I like it here. Feels like a little family...in a non-cult way. And the teachers aren't afraid to get "real" when we need help with poses. Isn't pretentious. Amber is awesome. And Jasmine.

Amber is amazing! She created an awesome family yoga experience for us that was enjoyed by all! She had a fantastic mix of poses and music and created a fun, challenging and positive ambiance. We absolutely loved it!

Recently my wife and I went on a date to the couples yoga session at Starlyte Yoga. Wow, what a fun experience. We had a great time and I totally earned some brownie points with my wife. The instructor was super attentive and helped us feel comfortable and welcome. I was surprised at how much of a workout it was and also how great I felt afterwards. I would totally recommend Starlyte yoga for a great workout or a super cool date with your spouse.

First, I absolutely loved the ambience in the room with stars and candles. I attended Amber’s class and it was AMAZING! I’m a yoga teacher too, but I still like to drop into another teacher’s class. Her style is completely different than mine, but she offered many modifications and positive support to all participants in the class. She challenged me to try several poses that I’d never attempted before, and it made me feel like I accomplished something. I especially liked the long savasana at the end after the hard work I’d put in! I cannot wait to take another class soon.

Loved both of my experiences there. They have been super cool about making sure we were performing at our best, but at our various levels.
