The Pvolve Method is functional movement that uses specialized resistance equipment to build strength in your body, increase stability and mobility and improve balance and posture. We work a lot on strengthening and mobilizing the hips and shoulders and our pelvic floor and core muscle groups. Through the use of resistance equipment, it is accessible to almost everyone.

Pvolve is truly the best. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful during classes! I love how they describe the reason we do certain movements and how the classes prepare us for uncertainty/ instability that may occur in our day to day lives.
The studio has such a positive and uplifting vibe as well! There is a true sense of community & everyone is there to build you up and support you in your journey.
There is lots of equipment and class formats to choose from, with variations available during the workouts based on what your body needs.

I've been coming here for over a year and I still love it as much as the first day I walked in. There are a lot of class formats now and whether I need a recovery day or I want to work hard, there's a class format for that. I'm really loving the Progressive Weight Training and Weight Training/Circuits classes. Cone in and check it out. You won't be disappointed.
I love Pvolve so much that I signed up for a membership before I had even taken my first class. I'd been looking for a workout community since moving to SLC and Pvolve checked all the boxes. I was looking for a workout that would help me with balance and mobility and maybe help me find my abs again. They are rolling out new class formats and I've loved everything I've taken. The front desk staff and instructors really take the time to get to know you and I feel so welcomed every time I come in. I can't recommend it enough.

Pvolve offers low impact and functional movements that gets real results. They have the coolest equipment, too. In the last 6 months I’m stronger than ever with long, lean muscles. All of the instructors are passionate, kind and educated. I’ve never taken a class where I did not feel pushed. I continue to be impressed about the meathodology. A big shout out to Kim who has the best personal training classes that help you meet your personal goals, while improving bad habits, especially as you continue to mature. From my personal training with Kim, I understand why my body moves the way it does, and ways to prevent injuries in the future. Pvolve is the BEST!! As someone who has studied the body extensively - degree in exercise kinesiology and massage therapy - I can honestly say this is one of the only methods I've found that has blended all of the best components of strength, stretching, endurance, form focused work, Barre, Pilates, strength training, etc. This is everything you need throughout every age of your life and it's applicable, always. The instructors are very knowledgeable - always correcting form to prevent injury, explaining the muscle agonists we are working - saying their names, being cognizant of everything we are engaging - Helping us understand and connect to our own bodies. I'm so, so happy I started coming here. They keep the workouts fresh and different every single time. I can't ever see myself leaving this gym. Join! You will not regret it!

I was turned off by the staff and hidden $68 activation fee. When I questioned the company about their lack of transparency on this fee, they said it was on me to read the fine print buried in the agreement. I don't appreciate studios that tack on a bunch of hidden fees and aren't transparent about things. I also didn't appreciate how the staff handled the response when questioned about it. No thank you!

Recently took advantage of the new student three class special. The studio and equipment were very clean, check in was easy and communication from the studio was great when I had questions. I had always wanted to try Pvolve, but never had the opportunity to pop into a studio. If I lived in SLC I would definitely become a member as the workouts were challenging without being exhausting, the moves were creative and the instructors were authentically motivating. Guess for now I’ll be enjoying these workouts online, but if you live in SLC and have not tried Pvolve out yet you should schedule your first session asap!

I have coming to Pvolve for almost a year, only a few months of that on an unlimited membership. I have tried almost everything there is to offer in the salt lake valley; hot yoga, HIIT training, cycling classes but I used to get really anxious for these workouts in fear I would feel totally exhausted afterwards. Pvolve has been so sustainable for me, I don’t get stressed beforehand and I always feel welcome! I have seen real results, which I can’t say for most of the other workouts I have tried out. Each instructor is deeply knowledgeable and always gives options for each move, not to mentioned it is encouraged to option down if something doesn’t feel right. I never feel pressured or bad about my abilities here as each level of fitness is celebrated! I will keep going to Pvolve for as long as I am able!

Love this method and community. I walked in with no experience and they welcomed me instantly. The instructors at this studio are really friendly, pump you up, and guide you from beginning to end. The Intro Offer (3 classes for the price of 1) is a great way to try it out and get hooked! This is 45-60 minutes of staying in fat burning zone without realizing it and honestly, what more could you want?

My Pilates instructor recommended Pvolve to me, and I’m SO GLAD I found it. I love how much fun it is (amazing playlists), I love the energy of the instructors (Kim and Michelle both ROCK), and I love how they give you options for difficulty. People of all levels, strengths, sizes, and ages are in each class which is refreshing. It feels very accepting and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone wanting to get into fitness classes, even if you don’t think you’d be confident in a class, the instructors will encourage you and you’ll leave feeling stronger, motivated, and part of a really cool community.

Loved this studio! The classes are fun and low impact and there are modifications to make things easier or harder. The instructors are really great about working around injuries, pregnancies, etc. Would highly recommend. I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to life changes but cancellation was super straight forward - sent the studio an email and had 1 last billing cycle.

I LOVE PVOLVE!! Highly recommend… I have referred several of my friends and they love it too! The workouts are so well planned, the instructors are amazing!! It is for all fitness levels, you definitely feel the workout (in a good way)… I’ve gained 3 pounds of muscle in 3.5 months and my Personal Trainer is on board with me doing PVOLVE along with my weight training program with him (perfect compliment)… you’ll be hocked from the first class!

I’ve been going to Pvolve for about a month now and this studio is amazing. The workouts are so different than anything I’ve done before and I’m feeling a lot more confident in my abilities. PVOLVE is everything you want in a work out. Each workout focuses on mobility, balance, and strength. After only a couple months, I feel more aware in my body along with standing/walking taller...less slouched shoulders!!
The objectives of the workouts are only one part of it. The owner, trainers and staff are so welcoming. The space exudes friendliness, attention, and belonging. I would highly recommend this studio.

Love PvolveSLC Studio, the classes and instructors. I've been involved in functional fitness for decades. The methodology of Pvolve is terrific. It's progressive. Low Impact, but Impactful! Just when I think I may have "mastered" some elements of the workout, the classes add more difficulty via equipment, or movements, or add cueing to make the movements harder. There is something for everyone. I personally like to supplement other activities with this kind of strength training. I highly recommend.

Pvolve is a remarkable low impact workout. I have been running and doing strength training for 20+ years and Pvolve is the best workout! It’s challenging and I can feel I am gaining functional strength that helps me in my everyday life. I've been to the studio a few times now and it is phenomenal! As a senior I was interested in doing exercises that would help strengthen my muscles and improve my balance while being easy on my joints. Pvolve accomplishes those goals and so much more. The instructors are very friendly, well knowledge, and routines are geared to accommodate any fitness level. From beginner to the most fit athletic anyone can benefit from this program. I would highly recommend trying a class, trust me you won't regret it.
