I love this place. The heat helps my joints, and the instructors are great! I’ve enjoyed everyone’s class, I like how they give modifications for all levels. No matter the class I always feel so calm and at peace. My husband loves it as well.

Really great studio. The teachers are very kind and the environment is so clean and welcoming. Hot yoga helped heal my shoulder injury by giving it the heat, movement, and stretching it needed. I sleep better after each session and I highly recommend this studio.

Sooooo excited that there is an amazing yoga studio in Herriman! I’m a newby to this practice and I’ve loved every class so far. The instructors have been incredible. If you need something for you this is it. It’s so much more than learning flow with poses. It’s meditative, mindful, and fun!

Phenomenal hot yoga studio. I love the moist heat! The studio is beautiful, the instructors are phenomenal, and the equipment is top notch. By far the best hot yoga studio in the south west end of the Salt Lake Valley! Prices for monthly unlimited is incredibly reasonable.

I went here on the first free weekend after not doing hot yoga in 15 years- I love this studio and keep coming back! Everyone is so empowering and encouraging no matter your level. The classes are all so good and instructors are just different enough to get a great varied experience each week. As a busy mom I love the 6 am and 7:30 pm classes.
