation on Friday with Tammy, she said all she is willing to do is refund the annual fee but we would have to come in and cancel first. So we went in on Friday to cancel, and wouldn’t you know it she was conveniently gone for the day. But we did what she asked, and we canceled. However we now had to wait until Monday to call her to have her do her end of the promise. Of course we both work full time so we didn’t have a chance to take care of this until today. So I call Tammy to ask her kindly to administer the refund, and could you believe this, she said the has no recollection of telling us she’d do that, and that they never refund the annual fee. At this point, I’m completely caught of guard, I’m not going to lie, this 85 year old lady had me pissed. My partner and I decided to go into the branch in hopes to plead for her to remember her end of the last conversation we had. And you know what she did? She went and grabbed two kind members of the gym, that happened to be law enforcement officers and made sure to have my partner and I trespassed. The officers were very kind, we respected them and left. I’ll have you know my partner and I are kind loving people, and this is the worst I’ve ever been treated by someone in my life. With our hands crossed. We called corporate planet fitness and spoke with the regional manager, and we’re lucky enough to be taken care of. Apparently, Tammy is well known for causing issues like this for her members. She is getting old, and she is not kind, or fit to handle the requirements of her. To all who are considering this gym, you can avoid all of this by making sure for hand written copies the day that you cancel! Or just avoid signing up here all together and try one of the many fabulous gyms in cache valley. Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a fantastic day.

They will steal your money after you try and cancel. You get “yearly” charges, and “cancellation” charges that keep going through, even after you cancel. Management is nice until you cancel. Literally was told i canceled because I’m “too broke for $25 a month” And if I dispute the constant charges, it’s because I “don’t care if it goes to collections”. Wow. I make just a little over 6 figures. Not rich, but not poor. To have the AUDACITY to be so disrespectful, as a manger of a planet fitness, is mind boggling. Usual when I walk into a gym isee the body builders and the already very healthy and beautiful. But this gym was filled with those seeking to improve their health. The haggis weight men and woman wanting to live better lives and the old seeking to keep our improve the quality of there's.

It may sound redundant but you don't find that in most gyms. Planet Fitness genuinely is keeping to its motto, and it's doing so with affordable prices and no contracts.

The management here for some reason hires the most immature staff you can possibly find. I’ve witnessed them taking their friends behind the counter to hang out, throwing water bottles across the gym to their friends, one guy yelling repeatedly and jumping up on the counter to be “funny”, and ignoring guests that walk in. They currently have a summer pass that always students as young as 13 to come in for free. I pay to come here and it’s sad to see kids “working out” in flip flops ( I just saw a grown women working out in flip flops too) and parents letting their kids mess around in the machines while they work out, They also don’t clean the machines once they’re done using them. I’m rethinking my membership here.

Warning to those who want to cancel their membership at Planet Fitness. You must send a letter stating your reason for cancelling, take said letter to your local post office, and send it by certified mail. Then you probably also need to find a medicine man to perform the appropriate rituals to ensure that they will stop dunning your account sometime in the next 6 months. And pray.

I have been a Plant Fitness member for several years and have never been treated as poorly as I was by Tammy, who claims to be the owner of this location. She hung up on me three times in a row when I was trying to discuss with her why she cancelled my daughters membership the week after her $50+ annual fee, which she refused to refund. My daughter, had a Black Card Membership. She went in to use a tanning bed, with the friend she brought, after checking in. My daughter had sweats and hoody on sitting in the chair on the side. This supposed owner, claims my daughter stole someone else’s reservation. She did not ask any clarifying questions, just cancelled her membership after yelling at her in front of all of the staff. The individual, Tammy, told me she was reporting me to the Logan police for trespassing because I called her three times. I had to call back because she would hang up as I asked her questions about the situation. Her behavior was the most unprofessional I’ve experienced. Beware if you join that you do not cross her path. There has to be another gym in Logan with better management. After speaking to a former employee of this location, I was advised that this individual, claiming to be the owner, was not working at the location just a few months earlier and appointments were not required for tanning beds. Either way, I’d advise caution.

I went to this gym in December while I was on vacation and I wanted to do a day pass. They told me they don't do day passes here, they only do memberships but if you sign up it's $10 and you can just cancel. So I did. After I left and went home I forgot to cancel the next month and they charged me $10 which is fine because that was my fault for forgetting. What they don't tell you is that you can't cancel on the website or the app. You have to either go in in person to do it, or you have to get a certified letter, then you have to call the. Seeing as how I'm not in Logan, that's not easy to go in person and I personally don't really trust a physical letter and that they won't just continue to charge me. But wait, there's more. Because they said I didn't cancel within that first month, I am going to be charged their yearly fee, and that's my fault apparently. The gym is fine, but if you want an easy cancellation process, this isn't it. Anyways, it will have been $75 dollars for two workouts for me.
