Changed my life! As a forty year old man that doesn’t have a divorce to motivate me into a post divorce body, this personal training is tailored to my personal needs. Best thing about it, is I get to work out with my wife at the same time.
Highly recommend. It’s conveniently located next to two buffets that you can see from the window as you work out- what better motivation to work out is there? I work out to feed!

Will at Qfit has been my trainer for 3.5 years and I can't thank him enough for the incredible impact he's had on my life. He's not just improved my health and fitness, but my overall well-being and confidence. I'm so grateful for his expertise and support.
I came to Will having no idea where to start, very little personal motivation and a lack of knowledge, but with a sense that something needed to change in my health and activity. Now, three months in, I am motivated, my knowledge base is growing and I feel very happy on the path I am on to achieve my goals. Will is great to work with and I have never felt any judgement, but only motivation, encouragement and a healthy dose of pushing myself to do better.

Will is an AMAZING trainer!! He pushes you to be better, but never to the point of pain or full exhaustion. He’s positive, friendly, and more than willing to accommodate any injuries you may have. I have sciatica, and Will has helped me learn how to move, and work out without causing me pain. My recovery time is shorter, I am stronger, and I have less pain overall. I started working with Will after I had shoulder surgery. I came to him, because I wanted to learn how to lift/exercise correctly. My shoulder injury was due to bad form/practice and I didn't want it to happen again.
Will has been AMAZING! He is incredibly personable and patient. He answers my 'why' questions and is helping me understand the right way to exercise. He has also helped me to lose 7 lbs and 7 inches in my first month working with him.. so I'm learning and seeing results.
Do yourself a favor and go see Will if you're wanting to start with a personal trainer.

I was looking to get back into shape and decided to hire Will as my personal trainer. He’s changed my life and the way I approach fitness. He works with you at where you’re at and finds creative ways to get you to your goals.
It’s also a private gym. So it’s just you and Will working out. These sessions are planned ahead, so when you show up it’s go time. But he also adapts to how you’re feeling (physically and mentally). There have been some days I haven’t been 100% in some areas and he can adapt on the fly to get you moving in new ways.
I 1000% recommend QFit! I’d chose him every time.
Don’t wait, schedule a trial session and see if he’s a good fit for you.

Will is an incredible trainer - I began working with him after a major surgery on my femur/knee, and he has been amazing at understanding my specific goals, keeping me motivated, and being cognizant of the limitations my injury has left me with. I have been training with Will for about 6 months now. He has created the perfect gym for personalized 1:1 training. I’m extremely happy that I found a trainer who listens to my goals and helps me achieve them. Will is extremely knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and creates a workout routine that was perfect for me and how I’m feeling for the day. Will is basically the perfect trainer. I'm so grateful I found him after a Google search for a Olympic lifting coach in my area. He is upbeat and encouraging without being obnoxiously over the top. He never gives you more than you can handle, but always pushes you to do your best even if you think you can't. And then celebrates your wins with you! He gets that life is real, and nobody is perfect. He knows we're in it for the long run and won't try to push "get slim fast" garbage on you. I've been training with him for almost 3 months now and the progress we've made is so encouraging already! I have a back issue and he's very mindful of it so I feel safe and valued as an actual individual, not "just another client" which I greatly appreciate. I really enjoy the flexibility in the workouts we do. It's never exactly the same, which is how life is! Functional fitness is where it's at! He is very reasonable in cost too! We started training with Will 3 years ago in his group class. We hesitated signing up because the idea of being in a class and with a trainer intimidated me. We finally signed up and it was one of the best things we had ever done.
Hands down, we had the best class! It was so much fun (yes, working out was actually fun and we actually looked forward to going). Will does circuit training in these classes and you can do it at your level and speed and take a break when needed. We lost 30 inches total and even more importantly, our health improved so much. Prior to class, I could barely do this hike with our youth group and struggled. The next year, we did the same hike and we led the way and the youth had a hard time keeping up with us. One other thing that stood out is when we helped our daughter move. We were carrying mattress by ourselves, up and down 3 flights of stairs with no hesitation and did circles around our young adult children. All of them commented on how amazed they were at our strength and endurance. I haven't felt this great in 20 years. My confidence, health, strength, balance all improved.
Now moving onto my review about Will. You couldn't find a better trainer. We love Will and have been with him for 3 years now. We improved so much in strength and ability, we decided we wanted more results and so we switched to personal training with Will after a year and a half. Will has a way to motivate you, push you, but also is understanding and merciful at realizing your incapacitating circumstances (injuries, illnesses, surgery recovery restrictions, etc). He is educated to know injuries and how to still work out, without further injuring yourself so you can keep working out despite the limitations. I had a kidney removed while personal training and the doctor was amazed at how quickly I rebounded and said it was because of my condition prior to surgery. 6 weeks post-op, I was back to doing push ups (limited number though) and a year later all of my stomach muscles have returned to full use. Will has such a friendly and fun personality but also has such a calming way of pushing you beyond your limits. My husband and I often times complained and joked about the gym, but Will put up with us and adapts to easily to his clients.
If you're looking for someone to help you achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss, overall health, increasing you endurance, strength, or balance, Will is the best there is! I've referred many co-workers and friends to Will and he has done a phenomenal job in changing their lives as well.

Will is hands down the BEST personal trainer that I've ever worked with. I CANNOT achieve the results I was getting with him anywhere else. It doesn't matter your weight, age, or health issues, Will can work around ANYTHING! Don't give up on your first workout with him or even your tenth. Keep going and before you know it, you're hooked. I tried EVERYTHING from Crossfit to Kubefit and anything else that is constantly being marketed. They were all gimmicks until I came across Q Fit Training with Will. Try it! You won't regret it!!!

Will is the real deal! The results are amazing. It requires dedication and work on your part, but if you push yourself with him, you will definitely see amazing results. I’ve being going to his nightly classes for about 6 weeks and already feel significantly stronger. The best part about his training is that he trains the whole body for living a full life. We all want to look good, and he helps with that, be he also gives you a balanced, full body workout that will help you age well and turn fitness into a lifestyle. I seriously couldn’t say enough good things about this dude.
Side note: I burn 350 - 450 calories per session with him. Each session is about 30 minutes. It’s tough work, but worth it! Go see him!

I don’t think it’s possible to put how grateful I am for Will into words. Not only is he an amazing personal trainer, but he’s also an incredible person. He always knows how much to push me so I’m challenged, but not overwhelmed. He’s encouraging, extremely knowledgable, genuine and positive.
I’ve been seeing him for just over 6 months and I can now fit into the jeans I wore in high school... jeans I only saved because I thought my daughters might one day want them. I've lost almost 20 pounds, but most importantly I've lost countless inches and gained so much strength, endurance and confidence.
I’ve mostly done 1:1 personal training, but I’ve also done his classes. Both are fantastic. He keeps workouts interesting and we are always doing new exercises that help me test my limits whether that's with bands, bodyweight, free weight or machines. The gym is in a great location and has high quality equipment.
If you’re thinking about it, just do it! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Will's THE BEST.
