Resistance Pilates is a high-intensity pilates studio in Provo, Utah, offering full-body workouts on our custom-designed Sculptformer machines. Our signature method blends the precision of pilates with the intensity of strength training for a powerful, low impact workout.

Karli is the best teacher! She is so positive and encouraging, while still providing cues to keep us in proper form. I love her modification options for different movements and her preparation/organization of class. Such an amazing workout!

Definitely not something I ever thought would be my thing, but I tried Resistance Pilates for the first time (in my mid-50s!) on a whim last month, and now I’m seven classes in and completely hooked. I’ve taken classes with five different instructors, and every one has been fantastic. Hard, for sure, but always uplifting—and never the same twice. I leave feeling strong, proud of my effort, and I can genuinely tell the difference it’s making in my core strength and overall energy levels.

I LOVED it! This was my first time on a reformer, and I was nervous about using it. Sarah's instruction was on point, and I had no trouble following along. It was an incredible full body workout. Hollie was so friendly and warm. I will definitely be going back for another workout!

Anna is a FANTASTIC teacher!! She’s so fun, energetic and patient!! I’m new to Pilates and she made sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. Even though it was such a hard class and I’ll definitely be sore tomorrow, I loved every minute of it!! Big shout out to Anna!!

Super nice facility and the teachers are amazing. I took a class from Anna and it was so awesome! I loved the structure of her class because I felt I really got a thorough well-rounded work out. She definitely kicked my butt though and I needed to modify some things but it has given me some good goals to work on in her classes. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get into pilates.

My husband and I attended a class fully expecting him to be the only guy there, but there were 5! It was a challenging class, but the instructor Karli was energetic and very motivating. This was a very effective full body workout in only 45 minutes.

I love going to resistance pilates!! I usually hate working out, but this may be my new favorite thing.The workouts go by so fast and are so rewarding. My instructor, Sammy, was awesome and took time to critique us individually. I had so much fun and definitely want to make this a weekly activity!!!

This place rocks! I get a fantastic well-rounded workout with lots of functional movement, core and strength training, and mindfulness. The studio is bright, organized, and upbeat, with trainers who know how to both challenge and motivate. I’m a guy who’s never done Pilates this way before, but the state of the art equipment is amazingly versatile, offers any level of resistance you could want, and, dare I say, it’s fun! Great vibe with everyone there sharing in the workout.
