Charlie is absolutely amazing at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable and helps you feel confident in what you are doing. This was my first try at Pilates and she created a love for it, now I am absolutely obsessed. I have already scheduled multiple classes.

Seoul House Pilates was my first experience doing Pilates, and while it was challenging it was also one of the best workout classes I have ever taken. The beautiful and peaceful atmosphere and the intimate one on one instruction was incomparable. The owner and instructor Charlie did a wonderful job explaining each movement through demonstrations and assisting, while keeping me motivated and engaged. I’ve always heard how hard Pilates is, but Charlie did a great job making me feel capable and comfortable while still making sure I was getting an effective workout. I cannot wait to go back!

Tried my first class on Friday and I loved it! Charlie really focuses on helping you learn and I always want to make sure I’m doing learning how to do things right so I loved that! The 1:1 is great bc she can really adjust you and make sure you’re doing it properly. 100/10 would recommend you take a class here. I will definitely be coming back :)

First time doing a workout with a Pilates reformer. Wonderful instructor! So calm and smooth in her instruction with a gentle approach to correcting and coaching form. Warm, comfortable inviting space for two. If the large classes with crazy loud music and feeling like you are missing out on instruction is wearing on you than this is definitely worth giving a try.
This controlled movement, time under tension approach is great for all types of people, body types, and abilities.
Workout was on time, fluid, and fulfilling. Will be going back!
