There's something amazing about Pure Barre! It's a workout like no other. I have never seen results so fast, but be prepared to work for it! ;-) Pure Barre Draper is an amazing studio. Very clean, very organized and very positive. The instructors are the best and I appreciate the individual time they give everyone.

I love these classes! I wish they would open a new location closer to where I live now. Draper is just too far unfortunately. Would love to see another place open in the cottonwood heights area. They need more fitness places there!

I love Pure Barre Draper. The instructors are all amazing, whether it's your first time or 500th. It's an intense and fun workout everytime you go. The studio is always clean and classes start on time. It's my favorite way to workout.

I had a really great experience my first time at Pure Barre! They oriented me to the gym when I arrived and then I received individual feedback during the session from my instructor, Kendall. I loved the combination of strength training and flexibility! It worked all those areas that I have neglected by riding mybike so much! Loved it!

This has been a complete game changer for me. I have lower back problems and the way this is designed it is very intense workout of all the muscle groups but low impact and focus on good form. These instructors take the time to teach me good form and correct me when I need it. This has been EXACTLY what I needed in order to start to get back in shape after having two babies in two years! I have only been going on average of 3 times a week for two months and I have consistently lost a pound a week and am starting to see results!! Highly recommend to anyone that will listen to me haha!!!! :)

I am happily obsessed with Pure Barre! I have been looking for a place to workout where I felt comfortable and where I was doing something that I loved. Pure Barre is it! It is a workout every single time! the clients are kind and encouraging. And the staff are top notch! They know your name, work around any injuries you may have, and give personalized help and attention during class on form. I feel fabulous, inside and out, every time I leave after a class. I cannot recommend it highly enough :o)

Pure Barre is a unique and powerful workout. Rather than just attempting to get your heart rate up - like an aerobic class - it's about isolating certain muscles and activating them to fatigue. It's a great workout and I can feel all over after.
It's difficult at first, and requires concentration, but the instructors are amazing at identifying and helping with small changes to help you activate the right muscles.
I recommend it for all levels of fitness. You'll find benefit for sure.

The beginner class with Stephanie was Amazing! She made sure to help me with my form and protect me (I've had back surgery). It is non-impact, so just what I need. Even an hour & a half after class, I can still feel my muscles working, but not exhausted. It was my first time at Pure Barre and I'm hooked. The staff was SO genuinely kind. I can't wait to go back and try classes from Michelle and Trisha! THANKS PURE BARRE!

Pure Barre is hands down the best workout around. I was hooked after my first class and have taken over 400 classes at multiple studios. Pure barre draper has wonderful teachers that are welcoming and super helpful. I always look forward to taking a class at this studio when I'm visiting.

Pure Barre Draper is more than a workout, it's a community... or a family. Walking out of the studio after my first class, I knew I was hooked (during that first class, I may have had other thoughts!?!?). It is an all-encompassing fitness program that improves both strength and flexibility and burns plenty of calories. Although not overly complicated, it is intensely challenging. You will begin to feel the results almost immediately. The studio has a great feel and is always clean. The instructors are kind, supportive, and personable. They are all very well-trained. They offer individualized support, encourage proper form (discreetly), and give lots of positive feedback. There is a genuine sense of caring among the staff members. I love the workout and the people. I am stronger mentally and physically, but mostly I love the changes I've seen in my body. One of the best things I've ever done for me! I will be forever grateful!

I have been going to Pure Barre Draper since 5 weeks postpartum and I have to say I see amazing results. This class is amazing and I always feel it after and a for a few days later. Every class is different so it never gets boring. The energy and music is amazing. I don't think I have ever done a class like this.

Pure Barre is one of the best workouts I've seen....and I have done most of them! I have even been an aerobics instructor myself. I love the attention to detail, great instructors who know their stuff, are personable and attentive. The atmosphere is supportive and the studio is always clean. I can't say enough good things about Pure Barre Draper. I have never been able to commit to an exercise program in my life until I started at Pure Barre. Now I've been regularly attending classes for more than three years and I still get excited every time I get to go. The staff is incredibly helpful and well trained and they create an environment that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The routines are low impact, but really dig into each muscle group, toning and shaping rapidly, and they change every time you're there to keep things interesting. If you want something more high impact, you've got to try a platform class that they offer, which is awesome to get in strength training and cardio intervals at the same time!

I love pure barre! I'm the queen of starting new workouts and quickly getting bored or discouraged with my lack of results. Pure barre is different. My body started to change quickly and every workout is different so I'm not bored with it. I would recommend it to anyone! I love it!

Pure Barre is definitely the best workout I have ever participated in (and as a 46 year old fitness instructor I have done my fair share). There was a noticeable difference in my body--muscles longer and tighter and not creating bulk as some other workouts can do. In addition to seeing great results physically; mentally it is just as challenging and rewarding. As an added bonus, the studio is beautiful and clean, and the environment is friendly and inviting. Every time I take class I leave feeling 100 times better than when I walked in! Just try this class, you won't be sorry. It just may change your life :)

If you suffer from depression, you need to give Pure Barre a try. The first thing I noticed after only two classes was how I felt mentally. As someone who refuses to take antidepressants I knew that I would have to exercise to combat depression. Although exercise helps, for me, there is not any exercise program that I have tried that works as well as Pure Barre. That includes other Barre type programs.
After 100 classes I am completely convinced that the creators of Pure Barre have scientifically found a very successful mind-body connection. With all the classes I have taken so far, it still amazes me that I "want" to get up at 5 every morning to go exercise. (My old definition of insanity!)
My new attitude could also have something to do with the awesome instructors. I have not been to any other Pure Barre locations to compare but I am pretty sure Pure Barre Draper has the BEST.
If you want something that starts off easy and gets more challenging or vice versa, this is Not the class for you. It starts off hard and stays hard. (And you still "want" to go everyday! Crazy Right!?!) But the self esteem, confidence and overall healthy feeling you get every time you finish a class is priceless!
I would highly recommend Pure Barre to everyone, but especially to those who suffer from any form of depression and/or anxiety. Beats medication any day the week!

I swear by this exercise!!! I gained a lot of weight with my youngest and doing this I have lost 90 pounds of pregnancy weight plus some. It is also very addicting because there is a mental challenge that comes with it. I'm addicted!

Pure Barre is amazing. I can't say enough about the way it's changed my body! It really builds strength and tone, while targeting those "problem" areas. It is a fast paced, high energy workout, with all the tools you need to get long, lean muscles. I did it 3x/week throughout my entire pregnancy, and am so happy I did! My pregnancy, delivery, and recovery were my best yet. The change I've seen in my energy and confidence is addicting. The instructors are motivating and encouraging, all the while pushing you to be your best self. The people have become like a second family. Get yourself to the barre-- you won't regret it!

Pure Barre in Draper Utah has completely changed my life!! I am addicted I swear! I had a coworker invite me almost 2 years ago and I've been there ever since. The first few classes were very challenging as I had not worked out in years. I was constantly sore. It felt good though. I was very weak. I started seeing a visible change and feeling stronger within about 2-3 weeks. I kept going. My clothes started to get big and baggy. Soon I had to buy new ones! I lost 40lbs! I became absolutely obsessed! I love the women I have made friends with here. The teachers are amazing! The owner is extremely impressive and all around a wonderful woman!! I would highly recommend this workout to anyone and everyone! All ages, sizes, even gender! I love Pure Barre!! Come and see what all the fuss is about!
