One of my favorite places with some of my favorite people. The space is great, the workouts are amazing, but the people are my favorite part. I never feel like I have to compete with others in my class (unless that’s your thing), or that this is only a gym for β€œthose” crazy crossfit people. Plus, I am seeing results all the time (nothing like good PR to make your day better). If you’re in a rut, the coaches are always there to help and guide you. Julia has been nothing but helpful and has even provided me with at-home workouts when the kids don’t let me sleep enough to come in.

Never be afraid that you’re too out of shape or can’t lift enough to try this gym. I hardly could do anything when I started and am so proud of myself now.

This is one of my favorite gyms ever. It’s easy to get overlooked at some places, but not here. The coaches and members care about everyone. I’ve worked with every coach and each one is amazing. The atmosphere makes you want to work hard without feeling like you’re competing with everyone in the room. I also love how there is a wide variety of age and ability in each class. It makes it fun to meet people.

I particularly love how the coaches help you with form and don’t just push you to add weight or go harder. They care about how your body is doing. In fact, they take the time to teach you to stretch and make sure you have full mobility. I love that.

I switched from another crossfit gym when I felt I was plateauing a little bit, and joining Put It Up has made all the difference. Though I had been a beginner at my previous gym and felt I was doing okay for myself, I feel I've comfortably advanced to being an amateur. Haha. In all honesty, I felt like I was always progressing at this gym, or at least putting in the work/time to try. Really great coaches, great programming, and the size of the gym is perfect. The community is really upbeat, relatable, and interested in making friends. All ages and skill sets in just about every class! Weight lifting platforms in the back, ski erg machines, too many assault bikes (haha), just really well taken-care of equipment. Drop in to this gym!

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE. Crossfit was very out of my comfort zone and i was soooo scared my first day but everyone is super friendly and encouraging! I’m so glad i took the leap. They do free workouts once a month that are themed and I’m always inviting my friends to come. The coaches are great and give you good tips to keep you safe. After 5 months I have lost FIVE inches off my waist, 2 from my hips and over 4% body fat!!! Needless to say I am VERY happy about it.

I love coming to this highly motivational gym. Every day there is a different work out and the gym staff is very nice. They knew me by name and always greet me when I come in.

The program is structured so I feel motivated and β€œentertained” through out the work out.

I have noticed a lot of progress for doing it only for 2.5 months! I feel better and have more confidence in the gym!

Most people are intimidated by starting CrossFit due to injury or some other reason- but I can assure you the coaches are there watching and don’t want you to fail or get hurt. I have tried a few different gyms of all shapes and sizes. This is one that has me returning every year. I have moved farther away and will continue to come. The environment is healthy for me and uplifting. The coaches continually help me out and don't spend extra time with "favorites."
The classes are not too huge and with the people that come to work out, there is a camaraderie that is highly encouraging and helpful in pushing you to progress individually and not as a means of comparing to others.

I was skeptical of Cross Fit for a long time because of horror stories I've heard. But I've been working with Seth and Put It Up Crossfit for about 6 weeks now. Seth REALLY knows his stuff! He is a stickler for correct form and movements to avoid injury.

I've also been working with Seth on nutrition and have seen huge improvements. the best part about the team at Put It Up is that they really care about you as an individual. K first off, if you are reading this then you for sure care about the quality of the gym you are going to, so in that case, if that is true, I urge you to go here.
The reason why is the owner, Seth Berbert, gives everything to his members. He MEETS with you often and guides you to your goal, as do all of his trainers. I have never had such a good group of coaches. And on top of that, the environment is awesome. Everyone that goes here becomes family. I also have noticed a huge change in myself and have gained muscle!! And I've only been going for a month.

Seth is without question the best fitness coach i've associated with. He is committed to excellence. He makes sure that his members have all the tools that they need. After a life of yo-yo dieting, I knew that I needed to make a lifelong change and commitment. I didn’t want any more prepackaged foods or diets. I wanted realistic ways to eat that I could also feed my family. And I was ready to do the physical work that it was going to take to get my body back in shape. On July 7th 2014 I walked into Put It Up CrossFit and met Seth Berbert, owner and head coach. He had me return the next day to do a workout to see if I liked CrossFit. I will admit, I died!!! I was so out of shape. But the weird thing is, I loved it. What I love about CrossFit is you are told what to do, how to do it and everyday is a different workout. I started my fundamentals class and signed up for a year up front. I started out very modified on my workouts so I could do what I could do. Each week I improved. Seth sat me down and we planned out a nutritional program that we worked on together. Weighing, measuring and logging what I ate. He reviewed my journals; we met often and tweaked things as needed. I continued to lose the weight, body fat and continued to improve on my workouts, getting faster times and increasing the amount of weight I was lifting. After about 9 months, I hit a plateau. I started working with Katriel Berbert, Put It Up’s nutritionist. She changed a few things in my diet and jumped started my metabolism again. Since starting Put It Up CrossFit, I have lost 35 pounds and 11% bodyfat. My key was consistency in my workouts and in myhealthy eating habits. Put It Up CrossFit is the best, my second family. They have ultimate coaches who definitely know what they are doing. The environment is warm and friendly. Everyone cheers and encourages each other. You learn and improve every day. Put It Up CrossFit, by far, is the place to get fit and healthy!

This gym is awesome! Two months ago, I was brand new to weightlifting and now I've put up more than 10lbs of muscle and feel much stronger. I'd never really lifted before because, as a skinny runner kid, I didn't want to become a tool like all these Provo All Star bros, but a friend recommended this gym so I checked it out and loved it. The members and coaches are real, nice people who emphasis proper form while going hard. I really appreciate going to a gym that doesn't feel like a meat market and I can focus increasing my strength. Since I'm new to lifting, it's also really nice to have all the workouts planned out, so all I have to do is show up to class and go hard. Class times fit very well with my schedule too and I look forward to working out every MWF at 5pm (and Saturdays at 10am). Also, for such a great gym it's very reasonably priced! If you're considering this gym, just call Seth and come check it out!

I believe true change happens in the mind first, then in the body. The coaches at PupItUp understand this and they make sure you visualize your workout. They've helped me to figure what my body needs in order to reach my goals of loosing weight and gaining strength. In a matter of nine weeks and in a healthy rate II lost seven lbs; I eat way better, I sleep way better, and I perform in life way better. This gym attracts great people, people that inspire me to be a better citizen. Every time I step into that gym I know I'm walking out a better man.

I only had a month to get in shape for military basic training. Put It Up was easily THE BEST way to prepare, to get in shape with a variety of strength and endurance exercises that helped be as physically prepared as possible. ON TOP OF THAT, the staff is unbelievably helpful and personable. It was clear that the coaches cared for my safety and pushed me to meet my fitness goals and reach my full potential.

The new location is hard to find but MUCH BETTER.

After having my 5th baby, I knew I needed to dedicate serious time and effort into getting back into shape. Exercise just wasn't getting done at home (too easy to get distracted) and I needed a serious challenge. Crossfit is the answer! Having a set routine in a place that I'm accountable has propelled me toward my fitness goal. After only 6 months I had nearly reached my weight loss and fitness goals.

Put It Up Crossfit is full of happy, smiling, sweaty people. Head Coach Seth sends a personal text with encouragement or when I haven't been in a few days. Who does that? I'm not just another member with a keychain. I'm a name and a face and a person that matters.

When I first went in I was in the worst shape of my life, and was worried I'd feel intimidated or inadequate. But I never did. All I ever hear is positive messages. If I can't do something, the coach will give me tailored suggestions to keep me working hard. I see real results and I feel great. I LOVE IT!

So you guys that are looking for a crossfit gym, you're probably doing the same thing I did. I looked around on google and luckily decided with Put It Up Crossfit. It has changed my life. First off, I am a very active girl, I've played sports my whole life. I was going to the gym daily and never getting the results I wanted, I wasn't loosing any weight. I missed the competitiveness in my life. I was pushing myself looking up different work outs and nothing was working. I decided with crossfit because I had heard about it from a few of my friends. The first month I was there I lost 8 pounds, and the second I lost 7 pounds. I've consistantly kept off the 15 pounds and stay at 135, and am getting so much stronger than I ever thought I could be. You're always pushed to the limits, and they work with you to get YOU to where you want to be. I've gained life long friends along the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could rate Put It Up Cross Fit higher than a 5 I would. I love going to this gym and the comradery is awesome. I have been going to Put It Up for about 8 months and travel about 7 miles one way to attend. That's how great this gym is. I could easily go to a gym much closer, but no gym can beat the friendliness, coaching attentiveness and pricing of Put It up Cross Fit. I have seen impressive results in strength and body fat reduction while going to this gym. If you are looking to change up your routine or start a new one, come here first. Price to attend is more than Gold's, 24 hour fitness, anytime fitness ect, but it is worth it. You will see results and that's a guarantee. Also there are always competitions and prize giveaways if that is your thing. First work out is free if you are skeptical.

Nice equipment, great coaches, and pricing that doesn't break the bank. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested in getting started with crossfit. The fundamentals course was really helpful for me in learning some of the jargon and the types of lifts that are used in the daily WODs. Lots of focus on technique and form and an opportunity to advance to the competitors class.

I love Put It Up Cross fit! I've been going for just over a month and have lost 7 lbs and lost 2.5% body fat. The coaches are fantastic and are willing to help you with anything. Seth, the gym owner, is a nutrition expert as well and can help you with your diet. The people that workout here are extremely nice too! It's basically like a big family. I'm sad I'm leaving Utah for the summer, but I'm excited to get back to Put It Up after the summer. After the month working out here, I weigh 188 lbs, squat 405+, Deadlift 405+, front squat 305+, Clean 205+. If you want to get fit, this is the best gym for it! and you won't find a Crossfit gym for a better price!

I've been working out at Put It Up CrossFit for four months and in that amount of time I've gained 17 pounds of muscle while dropping down to 8.5% body fat and improved every aspect of my fitness. I hardly ever run but randomly decided to do 4 miles the other day. I finished and decided to run a couple more because I felt so great! I now weigh 155 lbs and deadlift 365, snatch 150, and clean and jerk 200. The coaches at Put It Up are great at programming the workouts and making it accessible for everyone. I couldn't do any of the exercises when I first got there but they scaled down everything just for me and everyone else there encouraged me to improve. I can't recommend these guys enough, especially since they charge less than any other nearby CrossFit gym. For the nutritional advice, personal training, and encouraging environment, they ought to be charging a lot more! Come check it out!
