I got charged 5 months when not using the service. I attempted to cancel but it got renewed, I realized far later and attempted to get a refund, only got 3 months so I was charged for 5 with no use of service

What a wonderful place to workout!
I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's. Biking is boring and hurts my tushie, the Rock Steady class I attended the coach was not reliable and would constantly cancel classes. Another one I visited in SLC closed down. I have tried to find a class to meet my workout needs. well hooray for Rise Boxing. Rise has a Parkinson's class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This class is challenging for all. Yet if someone is having difficulty performing a certain exercise, the coaching team are very attentive and will show this client a modification exercise. They are not singled out, but assisted so they maybe able to continue with the rest of the class. Classes help me with day to day activities and simulates my cognitive functioning. At least slow down the progression of this awful disease. The coaches are professional and friendly. They are awesome and motivating. This is not a Rock Steady based class, but feel it is so much more. Maryguenn is constantly reading information and speaking to professionals, (doctors and therapist), about Parkinson's. She is thinking up new ideas to bring forth to improve these classes. She and her coaches care about these clients and it shows. By attending these classes and making certain lifestyle changes, I feel I have improved my quality of life. I have cut down on my medications and I just feel better everyday. Sometimes I just need to hit the bag to deal with my life stressors. I am getting stronger at the same time, just ask my neurologist.

I went for my first class. The gym is well set up for specific boxing workout classes. Kendra was clear with instruction and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. I definitely got some new knowledge and a great workout. Will be returning every week.
Update: Iβve been going weekly and still love it. Highly recommend!

Their classes are the best deal in town if you look at it from a calories burned for dollars spent basis. The trainers do a great job of teaching the basics of boxing to newcomers while keeping it challenging for those who have been coming for a while. The workouts provide a full body workout and awesome cardio.

Great gym and staff, I travel a lot for work and try to train when I can on my off days. Itβs always a little intimidating going into new gyms but the staff here were extremely welcoming and cool.
The MMA class was great, the coach was very attentive and great at breaking down the techniques.
Definitely recommend checking it out if youβre in the area.

This is Tylerβs mom. I am so happy each time Tyler goes to boxing at RISE. Its great that he gets exercise and enjoys it and most of all, he is safe. Tyler has always worked out with me, and our trainer, so I knew he wasnβt being asked to do more than he was capable of , and could be at risk of getting hurt. All of the trainers at your gym seem to be kind and thoughtful of people with special needs. I am moving up to Park City very soon, and I look forward to meeting you all. I've been training in martial arts all of my life, but I've always struggled with confidence, despite having developed a strong skillset.
I would develop serious anxiety around sparring and often make up excuses to myself to not to go to the Competitive Boxing class. However, I was able to be vulnerable with Maryguenn and express this to her and she took the time to listen to me, and was very reassuring and encouraging.
She looked after me and put me in environments that she knew I could handle. Thanks to her amazing coaching and encouragement, I now have the confidence that I had been missing for most of my life, and I love sparring and showing up to class every week.
I can't sufficiently express my gratitude for Maryguenn's guidance in words.
I encourage anyone who's struggling with confidence in themselves to come to RISE. Also, the rest of the Coaches (Kendra, Chris, Marco) are all amazing coaches as well!

Wow, what an outstanding gym to go learn how to box or get a good work out in. Both instructors are very nice and knowledgeable, both are professional fighters, the gym is spotless, and most importantly my son had an outstanding time going to the classes during the week we were here. We definitely plan on stopping in for classes during future Park City visits. I highly recommend it here!

Challenging workouts that are a FAR cry from "cardio kickboxing class" due to instructors all being amateur or professional boxers and thus emphasizing form and technique, power and swiftness. Workouts change constantly, so you're never doing the same ones twice, even if the formats (Body and Build) are consistent. Great vibe and community atmosphere, too: supportive, positive, and encouraging but not overly rah-rah and fake-congratulatory!

I love this place and I was sad when I moved from the area. It's really hard to find a gym that can teach you great technique, give you a fun (yet challenging) workout, have amazing coaches and have a great community to back it. That's a big ask for any gym but Maryguenn and her team do it well. If I'm ever visiting town, this is where you can catch me sweating.

We partnered with RISE boxing and coach MG to do some virtual Zoom classes for our employees while weβre all working from home due to COVID-19. Honestly all of my expectations were exceeded and MG was fantastic! She kept everyone engaged, was thoughtful about how to make the class easy for our employees family members and make sure everyone had a great time. Since my first class, I have been referring my circle of acquaintances to your dynamic Fitness program. As for me, I have been extremely impressed and in awe with the whole staff's professionalism, trainer's etc., involving their unwavering attention, focus, assistance, and drive during the sessions I have attended. The team of instructors has significantly attributed to elevating my physical strength, mental capacity, and health stamina, tremendously. I will continue to express to others how exhilarating, fun, and energetic, but different this amazing style of fitness provides as a complete workout. I also, have to include, this type of fitness, provides a sense self defense, which is a two for one, at Rise Boxing. Finally, I love the atmosphere, the t-shirts and other attire, the set-up with the boxing bags, various workout equipment, beautiful color of boxing gloves and wrist wraps, accompanied by upbeat high energized music by various artists of the sort to keep you engaged and in the mood. I have never had the opportunity to workout in a boxing gym. I have always wanted to but felt awkward or thought I needed to be a boxer to even enter in an environment as such. Because I have always love watching boxing since I was a little girl. But now, to have this opportunity like I do for fitness, it's like the "icing on the cake". Thank you so much, "MG", for bringing this venue to the forefront and being the "Trailblazer" that you are. "Keep on, keeping on".... Thanks so much.

I started Rise six months ago and love it! The instructors are awesome and after trying most classes in Park City over the years I can honestly say nothing has made me feel stronger. This gym is changing everything I thought I knew about fitness and my capabilities FOR THE BETTER.... Every. Single. Time. I. Go.
When I went to my first class at Rise, I had no idea what to expect. Fitness boxing was COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone. The whole staff - front desk and coaches - were welcoming, enthusiastic, and patient and fun. My total lack of experience was no problem and I could tell everyone was really excited to introduce a first-timer to the concept. The coach adjusted the routine to my level (level z-e-r-o) without making it awkward or drawing attention to me and by the end of the class I was exhausted, excited and buying a membership.
Rise workouts are a seamless blend of cardio and strength that always use muscles I didn't know I had and always leave room for me to challenge myself in whatever way I need to that day. The calorie burn that my watch reports and the muscle toning I see and feel are incredible considering how quickly that 1 hour workout seems to go.
The vibe at Rise is a good blend of professional and laid back. The staff are welcoming and professional and the gym is impeccably clean with top-notch equipment. The social atmosphere is light, relaxed and pleasant. Workouts include men and women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
This turned out to be everything I didn't know I was missing. I'm grateful Rise put down roots in the PC neighborhood. Hope to see you there!
