I changed my phone and get an error code when using the app to enter the facility. I've texted, called and left messages, and emailed with no response. It's been 5 days and they've ignored all lines of communication. They post no business hours to contact them by phone or in person. I am unable to access the gym now, but they still charge my card.

Incredibly hard to get a hold of anyone who works here, and a wildly frustrating account system. The website doesn't work, the key card barely works, and no matter how many times you email or call, you almost never get a response. Dope gym though.

Low quality space & equipment. My husband & I switched over after Kubex closed and we were super disappointed. We’ve been trying to cancel our membership for a few weeks and they have ignored our emails requesting to do so. Unfortunately would not recommend at all, they’re still charging us so we’ve now had to dispute the charges on our card.

It had a lot of equipment that was nice to use, only one treadmill, but one that goes with you and not a regular one.

It was fairly clean and not overly packed (went at 7-9 pm).

The door with the lock was the most irritating part, I had to restart my phone since leaving the app wasn't working after I bought my day pass. It was fairly cheap I think 9 dollars.

If you want a 24/7 gym and don't want to pay too much I would recommend here over planet fitness.

I have emailed them multiple times now and called and left voicemails at differing times of the day to cancel my membership and nobody has responded. Been over a week now and have tried calling at different times of day. I have moved away so I cannot just walk in. Gym is good, but it seems to be a reoccurring issue with people trying to get ahold of them to cancel. Not fair to us as the customers and I’m on the brink of cancelling my credit card to resolve it. Not happy with this place. Would not recommend until they decide to communicate with their members. My roommates are all in the same boat and are yet to hear back.

They might double charge you and keep charging you after you try to cancel your membership. I've sent emails, I've talked to them they said my membership was closed but, they keep charging my card. I finally had to close my credit card and dispute the charges. I'm hoping that will finally get them to stop charging me.

decent gym the door mechanism worked but was a pain to use. i moved out of state and forgot about it. i have called all phone numbers avaible and contacted them via facebook. over multiple days. they made my account go negative and occur an over draft. if they would help resolve this isssue this would be a 4/5 star gym.

I ended my membership here nearly a year ago but found out they have still been charging my account monthly. No one picks up the phone even though I have tried 3 different numbers multiple times a day. And for the price you pay there are many other gyms that are better.

I always get a solid workout here. This place is old school, no planet fitness b.s. here. My only two complaints are a.) the size of the joint- it's cramped and easily crowded. I would love to see a remodel with major expansions down the road, but I don't know if they're pulling that kind of money in. And, b.) some updated equipment. Some of the machines there are older than I am, which in some cases is a hood thing, but I would love to see like 7 or 8 new barbells and a new set of dumbells. Either way, good opportunity to support a local business and get in decent shape.

Update: they have cancelled my membership
I'm still waiting to cancel my membership.
The gym is very dirty and many machines are broken. It seems like the equipment rarely gets cleaned and is covered with a layer of grime. If you are a woman who ventures out of the cardio area just be aware that the gym is full of muscle bros who will stare at you, it's very uncomfortable. They say that all you need to do to cancel is give them notice, but I have reached out four times to cancel my membership and have been unsuccessful so far. I will update if I am able to cancel it but all of my email communications have been ignored and when I did get someone on the phone they said they "couldn't find my paperwork." I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

If you're just looking for heavy stuff to pick up and put back down this is adequate for the price. The facility is in need of some serious upgrades; the walls are completely filthy, the water fountain is broken 9/10 times, the locker rooms have mold, most of the machines need repairing/restitching, and half of the cardio machines don't work. It's fine as an old school gym, but a pretty crusty. Very male dominated, i'm usually the only woman in the free weight areas which is fine but the vibe is a little uncomfy. Gets the job done, though.

Great gym for resistance training! Not the cleanest gym ever, but has everything you need. Equipment is old but seems well maintained. Transferred over from Planet Fitness and this works way better for my needs (has plenty of barbell racks and benches, only 1 smith machine vs planet where there are no barbells and only smith machines). Gotta catch the staff when they're there though, which isn't often. I believe its only staffed from 11-1 MWF and 6-8pm TTh

Awesome small gym! Well equipped, those somewhat old school. Good aerobics room, great weight room. Not a gym for lattes hanging out and chatting but if you're looking for a place for serious workout - this is it.

HUGE SCAM!! The worst customer service I've ever seen in any business. They never answer the phone, they are never in the office. I've been trying to cancel my membership for a year now these idiots can't seem to figure it out. If you want a gym with a bunch of huge gross dudes wearing their hats backwards then go ahead. Great facility, everything is clean and working. The members are very good about putting away their weights, not too busy but not dead either. Have everything you need for a variety of work outs. From soccer mom to powerlifting, you can go here.

Best gym around. They have what you need. Squat rack and bench press. The owner is really friendly too. The price is unbeatable compared to the surrounding gyms. Come here so you can save money, dodge the crowd, and chat it up if you desire. Friendly people all around.
