To begin with the shakes are not healthy like they claim they are, they also taste very sugary and it makes your stomach hurt just smelling them the shop itβs self smells like dirty yoga mats because of the yoga program. I do not recommend going here at all unless you want an upset stomach.

When I enter the door I'm always greeted by 2 pretty ladies. Then handed a tea they know just what I like. And then im entertained with some great conversations there always kind. Then they serve a shake that they put so much love and effort in made anyway im in the mood for. It's delicious and healthy.. I can't think of a better way to start my day . Thanks ladies
