10/10 experience at SL Lagree. I highly recommend this comprehensive workout. It is remarkably efficient, lasting only 45 minutes. The studio is beautiful and welcoming with ample space between each megaformer and mirrors to facilitate proper form monitoring. There is always plenty of parking and squeaky clean restrooms. The instructors are friendly and motivating, always offering assistance when needed.

I initially committed to attending three sessions before formulating an opinion... and I'm so glad I did. I can confidently say that I feel stronger, my knees and back don't hurt like they used to, and I'm gained confidence in my body's abilities. Now, I eagerly share my newfound favorite fitness studio with anyone who will listen and maybe come along with me. Give it a chance! (Or 3!) 😃

Salt Lake Lagree is home to the best workout in the valley - maybe even the state - and the best teachers! I’ve been attending classes for more than a year now and have noticed a great difference in my physique but also my mental health. The workouts continue to evolve and never feel stagnant - there is always a way to challenge myself or even modify when I need it. Salt Lake Lagree … there are not enough words for how grateful I am for these classes, the instructors, the environment, and the friends I have bonded with and met by being a part of this community.

I joined a good friend for my first class in Sept 2022, and… It. Was. Hard! I had no idea what to expect, but I will tell you, I worked for it BUT I had a blast. Before my first class, I loathed group fitness classes, was a casual runner (we are talking slow 5k’s, not marathons) and mildly active otherwise, but Lagree was fun and a creative way to workout.

I’ve been consistently attending classes since Sept, and I have loved every single one. I love the instructors, the music, the workout, and the people I spend my time with when I’m there. And after a lifetime of body-shaming myself (I’m almost 40), I can recognize that I have a completely different body than I did 6 months ago. More importantly, I am so proud of what my body can do - I am STRONG.

The classes are challenging (like… buckle up), but the people and the community make them seem like a social hour that transforms your body and gives your mental health a giant hug.

I had a great first class at Salt Lake LaGree. I was initially concerned I might not be able to do the 45 minute workout because of a spinal condition I have, but I was challenged well during the morning class. The instructor made sure I was properly recreating all the right movements, which I really appreciated since I was brand new to LaGree!

The studio itself is clean, well lit, and nicely decorated, with appropriate social distancing so I didn’t have to worry. I look forward to taking more classes here, and love the easy access of the location and all the available parking!

Great workout! Lagree does really well at working the major muscles in your core and legs AND the supporting muscles in the legs.

This is also an awesome supplementary workout if you play a competitive sport that requires good balance or if your training has an endurance focus like mine does.

Sami is my favorite instructor. She builds many of the workout routines at Lagree and knows not only the exercises, but also the areas they are meant to engage and the body posture to achieve optimal muscle activation.

So here’s the deal. I am a long time exercise enthusiast. I even taught spin like a mad woman. I have lifted weights. I own a Peloton. I have yoga gear. I have a water rower and a treadmill. As you can see I have it all. But working out at home has not been fun. SLC Lagree is super safe. We are spaced well apart. The best thing is the quick and exciting difference I have seen in my body. I feel really strong. It isn’t just a core focused workout. My legs and Glutes are on fire! Classes are so fun and they go by so fast. Instruction is excellent. I am so into it that I am selling all this other stuff and when I move and I know there’s no way I will find a neighborhood Lagree studio like this one - I am going to get one of these amazing body making machines and just do that. In the meantime I’m at SLC Lagree.

I love Salt Lake Lagree! There are so many reasons to love this place. First, everyone is spread out pretty far and everyone must wear a mask. I was so fortunate to find a workout place during the pandemic where everyone wore a mask. Besides the whole mask thing though, the workout is a killer! It’s so tough because you need to take each exercise as slow as you can but that’s what makes it intense! Your body changes faster the slower you move. I’m certified in Pilates, but this is Pilates on a whole different level. I’ve never felt so strong and challenged in a workout. All the instructors and the owner are the sweetest and they will kick your butt each time. The studio is so clean, every client wipes down their megaformers after class, and they also have black light classes which are fun!

I recently moved to Salt Lake City from a small town in Montana during a pandemic! So I had no friends and knew almost no one because socializing at a distance is hard. Then I found Salt Lake Lagree. Not only is it a wonderful studio that is clean, takes COVID-19 seriously, and gives your body a killer workout, it is full of wonderful people. The instructors at this studio are so encouraging and will help accommodate all skill levels. I am so glad I found Salt Lake Lagree to add to my weekly schedule. The atmosphere really brightens my day and the workouts truly show results!

When we say at the studio, "There really is nothing else like it," it's so true!
Since my full hip replacement 4 years ago, it has been extremely difficult to find an intense workout that isn't high impact and isn't strengthening by using heavy weights. This workout has really been a game changer for me. Because of the slow speed of the movements, more muscles are forced to engage. Muscles turned on for me for the first time since my hip surgery. Years of regular reformer Pilates classes did not do what the Lagree classes do. I'm pretty pain free these days and I know I am getting stronger and stronger. In addition to the workout, I love the community. During the pandemic, it has always felt so safe, with the temperature checks, mask requirements, frequent sanitation, distance between machines and good air flow. Some days, going to Salt Lake Lagree for a class is the only social interaction that I have outside of my house. The instructors are so awesome! Not only do they know their stuff, they keep it fun and I enjoy the variety of playlists. It really has been a fun distraction to talk to fellow Lagree-ers before and after class.

Im hesitant to leave a review as I don't want classes to fill up but have to share how much I love this studio. I had a baby a few months back and this has been the best way to rebuild core strength, work on tone and definition. Largee is the BEST full body work out and if you've never tried it's an absolute must. I have tried other Lagree studios and by far this is my favorite. The studio is BEAUTIFUL with gorgeous views of the mountains, open, airy and sooo clean. They have done an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and healthy with covid. The machines are spaced, masks are required, temp checks at as you walk in. I've had zero concerns. All of the instructors are SO friendly, supportive and helpful (especially Sami) but you can't go wrong with any of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This studio is AMAZING. It's clean, bright and extremely well-maintained. The megaformer machines are all brand new and kept in great condition. You can tell that all of the instructor have gone through extensive training and are always so willing to help you with your form. My favorite instructor, Ivy, always gets me into "the shake zone!"

They are also taking COVID-19 precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. Temperature checks occur at the door and masks must be worn for the entire class. After class, clients are asked to wipe down their own machines with sanitizer.

If you are looking for a workout that hones in on those smaller stabilizer muscles and rocks your abs, then Salt Lake Lagree is for you!

LOVE this studio! Such a fun way to burn calories and Ivy was a joy to have as an instructor. It's one of those workouts where you don't realize you're working out because it's so fun, but then you can't walk for two days because it absolutely WORKS you. haha

I started going to Salt Lake Lagree shortly after it opened, and it has been the best addition to my overall fitness. I do CrossFit and have been searching for a low-impact workout to mix things up that still gets my heart rate up and sweat dripping, and I found all of that and more at Lagree. I’ve taken a few classes with the instructor Ivy and every time I go I leave the class feeling amazing. It is such an incredible full body workout-like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Salt Lake Lagree is absolutely fantastic and Lagree is perfect for those who wish to tone their bodies and see relatively quick results. Earlier this spring, I decided to try Salt Lake Lagree and see if I could get in shape for my 40th birthday. Within only 3.5 months, I saw far greater results than I could even imagine. For the first time ever, my abs, legs, and arms are visibly toned. I also lost 14 lbs and I feel so much stronger and more energetic than ever before. I especially recommend Salt Lake Lagree for its excellent instructors, convenient class schedules, beautiful space and their high dedication to health and safety issues. During COVID, SL Lagree staff checks each attendee's temperature, provides sanitizer, and has spaced out their machines quite far - all of which gives me a peace of mind. Without Lagree, I am pretty sure that I would have gained COVID-19 lbs! Attending 3-4 short 45-min classes a week keeps me motivated and energized. Highly recommend this place!

I have never seen a method that provides such an effective and efficient exercise for body, mind and spirit. I do Lagree 2-3 times a week and have been very happy with the results. I’ve tried a few other Lagree studios and I love everything about Salt Lake Lagree. It’s bright and airy with ceiling fans that draw in air from the open windows. The instructors provide positive and helpful instruction for all class members regardless of their fitness level or experience.

The megas are are least 6+ feet apart and have been retrofitted for COVID safety by recovering all porous non-wipable surfaces to ensure the effectiveness of the sanitizing (straps, handles, handlebars), which they double sanitize between each class, required face masks, and official COVID social distancing measures. I didn’t know it could feel comfortable and safe to workout during a pandemic.

Salt Lake Lagree has been my source of calm and consistency during this crazy pandemic storm. I love it!

I love Saltlake Lagree! The space is wonderful, there is real thought giving to keeping everyone safe, and the teachers are really great. I try to go 2-3x a week and I have felt a true improvement in well-being since I joined. Five stars for sure!

Working out and staying active have always been my priority. Since I run marathons and trail races, I’m short on time and picky about my cross training as I want it to enhance my performance. Lagree is my favorite! It works all those small but essential muscle groups to make me stronger, faster and leaner! It’s low impact and effective. The instructors are wonderful! I have been attending Salt Lake Lagree for a little over three months and can really see the difference. The Megaformer is AMAZING. The classes are challenging and body changing, but also allow me to go on with my day without having to get ready again. I'm an avid Orangetheory member but was excited to try out this new studio, and it is amazing! I've added it into my weekly routine to help build muscle. The equipment looks intimidating but was incredibly easy to learn. I highly recommend it, whether you're looking for a single studio or something to supplement your other cardio workouts. My new favorite workout. There are too many good things to say about SL Lagree. I found this gym during quarantine. It was the only place I felt comfortable going. It follows all of the social distancing protocols, keeps its class sizes small, requires masks, and does temp checks and frequent sanitation.

Not only have I not gained the quarantine 15, but I’ve dropped a dress size and accomplished more in the short time I’ve been working out here than my year+ at other gyms. Most amazing of all, I get an intense full body workout that leaves me sore, strong, and wanting more in just 45 minutes!

The team is great. The space is beautiful. I highly recommend SL Lagree!
