We are a CrossFit Gym, but also offer other training options as well as Physical Therapy.

As with every class I have attended, Michelle was warm and welcoming. She takes time to great each person and makes them feel part of the PURE family from the minute they walk through the door. Michelle does a great job assuring each athlete work out meets them where there skill level is and helps to push them just a bit further in to help advance their skill set. Michelle is a tremendous asset to the gym and really makes the vibe warm and welcoming.

Going to PURE Fitness is often the highlight of my day. PURE has offered me a sense of community as a newcomer to Salt Lake. Everyone is kind and encouraging, and the coaches can modify any movement you're uncomfortable with or that might affect an injury you're dealing with.

This is a community beyond being a gym. Trainers are knowledgeable and such good teachers—they look to find what works for each person rather than applying a single size fits alll approach. This is the best gym! The programming is great, the coaches are knowledgeable and will help you to reach your fitness goals regardless of where you are on that journey. PURE Fitness is the best!! I started going to this gym for PT with Jess. Once I saw what amazing energy everyone had during classes, I had to join the community as a member. I love this place so much! After my gym closed, I was looking for a community where I felt welcomed and challenged. I found it here. the coaches are top-notch - knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging - and the facility is well run and clean. Along with offering Crossfit classes, they have yoga, Olympic lifting and physical therapy with fantastic therapists. The members can't be beat and I immediately found a new group of people who support me and lift me up. Come for the fitness, stay for the community!

I have been going to PURE Fitness since its opening and am very grateful for this place. The programming is thoughtful and all the coaches are so good at what they do. Shoutout to owner Alli Cerruti who has managed such a great gym (clean, organized, extra hair elastics in the bathroom!). Also to Michelle Weir who programs the workouts and is the best CrossFit coach I’ve ever had. PURE has also fostered an inclusive community where everyone can achieve their best. My day is always better after coming here 💕

This gym is FANTASTIC! Moving to the Salt Lake area I was looking for a new home gym and after trying a few other gyms I am so happy to have found Pure. They offer high quality thoughtful programming designed to help you grow as an athlete. The coaching is top notch. Came here as a physical therapist for a continuing education seminar and I was very impressed with the gym. As a longtime CrossFitter myself and someone who has visited a number of gyms, this one stands out in terms of appearance. I love it here! I’ve been going for a couple of months. I was nervous about it and how much I didn’t know. The owners and instructors are very welcoming and really help you feel that you belong and they take the time to help you learn and grow. The members of the gym are also fun to workout with. I have met just awesome people that always make me feel better about myself and are super encouraging. I always leave feeling better, stronger, and more confident. I was super hesitant about checking out a CrossFit gym but after my wife's recommendation (she's a physio and member of this gym) I joined. I had very little experience in overhead lifts but after taking the core classes with Michelle ( a fantastic coach, teacher, and instructor) I felt confident in what I was doing.
I also really like this gym because the people who attend are really friendly, willing to help and don't worry about "egos" like you see at so many other gyms. Plus, there are a lot of times to pick from to meet your scheduling needs. Highly recommend!

It's hard to find a gym where all the coaches are invested in each person. I've been having back issues and haven't been able to do a lot of the movements. It could be intimidating and scary without proper coaching to workout with a bad back. But the coaches help me to scale when needed. And they also have physical therapy which is helping with my back also. Love the community at Pure!!!
