Facility is super clean and nice. The workers we met were kind and showed us how to used all of the drills and machines. As a former Highschool basketball player, I would 100% recommend Shoot360 Lehi for improving kids shooting and ball handling to succeed in highschool basketball.

Subscriber beware.
Had two kids coming semi regularly for several months, to the usually understaffed facility. Part of signing up states that there will be coaches around to supervise and give help, I did not witness this happen the majority of the time we attended. Almost every visit I had to go find someone to help adjust a hoop, the tracking system for shooting or the dribbling/pass screens.
Pieces of equipment inaccurate or malfunctioning on almost every. single. visit.
Are they open? Maybe? They don't keep their hours of operation updated on the web, you have to show up to their door to see posted hours and exceptions.
They have an emailing system which they use to tell you of promotions and camps, but don't expect them to remind you of anything else. Did you think you canceled or suspended your account and don't remember when its going to pick back up? You'd better double check because they will not refund you for anything even if you haven't attended the facility for months. Customer service? Hardly...

Pros: The staff present are indeed friendly.

They’re now closed on Sundays and have shortened their hours. A lot of people prefer to get their workouts in outside of regular office hours, which is exactly why we signed up in the first place, for the Sunday access. Now that Sundays are closed, that’s the main reason we’re canceling. They just want to adopt a lazy schedule. The Kaysville location is still open on Sundays and isn’t trying to close early on Saturdays. Sheesh. Bad business model

Closed Sundays for the summer? Seriously? That’s one of the main reasons we even have a membership. You’ve already cut Saturday hours, closing earlier than the previous 9 PM schedule and now this? It feels like you’re trying to run this place on traditional office hours, but this is not an office. People count on the weekends to put in work. This generation has gone soft now.

We’re canceling our membership. The price is not worth it anymore.

The 2 star is for the schedule. We've used Shoot 360 in the past (at another location) and it's a great concept that produces results. At this particular location, the hours are pretty tight. For example, no mornings during the weekday and it closes early on Saturday. It's just not as useful simply because of the narrower availability.

My 15 year old practically lives here. He likes to get to go and practice and that it keeps his shooting stats for him. He also gets to scrimmage with people which helps him improve.

Took my son to a free team class they were doing, and glad we did, this facility is awesome! We got him a member ship and go basically everyday. This has helped him so much! Also the coaches there are amazing, a lot of them are former college players and really know their stuff. They are constantly walking around and helping the kids out. Highly recommend getting your kids a membership here!

I took the kids in to check out this new business, and we had a great time. After signing the waivers, they assigned us a coach who helped us through the free starter workout. She plays ball for a college team, and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We spent half of our time on ball handling and passing, and the other half on shooting. The smart stations work you through a series of drills, and then give helpful feedback on your technique. As a long-time player, I could see some areas for improvement. I think that Shoot 360 would be a real game-changer for anyone who is serious about their game.
