I had the chance to drop in on Thanksgiving and Ritual Hot Yoga was such a nice ambiance and a great class. The instructors were kind and really held space for people who seemed to need it. They had free mats and towels and lots of nice touches like massages and towels at the end of class.

I have attended a couple of the ritual yin hot stretching classes and I am hooked. I really enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I have not done much yoga and never have tried hot yoga, but the stretching class is amazing. I really enjoyed the personal touch of the light massage at the beginning and end of the class if you opt in to have it. Shaylee is an amazing instructor. She has a calming voice. The room is dark and lit with candles with great. I left feeling really relaxed and refreshed. The studio is very clean. They provide mats and towels which I really liked. I love that they take class pass because it gives me a chance to try different places out of my regular routine. I plan to do more of the ritual yin hot stretching classes in a regular basis and who know maybe try some hot yoga. If you’re looking for a good stretching class you should check it out.

I was reached out to on Instagram for a free class to try. It was my first time at this studio. I was excited for the promised “beat based flow with R&B, EDM & Rap vibes.” The playlist was mid, which I felt was not even in those genres. It was not a beginner friendly class. They turn off the lights which makes it hard to see to even follow. The instructor had an injury who could not do the flow with the class, so she was just talking the whole time, too fast paced, with the class unable to keep up. I got lost many times which stressed me out when it should be a relaxing yoga sesh. The very short tease of massages were a nice addition if you like the instructor’s sweaty hands from each member of the class on you. Overall not a good class and probably won’t be coming back.

I had such a great experience at Ritual. The space itself is beautiful and calming. I took a class with Alyssa and she was fantastic. The flow was challenging in the best way possible and I loved how the music was incorporated into it. Highly recommend!

Obsessed with this studio! Very few yoga studios that i have been to understand the importance of music and this one does. The music is BUMPIN(not boring yoga music… actually good music) and they incorporate moving to the beat in their classes. High energy and super fun. The owner Emily is wonderful and customer service is top notch. Such a great experience!

Coming from SF, was looking for something similar in a yoga studio. The classes at this studio were great, and the facility is just the right amount of luxury. Can't wait to go there again.

This yoga studio has very bad energy. Right has I walked in I could feel a dark presence. The incense was a gross smell, the music was dark, and the baby oil was a weird addition. I will not be going back and do not recommend. Very weird and dark place.

This studio is a refreshing and unique yoga experience. After years of vinyasa, ashtanga, and some corepower, I found myself feeling a bit burnt out in yoga and in life. Ritual brought it back for me. The candle lighting, upbeat music, cues, and mini massages create a nice atmosphere. Quiets all the noise. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different in your fitness routine. Try Isabelle's classes!

Ritual is amazing! The staff truly care about the experience of all those that come in- you can feel it right when you walk in. The music is fun, the flows are always new, and they give great instructions to some poses that once seemed daunting to me. Ritual has honestly been one of the studios that has rapidly advanced my yoga practice and taught me philosophy within every class.

This place has terrible energy... it doesn't feel like a positive yoga studio, it has like creepy vibes and the staff felt really fake, the instruction felt weird, the music was weird for a yoga class, and the random incorporation of other workouts just felt weird lol there is no way the 5-star reviews didn't just come from the staff's friends

Ritual Hot Yoga is a wonderful studio. I’ve been a member since they opened and I have deepened my practice so much.

All of the instructors offer private sessions to help me understand and break down the more complicated poses.

The studio is clean, luxurious and modern.

As a social worker and new yoga teacher who cares deeply about safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed spaces, I was hopeful when I tried Ritual Hot Yoga in Holladay. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and concerned for the well-being of others who attend.

While I was asked for consent to be touched on my first day, this was not honored in later classes. A male instructor adjusted me physically without consent, including repositioning my leg in a reclined figure 4 pose and placing his fingers underneath the top of my tank top during a light massage. These actions crossed physical boundaries and left me feeling violated and unsafe.

The use of baby oil during massages was never mentioned ahead of time, which could be dangerous for those with allergies or skin sensitivities. I also observed young female instructors giving longer, more intimate massages to male students, which felt uncomfortable and raised concerns about equity and professionalism.

The classes were fast-paced and not trauma-informed. Transitions like moving from Warrior III straight into Dragonfly lacked adequate cueing or preparation, increasing the risk of injury. These are not beginner-friendly classes, and that needs to be clearly communicated in their advertising. People deserve to know what they’re walking into.

Additionally, the room is kept very dark, which could be a fun atmosphere for some—but it should be clearly advertised for those with sensory needs, disabilities, or safety concerns. Instructors frequently walked in and out of the space, leaving the class unattended at times, which contributed to a lack of presence and care.

I understand the intention might be to create a trendy, immersive environment, but this should never come at the cost of consent, safety, or accessibility. I hope this studio takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a space where all students feel truly supported, safe, and respected.

the full service offerings are game-changing. i just have to throw my outfit in my work bag and show up at the studio knowing everything else is taken care of. the instructors are so friendly and the best hype crew. the classes are hard but they offer various difficulty levels and modifications for almost every move. you can really go at your own pace. and then the mini-massages are just the cherry on top!!

Ritual hot yoga is absolutely amazing and a must for anyone who is interested or likes yoga. I was having a very stressful week and decided to stop by for a drop in class. 100% would recommend Ritual Yin with Isabella, as a perfect way to wind down after a long day.

Ritual Hot Yoga is everything I’ve been looking for - thoughtfully structured classes that help you build strength, flexibility, and presence. The music, energy, essential oils, hands-on adjustments, and breathwork make it immersive and fun.

Alyssa is an incredible instructor - so grounded and intentional. I’ve loved both the hot and yin classes, and always leave feeling stronger and more connected.

So grateful this studio exists in Salt Lake. It’s my new go-to.

Ritual Hot Yoga has become my new place to find community and inner peace. The instructors are so kind and helpful. Breathing and flowing to the beat of the music adds another dynamic that reinforces your focus on breath and form. Every pose has different levels that are cued in every flow. The heat feels cleansing. The studio is very clean with showers, a fountain to fill water bottles, hot coffee and tea. Lockers are provided as well as towels, mats, blocks and straps. All you need to bring is yourself.

One of the best hot yoga experiences I've had! I liked that each pose had different level variants, also great music played. The studio is so nice, brand new. I also love the cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class, looking forward to them each time.

Ritual is the coolest yoga studio ever, with super friendly instructors who make you feel awesome no matter how good (or bad) you are at yoga. The space is crazy clean, they do classes by candlelight with killer music, and you even get a fancy eucalyptus towel after class that makes you feel like a million bucks

I went to Ritual Hot Yoga in SF and it's so awesome it's now in SLC! Love that Ritual provides so much...yoga mats, mat towels, face towels, mini-massage, and the cold eucalyptus towel at the end of class is divine ❤️‍🔥

The teachers and vibe here are awesome. It's a candlelit escape from the day-to-day. See you on the mat!

Had the most amazing experience at Ritual! The heat, the music, and the candlelit ambiance made for such a great vibe. But what really stood out were the little details—the cold towel at the end was heaven, and the mini massage during class was such a nice touch.

Had such an amazing time at hot yoga today. Instructors are all SUPER friendly, welcoming, and did such a great job helping to explain the whole process. Was a little nervous to go, but the whole thing was so smooth. They have such a great studio. The class was fantastic, Emily did a great job and loved all the intentional little touches that come with the class (eucalyptus towels, mid-class adjustments and assistance, etc.). They go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend going to a class here.
