SEEK is more than a fitness studio - it’s my sanctuary. As someone who taught fitness classes for seven years, I have high standards for programming, instruction, and community. SEEK exceeds every one of them.
I’ve been attending classes here for over a year and it has truly transformed my life - mind, body, and soul. I was searching for a space that felt safe, welcoming, and intentional. SEEK became that space. It’s where I feel strong, capable, and deeply connected.
Their schedule is phenomenal - not just yoga or strength, but a thoughtfully curated mix of modalities: strength, cycle, yoga, Pilates, myofascial release, meditation, and more. Every class is planned with care and you can feel the effort and expertise behind it.
What sets SEEK apart is their commitment to community. They foster connection within the studio and extend that care outward - supporting local businesses and uplifting their members beyond the mat. I’m there every day and it’s not just a routine - it’s a ritual. A place to land, to grow, to heal.
If you’re looking for a studio that honors your whole self and builds something beautiful for the city, SEEK is it. I couldn’t recommend it more.

I’ve been going to Seek for over 5 years now, and they continue to introduce new classes and new instructors, which is nice. They have the best training and yoga classes in SLC. I go to a few other studios in salt lake area and often visit different studios when I travel and nothing compares to the Seek community. The staff and teachers are always friendly when you walk in, and are always open to feedback. They are extremely inclusive and I always feel welcome. I’m not a gym girlie so this is the best space for me because I can get my hard workouts in, as well as functional yoga classes. 10 out 10!

I was kicked out if this studio in a very confrontational way today. The manager is a bully. The owner seems indifferent to the training of some of her staff and their preparedness to deal with class members. Feeling shamed and humiliated.

I've loved practicing yoga at Seek - classes are genuinely inclusive of all levels with lots of options. I've felt both challenged and supported with plenty of creativity in the sequencing offered by clearly experienced instructors. I have brought friends and family to practice at Seek - they've become my yoga home in SLC.

I LOVE Seek! I started regularly going to classes about 3 months ago and it has radically improved my mental & physical health as well as given me a new community in which to feel welcome. This place is amazing! All of the teachers are extremely good at what they do and make you feel like you belong. I recommend Seek to anyone that is looking to get more in touch with their mindfulness, breathing, strength, flexibility - the list goes on. Seek has changed my life for the better!

Seek Studios has been a lifesaver! With a diverse set of class offerings, convenient location and consistently talented instructors, Seek provides the daily "refresh" I need to stay centered mentally and physically. Its also has a real sense of community that helps me (as a real slacker!) stay motivated. As someone who is not a super-fit person (I have real dad-bod-vibes ;) ), I feel supported to adapt the classes to my ability level without any judgment or shaming; that is not always the case in SLC gyms. Try Seek out - you wont regret it! <3

I feel so fortunate to have this studio in my neighborhood! I'm 54 with some significant health challenges, Seek is saving me. I've done their cycle, yoga and strength classes . They are, without exception, welcoming professional and inspiring. As with everything it takes a few times to get into the groove, I hope people give it a go and benefit from it even half as much as I do! If you're new to yoga consider starting with restorative classes, keeping it gentle is a lot more fun than hitting it hard out of the gate !

Somehow I didn't find SEEK until I started using ClassPass, but now it's basically the only gym I'll go to. I wish I had found them earlier because I found out too late that they had really good COVID-19 precautions (and still to do this day keep very sanitary space and equipment). This means a lot to me and I feel like it's just one example of the personal experience you get from SEEK. Everyone is really welcoming and helpful. I love the yoga flow and strength classes. It's not an intimidating gym and mostly everything is beginner-friendly.

SEEK is like one stop shopping: Empowering strength classes? Check. Engaging cycle classes? Check. Energizing yoga classes? Also check. I love it because the ap is just freaking genius - it makes it easy to reserve classes, cancel/change times, and see what you signed up for when you were in that "I can crush all of it" mindset last week ;).
Hot tip because it's important to some folks: this is a safe studio for folks in recovery from eating issues/or body issues - lots of empowering language around goal focused workouts and challenging yourself. I've not once heard reference to "bikini body!" (or similar ish) in the 85ish classes I've been to. There are no mirrors either. The functional fitness/athletic performance focus makes it good for literally for every BODY.

SEEK is by far my favorite studio in SLC --- and I've been to almost all of them. They have a very welcoming and friendly staff without the ego. It has never felt clique-y here, just supportive and fun. Their classes are very function-based for transfer to outdoor activities (or not, if you're an indoor person). SEEK offers a wide selection of classes, with many different instructors, which is so nice for me, as I tend to get bored with the same type of exercise over and over. I had never been much of a yoga person until taking classes at SEEK; their instructors are so good and fun, that I've finally started to understand the appeal of yoga as a type of exercise. The classes are formed and prepared so well, and you will get an amazing work out with whatever class you take.

I’ve been going to Seek for almost a month now and it is so great. I’ve only taken the strength and cycling classes, but they are awesome. The strength and conditioning classes are my fav because the instructors do a fantastic job of not only offering challenging workouts, but also (my favorite) minimizing downtime during transitions between circuits. You’re either moving with air squats, jumping jacks or there is minimal wait time before you’re jumping right to the next thing. The instructors have all been awesome, so any class from any of them is great. Another plus, they do a great job of remembering people by name, provide encouragement during class and also correcting improper form. Love this place!
